worst people to deal with ever, no explanations on transactions, covering their inefficiencies with a new excuse everyday, useless helpline with only one explanation "go to branch to get explanation"

Its a big branch and gives a grand look. However, the other depts in the office give an unkempt look. Seriously needs an upgrade of furniture and fixtures

Worst bank on earth when it comes to online banking, specifically credit card. Please do not ever think about applying for their credit card. I have titanium card, it cannot be used on amazon, alibaba,aliexpress or any online shop, even d araz.ok. Useless CEO, must have been an idiot...cannot evenrun a proper credit card service, what an idiot. Wasted my time.

Used to be good bank but services now are not that good. One of my friend had worst experience, he said that their customer support team is the worst. They cannot accommodate one person who has been calling in over and over again to get a case forwarded since the past 6 weeks. Whenever he calls a new rep takes his info from the scratch and promises to escalate the case on priority basis. While this is a rubbish standard sentence that you probably say to every customer to calm them down.

Very bad services I checked five and more branches for careem bonus they said same words system not working

Poorest service. I suffered a lot because of poor service, irresponsible representatives and their lack of knowledge, poor IT system.

They charged me wrong transactions, from overseas I made Rs. 10,000 worth calls and emails but in vain. Next mo th they reversed, then renewal card is received after 3 months, now their system is failed to generate OTP.

I am crying after having their Credit Card. Today morning again they promised me to get back but they never get back to any overseas customer.
