We called Mr. Roof for a quote and the person that came out assured us it would be a good fit for an insurance claim and said to set an appointment with the insurance person and they would come back to show the adjuster the damage and eliminate any issues with having the claim denied. When the adjuster came, the Mr. Roof person, Derek, never showed, did not answer his phone, return calls, nothing. We called Mr. Roof and they could not get a hold of him either. Our claim was denied due to this very poor experience, and we wasted a full two days waiting for a response from Mr. Roof management. To date, we have not heard from them. I will never use this company if they dont respond when you are trying to do business with them. HORRIBLE
