Good front office here in the reception.. So amazing

First: - Day use my wife and I were booked, and I was surprised upon receiving the room that it was with two beds and not one king size bed, and when I asked for a telephone reception from the room, they answered and told me two minutes, and we answered you. Of course, no one called me again. Unfortunately, I accepted the room because the hour was 12 noon and I lost an hour on the empty because Take over the room.
Second: Upon arrival, they understood me in the reception that a special discount was made for me from 1400 EGP to 1200 EGP, and I was surprised the second day that the price of the day was originally 1000 EGP on the day I arrived at the hotel, meaning I laughed at me at 200 EGP, and no discount was made or needed, but rather the opposite ...... The hotel was contacted and I received an email that I would like that. They have 200 LE. I can use them in the next day of use, God willing
Of course, as a whole, an issue that is not purely pleasant about your right as a large hotel that has its name.

That was mine and my beautiful wife Anniversary Treat.
We decided to have something different to do this time. So we thought if spending the day with the penguins at Ski Egypt. And the first place camr to our mind to stay in is Movenpick.
And luckily it was available to book for that day!
Check in was smooth and quick and early check in was provided even. Followed by quick escorting to the room followed by fruit basket to welcome us.
And on the following day Chef Salwa have sent us some special treat for our anniversary so Thank you so much.
All in all service was excellent and it would be my first option if i ever been to the area again.

Mediocre and the word is too much.
I would say weak nil. The staff are cold rude and insulting in their language.
A swimming pool that closes at 6 p.m. is early for a so called 5 star.
The catering is also not great.

As for the rooms and the cleanliness it is nothing !!!! Meal trays lying around in the corridors for several days without getting in the way
Sand in the beds.
Dirt all over the room and banana peels under the bed.

Please review your star criteria. And the management of your employees.

I would go around all websites and agencies to make a very bad advertisement for the establishment

Hotel was undergoing refurbishment but was still operational. Breakfast staff were very helpful

It s my first time off from work i came here to enjoy my time the animation team made that task look so simple. It s a wonderful place for a holiday. Clubbing with the animation team is magnificent.

This was our first time to stay in Movenpick and although the view was breathtaking, but the room didn't meet our expectations. The room needed a working AC and flies repellent. Unlike the suite which was perfect to stay in. Also the pool needed a heater and the food was okay.

Needs management changement urgent!!!! Everything is horrible, the food the housekeeping, the front desk, everything

Wide and beautiful but need lighting and Anwar Aktar and for the road entrance from the oasis is unclear but is the next gate to me after the media production city but behind the NileSat entrance is locked

We enjoyed our stay very much. Room was excellent, service was excellent, food was excellent.
Our only comment is to recommend these things :
1- To add more toys at the children park. It is big enough to accommodate several more toys and several more seats for parents. More light in the night is also needed.
2- The children corner is very weak. Many more activities and games should be added to really attract children.
3- To add more shades to the car parking areas. In summer it gets really hot.
4- Service around pool areas should be improved to speed it up. Currently it is very slow.

Great hotel with outstanding service under upscale management

Ahmad the outlet manager of the restaurant and the staff offer the best hospitality and great service. We requested soya milk before arriving and they happily provided.

It's a wonderful place to relax with your family and friends. The rooms there are very comfortable. In addition, the food there is amazing as well as the pool and spa.

The check in was awesome in the favor of merna and ahmed they were perfect

One of the best hotels I have ever been to. Service is outstanding, staff are super helpful and friendly, conference halls are big and modern, entertainment is full-on, and much more.

It was a good stay and I enjoyed very much with my family in the hotel and the service is very good and its staff, especially the reception
I thank them very much for the warm reception Mr. Amir, Mirna, Walaa for their performance, and I hope to repeat it again.

Excellent hotel but need clarification of entrance from outside

The view from the rooms on the gardens or swimming pools is wonderful
Swimming pools and water games are fun for children ..
The hotel service is good ..
The restaurant and eating it special especially breakfast ..
The hotel gym and spa are very nice and clean ..
The problem .. Prices have risen significantly in the last period ..

It wasn't my first time here this my favorite hotel I spent my vacation with my family in a very good suite at 14111 in a very good atmosphere

me and my wife and our lovely daughter had spent a great wonderful time in your hotel in the Easter , and hope to come again in the future , and want to know if There is VIP Offers ( as in the last five years Movenpic is my only beloved hotel specially el sokhna ) , and over all we will not go any were except Movenpic , you will always be the best of all the hotels in egypt .

Have you ever been to a hotel where coins don t exist? It is your lucky day ! You are at the right place.
Price for drinks are really high and it seems that the hotel is used to have only rich people because they don t give you back your change entirely (or they increase the price to make it easier for them).
If you want your money, you are almost insulted.
Plus rooms are not clean and furnitures are old.
It is too bad because the potential is here (with the swimming pool)

Excellent service. I had three night at the hotel and from the first day I noticed how professional the staff was . Miss Haide gave me the best package. The food was good specially at dinner . When ever I needed any thing I get it immediately .Rooms were clean and staff is friendly. Will definitely repeat this experience .

Terrible management terrible receiption terbile treatment of guest

Wonderful hotel, comfortable and very clean stay. Very respectful staff, especially Mrs. Reem, was very helpful and followed up on everything related to the guest to ensure his comfort. I thank her very much and she is an example of the dedicated employee. I thank Movenpick employees as well.

The furniture is old and restaurant has no much choices..
