Stayed two nights in this resort, elegant look and cozy environment gives you refreshment and relaxation. It is located just opposite to Mall of Egypt, the Staffs are with good interactive and knowledge. About the buffet, continental variety in desserts and chefs are polite and energetic to the guests.

I'm a tour guide I went with my group I did enjoy the vacation everything went smoothly the ch/in with Mr Amir the staff in the reception are very friendly and smilee thanks Mrs walaa for ur spirit . The service at the restaurant was very good special thank for Mr reda

The room was just empty after changing it for three times . Empty fridge .there is no mini bar no snacks bar. Nothing at all

Event at nile ballroom and reception team were good

It's a good place to spend my vacation the room was so clean and the animation was so fun and entertainment i like it so much and the resort have a very good view it was a good experiment and good food and very kind sevice and recreation

Great hotel... swimming pool is very large. .. the restaurant in front of pool is wonderful specialy if they a wedding party... I adore this hotel...

The service is great, but the room level is very bad;Also, the restaurants are awful. The food has no taste. It was really a bad experience. Ten years ago, l stayed in the same hotel and everything were amazing, but now l am very disappointed. For this reason, l cancelled my reservation for 5 nights from June 15 to June 20.

It has a nice park for children but the buffet is poor

I was very impressed with the stay in the hotel and I am always visiting there and the worlds there, especially the reception department, Prof. Walaa and Haidy.

Complex in the heart of Cairo city ... near the pyramids of Giza.

Breakfast included in the cost of the rooms.

Ahmed El-Sayed is responsible for breakfast and lunch. A unique personality hurts his duties in the hotel in an unusual way and in the place he is thanked and grateful.

Hotel at first pleasant but poorly maintained. In addition, while the first night there were only 2 beds for 3 people, the hotel only found a solution to add a folding bed from the last century, without duvet, just a sheet and a blanket. ..
Apparently, we must also tell them that the children's room must be next to the parents' room!

On arrival, Ahmed was very fast at the Front Desk. However Front Desk was filled with clients all scramming to get by to do their things.
Room:
Bed was clean.
No menu for room service.
No carpets at all.
The fridge was plain empty and old.
Fruit basket was served with one rotten apple.
No amenities. No tissue papers on the table. No pen though there was a pad with tiny bits of papers on.
Old phone with no plugs to charge at all.
I called for a plug or adaptor to use the electricity however they refused since it was late.
Closets are empty. No slippers. No shoe shine. Just a big bag of plastic with Laundry sign on.
The couch is gray but has some cigarette burns as well as some stains.
Bathroom. First you would have the impression that it was old. But there were water stains all over the shower and faucet. Only 4 items available. No decorating piece just a small stand with shampoo, body wash, conditioner and lotion. The floor was dirty as there were few pieces of hair that are scattered. Please note that the hair texture is thick and curly.
Bathroom needs to be cleaned thoroughly as the stains are pretty much yellow and gives the effect of being abandoned for some time.
The view is great however. The air conditioning is probably out of order. It never gave any heat. The bed is just regular. Not fluffy or bouncy. No throw pillow not even a side cover. Just plain white sheets.
There was no any ornament in the room.
The TV was placed on top of a small wooden box which is where the fridge is placed.

The service was also slow. And you need to wait for some time for a car to move around.
Note: The concierge was great and helpful. He made sure to run errands.
Another side note: $26.00 for a shot of scotch is ridiculous.
The exterior set up of the resort is nice. However they have to improve the experience of their clients in general.

The worst hotel in my life.
-room was freezing cold. We asked them to fix the AC twice, nobody ever came.
- bathtub drain was blocked, couldn't properly take shower. We called them to fix it and said at the reception, nobody came.
- massage was horrible, it wasn't even massage, just girls came to rub our back in freezing cold room whilst loudly talking in Arabic and laughing
- service is horrible, they are good and say no to any request
-food, wine, water and shisha are disgusting
- rooms are old and dirty, my socks were literally black from the floor, I don't think they ever washed it
- room key didn't work, we had to wait outside till someone comes to open the door.

We are extremely disappointed with this hotel. We knew that Egypt is not the most beautiful and clean place, That's why we chose Movenpick, to be sure that we will be in the nice place, but no.

Atil, very elegant, and the prices are somewhat high, and its location is very special, and Behi finds a view of the Nile River

You have to improve the way for ur stuff to talk by nice way to the customer

Nice resort in Cairo city. Area in which resort is located is called 6th of October. Rooms are made little far from reception area, so you need to walk little to access them. Approx 20 mins drive to reach the Pyramids. Resort is located near to biggest mall is egypt called The Mall of Egypt.

Really amazing experience and an Amazing staff and service. Beautiful views and free golf cart service to move you around in the premises. Excellent breakfast buffet and restaurant staff. The manager and the reception team are very professional and courteous.

Despite the fact that service wasn't bad I was shocked with room quality and cleanness considering that it's a 5 stars hotel.

Staff is very friendly and helpful.

- The reception was not informed and rejected me for meeting visitors in my room. Had to speak to the manager to allow my visitors in after embracement
- Breakfast food had bad presentation
- Requested for beef fettuccini carbonara as per the menu but surprisingly received a chicken one.
- Met friends for coffee in the lobby to was disturbed by construction work

Excellent accomodation,food,garden,fountain water pulls.out of city,lonely place.

Room is great, breakfast have many type of foods, if you want to relax , this hotel is a good choice.

Very bad place, unprofessional people working there, The guy in the restaurant told me something weird to explain why a fork looks too dirty and unclean "the silver has some gold" :'D and also they serve Nescaffe as coffee. Seriously guys !
