Very dedicated team. Vert professional. Greg came several times before the project to make sure that will go well. I am happy with result and prices are very good too.

Mr. Roof is a a great company and has a great team. I was very surprised to only see two guys to replace 13 windows. They did an amazing job. We had very outdated and old windows and the new ones they installed gave the house a completely different look. There was one huge window we were not going to change since it s weirdly build into the wall but they ended up fixing the outside of it for us. They didn t have to do that but they did and I greatly appreciate that. We had Paul and Martin replace all our windows and they were great. Highly recommend this company :)

We found this company through an internet search and lucked out. Everyone, from office staff, salesman, managers and workers, has been very nice and helpful. We purchased a new roof about 7 weeks ago and have been very happy with the results. It looks beautiful and has a lifetime warranty! The process was explained well and Greg toured the exterior with us to make sure we were satisfied and answered any questions. The workers did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything when they finished. The roof even survived the bad hailstorm we had a few weeks ago!! No damage! We were so impressed we decided to also use them to replace our windows, which were just completed yesterday. The workers were all very good and respectful and cleaned up their mess. They replaced any wood trim inside that was rotten or damaged so the end result is beautiful. The outside trim work is also beautiful. The windows look great and are keeping our house warm! Our neighbors have even commented on how nice everything looks. They give free estimates with no strong-arming to buy. We definitely recommend you give them a call for your remodeling needs!

I am very picky when it comes to companies working on my home, I have had a lot of bad ones. Mr. Roof, by far, was the most professional company I have ever had do work on our home! Mr.Roof supported and re-shingled our roof and it looks AMAZING! No mess for me to clean up, no damage to my property, NO NAILS IN THE YARD!! I am so impressed! It only took a day and half to complete! Their sales reps DO NOT use scare tactics like other companies. They are a very honest company! If I ever have to do work on my properties again I will most definitely contact Mr. Roof! I would definitely recommend Mr. Roof to anyone I know who needs a new roof, siding or windows! Thank you for the great work without the headache, I could not be more pleased!

Before I was referred to Mr Roof, I tried to work with several roofers who either gave me the run around and didn t return my calls or did not follow up on proposed to solutions to address my leaky roof. Mr Roof came in with a solid plan and high quality materials. Installed my roof as promised, cleaned up and gave me a fair deal. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer. Outstanding company!! Our home was damaged by hail recently and we filed a claim with our homeowner policy and we're approved within in days for a new roof, gutters and siding thanks to their public adjustor for advocating on our behalf!!! I'd recommend Mr. Roof to everyone: very responsive, easy to work with and they did an amazing job with my tear-off roof. The house looks great, I don't have to worry about bad weather and just as important: they did a great job with clean up. My house looked much better after they finished. Thumbs up and I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could.

After interviewing 4 roofers we were exhausted but, thankful we didn't settle for one of the 4. We hung in there for #5, Mr. Roof. The other companies could learn from Greg/Mr. Roof's business approach. His approach was a breath of fresh air! We had all of our questions answered. The price was excellent as was the work which was done when it was promised. Day 1 the crew that did the work did a complete tear off, repairs and all that was needed was shingles. The weather cooperated so, the whole job was done in less than 2 days. If you are shopping for a roof or roof repair don't waste time with the others go straight to Mr. Roof. Like us you'll be glad you did.

Had windows installed and they look amazing. As difficult as my Association made things, mr. Roof was able to work with them and get things done in a timely fashion

Horrible experience. I called to schedule a quote for roof repair from another company that did a poor job. Right on their website it says "roof repair" and "roof replacement". I explained to three people prior to the employee showing up what I was looking to get a quote for so this should not have been a surprise. The employee shook my hand, I explained what i wanted done, and then immediately proceeded to be upset with me because "WE DON'T DO ROOF REPAIR AND I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM OUT HERE". The employee showed up in a beaten up car with no logos, no business card, no brochure to even prove they are a part of the company. Then she proceeded to get in a yelling match with the employee at dispatch about why she was out here. I just stood an watched for the entertainment. Do not recommend, unprofessional, and apparently they don't do roof repair.

We were happy with the work. Finished in 8 Hrs. They cleaned up and were gone. A little pricy for the size of the house but we are satisfied with the overall quality of the work.

Love our roof the team was fast ,efficient and clean these guys came ready to work and get things done for a reasonable price can t go wrong with Mr.Roof !

We called Mr. Roof for a quote and the person that came out assured us it would be a good fit for an insurance claim and said to set an appointment with the insurance person and they would come back to show the adjuster the damage and eliminate any issues with having the claim denied. When the adjuster came, the Mr. Roof person, Derek, never showed, did not answer his phone, return calls, nothing. We called Mr. Roof and they could not get a hold of him either. Our claim was denied due to this very poor experience, and we wasted a full two days waiting for a response from Mr. Roof management. To date, we have not heard from them. I will never use this company if they dont respond when you are trying to do business with them. HORRIBLE

Mr Roof is really a great company. I am so glad that I selected this company from several others. They helped me to solve a lot of the problems with my old house as whole roof replacement, replacement of damaged by moisture and mold wooden parts, and installed beautiful gutters with protection from the leaves that I have a lot every fall. I was very pleased to meet all the workers who are very nice, professional and really care of the customers.

Greg and his team really worked with me and helped me out. I was asking for a lot of complicated elements to my roofing project - flat roof, lots of insulation, and do it all in conjunction with a solar and AC installation. I had five other contractors turn me down for the complication. The only other one wanted double the price. Mr.Roof did and excellent job and at a very fair price, with great communication all along the way. Not many contractors are willing to go that far to work with a customer. I give my highest recommendation for Mr.Roof.

Our roof was replaced two years ago by Mr Roof. We are now going to replace our windows and immediately thought to call Mr Roof. Their customer service is top notch and their follow thru is amazing. I am looking forward to my window appointment. If the new windows are anything like my experience with my roof, I will be very pleased.

Had our roof done a few days ago and I must say the process was extremely easy, and those I worked with were polite, answered any and all of my questions, and were very efficient with the timeline. This company wasn't the cheapest quote I found but their customer service is what sold me. I highly recommend!
