The care and customer service with this company was god sent at a really hard and devastating point in my life. They make the delivery and pick up so easy. Their staff is extremely knowledgeable about their products and breastfeeding in general. Aislinn was the representative I met and she was a midwife in Ireland. She answered so many of my new mother questions. They frequently checked up on me, making sure everything worked smoothly. After finding out that I needed the pump for my cancer treatment, they kindly lent it to me free of charge for several months out of the goodness of their heart. Caring people running businesses like these should be supported! Could not have asked for a better company. The hospital grade pump was really worth it.
