Everything was ok but why i need to go to the main gate to pick my delivery food I think this was the worst situation but overall everything was good the hotel is very good, perfect.

Good place not good food and it's faraway of the Downton so it's not suitable for events

Overall, the stay was good. The suite though was extremely spacious and scarcely furnished which makes it cold and a bit eerie. The restaurant was below expectations (no tea spoons for coffee at the breakfast buffet!!!!!!?)
Staff very friendly, specially at the reception.

They have a cafe at the garden in front of a nice big pool. You can go to the cafe without reservation in the hotel

The hotel landscape is great and the staff there is helpful . The place is great and the weather is perfect. You can enjoy your time there.Food is good and yours will enjoy the out doors there. Multiple swimming pool and kids pool without water games is also existed.

Mosquitos inside de room. Anti-mosquitos devices should be available in the room.

Chinese tourists are very noisy. They woke me up in the night twice by knocking the door and shouting. One cluster should be reserved for business purpose customers. Holiday people schedulles are not the same.

Buffet is good and service also.

Everything was going well starting from the reception passing through restaurant staff who were sooooo kind all of them and ending with room service and pool guards who were so alert and so kind.. I stayed for 2 nights where we were so happy and all my family members were happy.. Looking forward to see you again.

Average service level &average food quality .. but it was clean

It s amazing hotel and special thanks for the reception ... mr Amir , ms haidy , ms walaa , mr mohamed mahmoud ,mr mohamed said , mr mohamed emad and mr khamis for efforts .. housekeeping Mahmoud is polite .... food and beverages are good staff .... the director sales Mr abdelmgeid is gentleman and ms esraa in banquet department is helpful

Hotel was great, food was alright. Would ve given 5 stars had the food been amazing. Everything else is 10/10. Will stay here again and wouldntell me friends.

Food was pretty tasteless.
Phone in my room was not working, even when I reported it 1st day of my stay at the reception.
To order any service I needed to walk across all hotel area to get to reception.

Furniture is outdated and lighting is not sufficient in the room. Several insects activities noticed in the room.

Firstday when I checked in they mistyped my room number to card and I have tried to open a wrong door.
The room was old fashion, not really clean.
As we learnt the hotel has new and old rooms and I was the one in old room.
Second day my room card was out of date and I had to wait more or the less half an hour in the door of the room for a new one.

The hotel itself was very nice, the landscape was pleasing, with all amenities included. The staff made my stay. i initially changed rooms and the staff were very accommodating. The customer service was above and beyond. All staff had great attitudes, were extremely helpful and lovely. From the reception staff to the room service staff, every single member I came across, made my stay that much more special.

A very nice green areas and kids areas, but with a not very good service or food.

Thanks for the amazing time in this resort and warming welcoming during check in from miss Walaa and the reception are very friendly and the concierge as well

To be honest, I was very simpler in staying in the hotel. The reception is great, all the people are beautiful, their smile and their help is wonderful, and especially the restaurant, the chefs and witters, all the people are beautiful, very sure.

I feel comfortable, helpful staff, clean places, I have nice memories in it

I've been to a theatrical show staring Henedy. The vibes were beautiful! Artistic and happy people all gathered up to see one big 4 hour show

A property worth staying in if you are in Cairo, different, spacious, peaceful . .

The overall experience is very good. The staff is great and very helpful. The rooms are good for the most part. The best quality of the hotel is its staff.

Very very bad service, I arrived at midnight ,it was very cold, asked for blankets and heater for more than one hour , sweet is very poor

Foods are okay. Room service not good, we asked for a bedroom slippers and nobody came to give. The 2nd night , we asked foe soap and bathgel and no one came..

I had a worst experience in that hotel.. property is good but the service quality is very poor, I'll write down the problems I faced
1. They dont carry our baggage to room (rooms are far from reception)
2. Room not cleaned well, nore maintained well
3. I ask for the two key they provide me after 3 days
4. They don't even provided restroom accessories like toothbrush, paste, shaving set etc. When I called to room service , they said tomorrow they will provide and got it after 2 days, after keep asking.
5 . I was not able to charge my mobiles, laptop , camera etc. Because they don't provide universals plug point .. When I ask for the converter, clearly said we won't provide..
6. Even I should keep asking for water, tea bags etc.. Not even clean the room every day.
7. I use the uber for my local traveling, if they wait 10 minutes inside the compound we should pay for it...
8. I never had such a experience with the staff never before in my any other travel. Very rash people , they won't even smile when we smile to them..( few staffs are good and polite ..mainly the restaurant staffs )

I like the view , the landscape was great and the new aqua park was great ..
I see that the food was perfect with many varieties .. I really enjoyed my time there
But I have a note on the rooms .. they weren't mostly perfect .. there were ants on the sofa and there weren't many channels available on TV

No heating in the room. We had to call the front desk in order for them to provide an electrical heater. Took more than 4 hours to get a comfortable temperature in our room. We had to stop several times the shower because it wasn't draining properly. The extra blankets that we had to put on our bed the first night were dirty. We witnessed the way the waiter was cleaning the tables in the main dining room. Using the same cloth to wipe the tables and the chairs without any cleaning products, without cleaning the placemats at all, just putting back new cutlery. No wonder several people of our group get sick while in Egypt. Poor hygiene overall.

Good reception and beautiful spaces, a huge swimming pool and a very well maintained garden. To advice

Beautiful pool Attentive staff Amur always waiting with a warm smile despite my lousy English. I regret not being able to say goodbye and thank you when I left Cairo.

I attended a theater play at Cairo Show, it was great but the services there are not enough for the number of visitors (bathrooms, cafeteria, etc...)
