An hour and a half had to wait and leave because other people were allowed to. I will never come here again.

Last Saturday morning I called the doctor's office in connection with a swollen ankle. The swelling went up to the knee. Red, painful. I had already visited the doctor on Friday, but was not comfortable with it the next morning.
The telephone intake was thorough, professional and accurate. Conclusion: You are welcome at 10.50 am.
The welcome was quiet. The lady at the desk knew about my arrival.
After waiting quite a long time, I was kindly received by a doctor. He had all the information in front of him, asked me some questions and examined my leg. The diagnosis was quickly clear to him. He asked about any other complaints, previous illnesses and illnesses in the family. Terloops he asked what was wrong with my neck and hip: he saw that they were stiff. From one came the other. He then explained calmly that all my complaints (I had some serious back problems for several days) fell under one denominator that manifested themselves in different ways. For inflammation in my leg, he prescribed other medication: "That must stop!" In addition, I was advised to have photos of my spine later for further investigation: "You are too young for this type of complaints!" His professional, calm and decisive performance appealed to me and gave me confidence. Moreover, there could also be laughter. He clearly enjoyed his work.
At the end of the day I could almost walk and the pain was gone. The leg swellings were significantly less the next day.
Conclusion: I received good help at the doctor's post!

I also have a downside: I had to wait 45 minutes in the waiting room. I do not understand what is needed for that. Other (profit) organizations do that much better. So it can't be that difficult; the patient flow is almost entirely predictable over the weekend and the month. That really could be better. The same goes for the pharmacy: more than an hour (!) Waiting while there were few patients. two counters is not enough. The service once it was your turn was fine.

I am annoyed that you are not helped at all by a doctor's post for less urgent situations.

I myself have been awake all night because of eye problems, (quite a lot of irritating tearing / burning eyes so intense that it wakes you up) Note from the other side of the line: this is not urgent, call tomorrow morning immediately doctor and make an appointment.

We all pay a lot of money for the CARE, but CARE is missing.
Happened it in a weekend that you can wait until Monday,

No matter what less urgent problems you have, they always advise you to use the MIRROR: Paracetamol.

The telephonists make it very difficult to let you come to the doctor's office and certainly to the less urgent, yet serious problems.

Paracetamol is the solution for all the aches and pains that you have !!!! And you just have to do it with it until your own doctor has time for you.

Neat and quick help, but we were there early in the morning.

Long wait despite agreement, actually we were supposed to be in emergency room but obligated GP as still emergency room. Lost hours, if they had looked closely in the system, they would have seen that he should have been brought into the emergency room.

Helped quickly after a violent crime where I had two blows to the face by an anti-social dog owner. I needed a doctor's statement for the declaration.

They didnt even address the problems i had went thier for and told me to go to a different medical facility

Why does a GP on the basis of urgency? That's exactly what we have the emergency room for. No, that is at the expense of your deductible. So then you have an appointment at the out-of-hours GP, but then one after the other comes in who is assessed more urgently. Bad luck yes, frustrating yes, but left after 45 minutes. Then just tomorrow to the doctor.

The worst hospital ever. They even don't know how to treat patients. Whether it is there or at home it does not matter as long as you are not almost dead, they will not do anything for you.
