Didn't offer much although it's a five-star hotel . Some types of food are not replaced after they are finished in the buffet . You are limited by only one time to enter the restaurant as long as the same meal is being served

Very average. I stayed two months. Service is inconsistent. Pool is large though.Gym is absolutely bad.Laundry destroyedy clothes. I guess no one read the labels.

Room is wide but some appliances are not working properly
Refrigerator was not working evan after the your maintenance team changed it with another one
Telephone signal cut off problem has been solved after 2 days of my complain

The cleanliness of the toilet and bathroom was not very good. The number of mosquitos in the room was too much. The room didn't have the materials that should have been like slippers.

Short version - the Finlandia vodka is 52$ for 50ml, but you will find that when they give you the check. If you ask before that the answer is that the drinks are from the lobby.

I'm a manager of activity for Abu air ll2smda and I have visited the hotel several times for vacations they have many facilities an fast Appling requests starting from reservations and organize I have a very good experience with the reception espisaly with Mohamed Mahmoud for ch/in and mrs/Walaa they are very helpful and I recommend this hotel for vactions

Wonderful property, very exotic. Big rooms, but very poorely maintained.

Nice hotel facility. A little too eccentric. Major modernization works in progress, complicating internal circulation. Some maintenance issues. Only one TV channel in French. Varied good quality catering.

- gym equipment - elliptical trainer and bike were very poor quality.
- had to complain to housekeeping re long hairs on lamp shade
- food in buffet - had to send chicken back twice because under cooked / raw in middle.
- gym hours inconvenient for business traveler
- despite gym opening hr being 7am at 715 am still not open and had to go back to desk to get someone to open

Would not stay with you again.

Excellent hotel. The only suggestion I have to make is to improve the quality and quantity of food at Azzuro's.

I arrived for check-in at 2am and proceeded to my room which was a walking distance from reception only to find the room open. When to my colleague's room to call reception and all they did was tell me to just go in because there is no one in the room.
I had to beg my colleague to go with to inspect the room and indeed there was no one but the door frame was tampered with hence when the door is closed softly it opens after a while.
i called reception to report this but again no alternative room was offered. I will never go back there.

Movenpick Hotel is one of the nicest hotels. It was the first five star hotel in my life. After five star hotels, I was not in the beauty of the hotel. At the time I was small and it was a beautiful experience and it was a coincidence. The spirit of Maia

I would like to emphasise unfortunately it's was horrible experience I have many photos for the room showing the old and the damaged furniture and bathroom with black bacteria on the sealant, Uncleaned Room. but Really I don't wanna share it. this is regardless food especially Dinner.

Security guards and other personnel congregate and seem idle most of the time. Entrance felt more like an airport terminal than a hotel.
Check-in staff were very good and professional.
Staff linger and squat in the communal gardens as if they live there. I saw one spitting loudly in the garden just opposite my room.
The room and bathroom are disgraceful to even have the movenpick brand. Very old/tired/cheap furniture. Bathroom fittings and finishing feels like a cheap apartment and very poor craftsmanship. Old/distressed floor/walls. Dirty/old paintings/mirror/curtains.
Air conditioning unit is loud even when switched off. Door does not insulate noise from outside.
All in wall was not a comfortable stay and I opted to stay the second night somewhere else.

The place is ammazing and stuff is very friendly, room was clean and with a v. Nice view, my children love the big pools.. The breckfast was good as 4 star hotels not 5
And you will find a lot of nice green area around, I am totaly recommend it

Cute, comfortable, sin is located in an area that Google Maps does not allow anyone to reach correctly (if used or uber Careem it will take several minutes longer to arrive)

Rooms: you will feel that you are staying in the most miserable place, it is not clean at all, the toilet is not clean, the room is too cold and the AC heater is not doing anything.
The people are nice in general, however, room service is average, seems they are busy.

Reception and not the finest .. Treatment treatment is good and wonderful .. The hotel overlooks the sweetness and several pools .. And service directly service and sweet
