I had a worst experience in that hotel.. property...

I had a worst experience in that hotel.. property is good but the service quality is very poor, I'll write down the problems I faced
1. They dont carry our baggage to room (rooms are far from reception)
2. Room not cleaned well, nore maintained well
3. I ask for the two key they provide me after 3 days
4. They don't even provided restroom accessories like toothbrush, paste, shaving set etc. When I called to room service , they said tomorrow they will provide and got it after 2 days, after keep asking.
5 . I was not able to charge my mobiles, laptop , camera etc. Because they don't provide universals plug point .. When I ask for the converter, clearly said we won't provide..
6. Even I should keep asking for water, tea bags etc.. Not even clean the room every day.
7. I use the uber for my local traveling, if they wait 10 minutes inside the compound we should pay for it...
8. I never had such a experience with the staff never before in my any other travel. Very rash people , they won't even smile when we smile to them..( few staffs are good and polite ..mainly the restaurant staffs )
