Horrible experience. I called to schedule a quote for roof repair from another company that did a poor job. Right on their website it says "roof repair" and "roof replacement". I explained to three people prior to the employee showing up what I was looking to get a quote for so this should not have been a surprise. The employee shook my hand, I explained what i wanted done, and then immediately proceeded to be upset with me because "WE DON'T DO ROOF REPAIR AND I DON'T KNOW WHY I AM OUT HERE". The employee showed up in a beaten up car with no logos, no business card, no brochure to even prove they are a part of the company. Then she proceeded to get in a yelling match with the employee at dispatch about why she was out here. I just stood an watched for the entertainment. Do not recommend, unprofessional, and apparently they don't do roof repair.
