We are first time parents and are completely on our own. Our family members can't come and support as previously planned due to COVID travel restrictions. Our newborn was waking up every 10~20 minutes and we were both exhausted. It's stressful as we both had to work and had a senior dog to take care of on top of the baby. We came across New Mummy on Google. Honestly, we didn't know what to expect and were skeptical because we knew nothing about the company and was not sure if we could trust someone we found on the internet with our baby. It took us a few days of thinking before filling out the lengthy online application form. We then soon received a call and very professional follow up email from New Mummy. Neil and Lindsay (?) were so amazingly helpful, responsive, and matched us with a night nanny, Janice, right away. They emailed us her resume before we met her on Zoom for an interview. Janice has impressive track record with newborns. She's a nurse and has experience of taking care of numerous babies including twins and triplets. We booked her for a few nights in a row and had never slept that well since the baby was born. We can't thank New Mummy and Janice enough for the support and professional service. We highly recommend them to all families with a newborn!!
