Stayed here for the first time at the end of March, this is the perfect place to stay for a visit to Miami whether it be for work or tourism. The staff are amazing, the rooms are extremely clean and have everything you need. We ate breakfast in the bar each morning, we will return next time we are in Miami

This hotel would have gotten 5 stars from me if someone from their staff didn t steal my belongings. Just remember to always double and triple check to make sure you have all your items because you can t trust anyone to be honest in this world.

This was our first visit for my wife and I to the Mutiny (3rd time to Miami). From the time we arrived, during and the time of departure we can not thank Didi Lopez, Jesus Montano and the team for their professionalism and warm hospitality during our stay Feb 4 -11th. The hotel is the ideal location for those who...

Amazing place to stay! I ended up here, as the time share I was suppose to go to did not work out. It's in the perfect location and the staff is so accommodating and awesome! I am so grateful I was guided to this hotel. I definately will be back! They have a great happy hour! My accommodations we're great. I had a 2 bedroom condo with a kitchen, 2 full bathrooms and an awesome balcony with a spectacular view! The staff I can not say enough about - they go above and beyond

Very nice hotel. Stayed in a Junior suite which had a Full kitchen and w/d. Rooms very clean. All white with marble floors. Only color was in modern art and the sofa (blues). Can walk to the Fresh Market.

We found a great deal on Groupon and rented three rooms. One of them was a two bedroom facing the bay. It was a great experience. My only complaint would be that the beds are very hard. Other than that, we had an amazing time.

Stayed here during our wedding weekend. We had nothing but positive experiences. Awesome location. Beautiful Bay views, within walking distance to Starbucks, bars and restaurants. Comfy and clean rooms. Room service wasn't the best but staff is super friendly and accommodating. Valet was quick and professional.

First driving up i knew we were in for a treat. Its in the shade under a bunch of palm trees. The valet staff are very nice and understanding. The bellhops are just as kind and even make you laugh! Walking inside, you are drenched in air condition, a relief from outside heat. The front desk staff are just as kind as the staff outside. They have many seats for relaxtion in the lobby, the resturant is small but clean and cozy. Outside, through the resturant, is the tropical oasis that is the pool. It may be small but is very clean and in a great location. The pool itself is directly in the sun while the seats are in the shade. There are many seating spots, my favorite the back seating table which is right next to a gorgeus water fall and small fresh water pool filled with fish. The bar inside the resturant, if you ask, will bring drinks and food out to you for your refreshment and enjoyment. I recommend the non-alcholic sweet tea. The elevators are clean and go fast. The rooms are very much worth the extra price. Spacious with very modern and clean bathrooms. The rooms are amazing and there are some very cozy robes for your comfort. Not in the comfort mood?? Get your workout in along with a relaxing cooldown in the sauna or steam room. When you have had your fill of everything the hotel offers, you can walk a quick 10 minuets downtown to shopping, food, and all everything you can think of. This hotel is worth it. Its as great a mix of causal and upscale as you can get.

P.s. they are not usually pet friendly, but if you have a "registered" service animal, they gladly accept them without any issues.

I am an Event Planner specializing in Coconut Grove, Coral Gables, South Miami and Pinecrest. I recently planned a Black Tie Wedding in Coconut Grove. The vast majority of guests were from out of town.
I worked with the Senior Sales Manager, Wendy Zane, last summer to secure large room block for this past January. Wendy was incredibly helpful, gave us great rates, and kept in close contact with me during the planning process.
All of the guests were thrilled with their accomdations! Not only were the rooms lovely, but very reasonably priced as well. All of the staff at The Mutiny went out of their way to make my guests feel welcomed. They were friendly, courteous and helpful. 5 stars!!!!

Just when I thought good customer service was non-existent The Mutiny Hotel restored my faith in mankind lol! The customer service there was beyond compare! I can not say enough good things about this hotel and their staff. It's soooo beautiful!!! The rooms and views are outstanding. The location is fantastic and don't even get my started on the mojitos lol! I hope I'm fortunate enough to go back there someday...

I regret to say that I was very disappointed with the Mutiny. The disappointment comes not from the quality of the accommodation, the room was excellent, but rather with the penny-pinching attitude of the hotel. Guests at the Mutiny are already paying a premium for a first class suite. The sitting room is a good size and comfortably furnished. The kitchen has everything you need in terms of appliances. The bedroom is spacious, has a comfortable bed, and a walk-in closet. The bathroom is a decent size and was spotlessly clean. So why the disappointment? Perhaps the most irritating thing was the absolutely abysmal free WiFi. Not only was it s speed only marginally better than dial up, but you are restricted to 2 devices. So if you use your smartphone and your laptop, that s all you can have. Fine if you re on your own, but this is a two person suite. Getting one device disconnected to allow another person to use WiFi requires a phone call to some off-site tech outfit that does their WiFi. Of course, you could pay $9.99 a day for better WiFi, but come on, that should not be necessary at the price of these suites. Also disappointed to find the coffee maker in the kitchen was supplied with only one bag of coffee good enough for only 4 small cups of coffee - again, why so stingy at these prices? Then there s the mandatory valet parking at $30 a day - that s like a 10% surcharge. Parking really should be free at these prices, or at least deeply discounted. I do not understand why the Mutiny feels the need to nickel and dime guest, and I did not ask why when I checked out. I simply resolved not to stay here again.

This hotel has amenities listed that the actually don't have at all. We tried to cancel after we noticed the key feature we were looking for was missing and we had to book a different hotel, but they refused to refund us. Even though they clearly misrepresented themselves and were false advertising.

Great place for short or long-term visits to Miami. The hotel is at a great location and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was really helpful and accommodating; we had an issue with our original room and the front desk went to great efforts to accommodate us in a different, and more modern room. Be aware that there are rooms that have been completely upgraded and some that still have, what I'm assuming, the original design, and furniture. I would definitely repeat my visit to the hotel in my next trip to Miami.

Room amenities and layout not consistent. No ice or vending machines. Just an OK hotel, was originally planned to be residential condos so each room is like an apartment with full kitchen etc.

I had a suite on the 11th floor that was fabulous. Pool area in excellent. There is some construction noise going on but this does not really diminish the relaxing and comfortable atmosphere in the pool area. Hector at the bar was awesome

short walk to shopping and restaurants of the "Coco Walk" in Coconut Grove. great location, comfortable hotel with nice amenities. The staff is very kind and helpful. This hotel with it's magical magnificent history is beautiful. The bar is comfortable and good food at the restaurant. The waterfall and garden near the pool is a good place to relax. I will stay here whenever possible!

This wonderful hotel is quietly located in a very, very nice community. We booked this hotel on a fluke and we were more than pleased with the accommodations. A beautiful hotel with a very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel and I am looking forward to the opportunity to book another stay. Loved this place!!!

The Rooms were comfortable, clean and air-conditioned and the courteous staff was ready to serve at my welcoming room. Definitely, recommended and would stay again soon.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops in Coconut Grove. Recently renovated rooms with up scale appointments (suite style rooms with full kitchens). Friendly staff. Valet only parking which is $30 a night. Even with the parking fee the price just can't be beat... The place feels like you should be paying twice as much. My one complaint is the TV... This is nitpicky but for as nice as the rest of the hotel is, the room TV is maybe 30in w/o HD cable.

It was not the best hotel. They overcharged my card and asked me too pay to get in the Jacuzzi. Upon my arrival the rooms were dirty and dusty which sent my allergies above and beyond. The sheets were discusting and had to be changed. The curtains were stained. Most furniture was broken. And the pool had no maintenance. The decor was nice. Most staff was polite and some extremely rude and unhelpful. The food was overpriced and had horrible presentation, not tastey. Wasn't worth the money.

Decent place, outrageous additional fees. Our rate was just over 100$ per night for 3 nights, final bill was nearly 700$. Valet is required and they damaged my car. I d recommend finding a different place if you can.

Beautiful property, great staff, have only been in the conference room but it's been a perfect fit for the seminar. Only complaint is you do hear the hallway noise inside the conference room.

Luxury at a great price. Staff is very helpful and polite. Nice water view of sailboat bay from a "deluxe" suite. The variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment within a few blocks is great. I enjoyed the gym and jacuzzi. The bar and reataurant in the lobby overlook the pool and garden. Service and food were very good and quick.

Very nice location, very clean, wonderful atmosphere. I was especially impressed by the high quality of the staff and particularly the girl with blond hair at the front desk who welcomed us warmly, was very professional and helpful. The pool is top. Shops, bars and restaurants are all around We'll come back for sure.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was beautiful. WhatI loved the color of the exterior and the Amazon feel. What enjoyed usig the most was the sauna, steam room, pool, and Jacuzzi. There's a lot of restaurants in the area. But as a 20 something year old who would've wanted to party a little, this area ain't it. If you have a car, you can go to South Beach or Midtown and have a lot fun. I gave this place 4 stars because the WiFi wasn't free. $10

We have stayed at the Mutiny 3 times and each time we were amazed by the helpful and friendly staff. The rooms/suites provide ample space and conveniences for an extended stay. Overall the rooms and decor are very nice. The bathrooms could use a bit of renovation or updating. The housekeeping staff are very lovely ladies and do a great job. Isaura at the front desk and the concierge Nelson have always been extremely helpful and knowledgeable and we appreciated at checkout Karel made sure our bill and parking charges were all accurate.

This hotel is super nice, it s like a high end one bedroom apartment. Would definitely come back again. I recommend it. You have to pay for parking tho. And there s a small restaurant down stairs very good tasting for but it s kinda pricey but if you there for one night I would go.
