Mother and baby was not a nice place for such an enjoyable experience. Some nurses were not pleasant, "the over night nurses" they seemed to be bothered each time we called them. I had to intervene to get things done. Poor customer service. After the delivery the room stayed dirty and smelly for hours and the patient was kept in the bed with all the disgusting fluids you can ever imagine till I myself took her to the bathroom cleaned her and cleaned the bed. We had to ask a couple of times to be transferred to a regular room so the patient and the family don't need to smell all the horrible odor that was in the room.
After the transferee the rooms are outdated The food was horrible. But the service got a little better.
I will not recommended this unit for anyone who is looking for a pleasant and happy birth of their lovely child.

Dr Dubey is an excellent neuro radiologist. I am a radiologist who visited a relative at the hospital.The care attention was highest standards,

great attention on patient questions and needs. I went for an annual check up and I just start the process with all the appointments and referrals, Thank you Dr. Insom.

Do not come here this hospital unless you want to be harassed plus they don t speak English thank God I speak Spanish otherwise the nurses won t talk to you cuz they don t speak English they gossip about the patients too their patient they re mean careless and disrespectful I had a nouse touch down my part cuz she wanted to see how much I was bleeding without my permission to be touch the roommate they put next to me threat me sh wanted to fight and was very low class cursing and screaming and when I called the charge nurse she didn t do anything I had to call 911 that s when sh told the girl to leave cuz she was already discharged over all worse 12 days of my life not even an apology from the supervisors unless you dying do not come here

That hospital is rubbish, my grandmother, she was admitted there and they released her, they told her to wait with oxygen downstairs in a chair until the ambulance came to take her home from 1pm and it was 7pm and the ambulance did not arrive It is a lack of respect and if you call to know the patients because they do not let you go for the crown, they get angry, I do not advise anyone, do not make the mistake of going there

I have received outstanding service from the doctors and staff at Mt. Sinai. I recently had a surgical procedure at the Gumenick Ambulatory Center and every single staff member that attended me was phenomenal! From the admitting staff to my surgeon, including all nurses and anesthesiologists, I was treated with the utmost care and respect. My surgeon is Dr. Muddasani and she is truly amazing. I wish all doctors, hospitals, and staff treated me the way I have been treated at Mt. Sinai. Please keep up the great work of making patients feel as if they come first!

I have been a patient of Dr. Lupu for over 30 years. He is the most professional, knowledgeable and friendliest doctor possible. I truly feel that he is like part of my family. His staff Shawn and Jeanette are superb. I am so fortunate be under their care!

My family and I have been patients of Mount Sinai Medical Center for more than 3 decades. We have come to know many of the doctors there and feel confident each time we visit. Most recently, we were disappointed that our doctor had chosen to switch to a concierge practice and the cost for my family did not make sense. Faced with finding a new doctor became a challenge, but we were introduced to Dr. Georgi Miller. As fate would have it, both my wife and I became victims of the severe colds/stomach virus that has been ravaging our area. It became a great test to evaluate Dr. Miller. She responded flawlessly. She made room in her schedule to see us when needed and also responded to our My Chart questions, typically within a couple of hours and guided us through the illness. We are still on the mend, but are deighted with the service provided by Dr. Miller and her office.

I ve been a patient of Dr. Georgi Miller for several years, thankfully. Her receptionist, Mirtha, pleasantly worked me into a last minute appointment. After a short wait, her longtime assistant, Jaime, welcomed me like an old friend. She did the usual weigh-in, blood pressure, and med review. Dr. Miller arrived quickly, reviewed a few things, and listened patiently to my problem.
After a few minutes, she suggested a couple of tests to diagnose my problem.
As usual I left the office with a positive feeling that I had been very well treated. I have recommended Dr. Miller to several friends and will continue to do so.

Take my husband to the emergency and attention was immediate, very good service ...

Friendly staff and plenty of parking. Hard to get in and out sometimes due to traffic.

good visit. Arrived on time, waited no longer that 10 minutes. The doctor was very thorough, answered all my questions and gave me feedback about my health problems. The staff was polite and professional.

My mom went for a procedure and I can t even describe the attention she received from staff, great staff, very helpful with my moms needs.. Rachelle Guzman went beyond her duty.. I'm super glad I came to this hospital with my mom and she had her heart surgery with Dr.LaPietra. Dr.LaPietra shows true interest in his job, and the patients emotions towards the surgery. The team of surgeons who performed my mother's surgery did an amazing job! There are truly good surgeons in this hospital. I would also like to thank the best nurse in the entire hospital Patrice Diaz, an RN in the ICU which was where my mother was the first two days after her surgery. This Nurse was extrememly nice while taking care of my mother. My mother said that she felt as if she was at a hotel with the way this lady (Patrice Diaz) treated her. If anyone were to ask me where is the best hospital to have heart surgery i would say Mount Sinai. Not only do they do a great job with the surgery but they are very friendly and know how a patient wants to be treated after a life changing surgery like open heart. Once again I want to thank everyone that helped us with my mother's recovery, everyone on floors 5 and 4. Finally, a huge thanks to Dr.LaPietra, his team of surgeons, and the RN Patrice Diaz. Will definitely recommend in the future to anyone that is trying to choose a hospital for open heart surgery.

The network in Mount Sinai is simply amazing and the best! Doctors are amazing and fully knowledgeable, nurses are friendly and make you feel cared for. I wouldn t trust any other hospital with my health or my families unless it s Mount Sinai.

I got to experience the Mount Sinai Emergency Department medical team for the first time last night. I have to say that it was truly the best hospital experience I've ever had. I suffered a head injury which needed multiple staples and the team was quick, responsive, friendly, and extremely professional! Would highly recommend!

The emergency room was world class. From the security guard who assisted with finding my mother when I was beside myself with fear to Dr. Matthew and Nurse Maggie (I hope that was her name )who treated my mother like she were their own. Dr. Matthew explained everything about her condition and the procedures he would do in a way that I could understand. Thank you so much for your compassion.

Once my mother was moved to the step down floor, the stay headed south with the exception of Nurse Noelle; she's an angel. One of my mother's ailments was heart related. It wasn't until the fourth day that my mother was seen by a cardiologist, only because I called the supervisor. The other nurses were heartless. When I arrived Thursday, my mother informed me that two of the day nurses were calling her names. My mother is 93 with advanced stage Parkinson's, and had numerous tests, X-rays and blood drawn from the wrong arm (no, the nurses didn't read the posted sign) every four hours. No doubt, she was on edge and beyond exhaustion. I spoke with the nurses, explaining why she was grouchy. However, like children, the response was, She called us the F...word. Obviously, sensitivity training wasn't their forte.

If you or a loved one are sick please try to come to this hospital -180 degree difference! My 80 yr old mom fell last November and needed to go to the ER last year and EMT took her to UHealth. We and her primary doctor are STILL waiting for her records from that visit, and it took forever to have her seen by the ER doc there. That's why when she got sick this time I insisted the paramedics bring her here. Other than literally just one nurse, everyone was attentive even with a packed ER. The doctors seemed really knowledgeable and the nurses also had great bedside manner and patience with her. Her medical team was active with labwork for her and keeping us informed. Highly recommend this hospital!

I have been a patient at Mt. Sinai, Aventura for most of my life. I went for my mammogram today and arrived to find that my appointment was scheduled for tomorrow, not today. I specifically made the appointment on a Wednesday as it is a day I have no obligations after work. I received a confirmation call at work today stating that my appointment was for 3:00 and would be covered by my insurance. The woman at the desk was barely apologetic, just to say that they would not be able to fit me in today. I drove over an hour to get to the appointment, lost time at work, and they barely recognized it as anything but a mere inconvenience and suggested I return tomorrow! The waiting room was almost empty and the lady next to me was also upset because they screwed up her paperwork for her daughter and again, they did not accept any responsibility or show any remorse or compassion. Tonight I received an automated message that I had an appointment for tomorrow! I requested and collected my tests for the past 20 years and will be going to a different Breast Center in the near future. What a shame, all three of my children were born at Mt. Sinai, it was my favorite hospital and has a reputation that it just lost with me. What a terrible experience, disgraceful.

I recently had a stay at this hospital. The people in the ER were great. Everyone was friendly and did everything they could to find out what was wrong with me.
I ended up admitted and the nurses that took care of me during my stay, Michelle during the day and Valerie at night, were wonderful. Even the food was actually good for hospital food.
My only complaint was that despite my repeated pleas, the phlebotomists that came to my room everyday would not draw blood from my IV catheter. My right arm is still bruised from the repeated sticks. Other than that, this is one of the best hospitals I've ever been in.

This is the last straw I am with my 36 weeks pregnant wife in this hospital I have already come three times because she has an itch and a skin rash and every time it gets worse it was already maddening and still they have not treated me and I have been more than three hours here I do not understand that it is urgent for this hospital that one is on the verge of death at two hours my wife got a knee in her knees, that is, the pimples on her knees and on my back I showed them to the nurses and asked them what The longer I have to wait for my wife to be cared for, she was desperate, I showed her photos of the severity and she said, "Wait, now they are taking care of me. It is the worst hospital I have ever seen."

When I was in this hospital, I received good service. Although they charged me a lot of money. I can say it is expensive but they have fantastic service. When you do, you have enough money.

I would like to Express my gratitude to one of the best physicians I have encountered while been pregnant. This is my second baby and I can attest that Dr.Moise is a genuine doctor that really shows care and compassion because I experienced it first hand. She takes her time to listen, she is understanding, non judgmental and has passion for her profession. When I see her I feel at ease because she explains in simple terms and clarifies all my worries. I am thankful to have found such an amazing and caring doctor to take care of me and my bundle of joy. Her medical assistant is as great as the doctor and the office wait time is minimal. I recommend Dr.Moise and the OBGYN office to any pregnant patient looking for a great doctor with caring staff.

OMg gyno there Is HORRIBLE. Giving a bad name to the company wow. I drove 55 min to this appointment. Still managed to get there on time through all the traffic of the beach ~ garage finding parking mission and all. Then I started looking for room unit number And the place is HUGE.. with several buildings and room and floors so I m rushing to get to the room and I couldn t find so I start calling and panicking cause I didn t want to arrive late and so I started calling the office back to back no answer then i started calling main line because o couldn t get a hold of them and I was literaly running around super lost there. By the time call got through they helped me find right building and unit they just turned me away completely! Explain to them everything how I ve been here on time I have just been trying to find a room number and how I drove so far etc. etc. and they had no remorse at all?! I had a major surgery done at Mt Sinai Hospital by Dr Juan Paramo and the experience was excellent. And continue to see Dr Paramo currently and I have no complaints. I also see the surgeon Dr Henry Wodnicki in the Comprehensive Cancer Center at Mt Sinai and the experience is always excellent as well. I highly recommend both physicians and the hospital without hesitation.

We had to take my father urgently in the early morning and they took great care of us. I recommend it without hesitation.

Last night I call the hospital to see how my father doing after a heart surgery ,had a minor stroke and my father nurse name Dianis respond very upset to me and talk to me really unprofessional,I understand they really busy and they have other patients but the only way for me to be informed about my father condition it s to call and get informed maybe she never been and these situations and really hert because I really worry for my father,really sad

Mount Sinai has always been the most amazing place for medical care. I got an appointment within the hour, saw the doctor ASAP and got my prescription without missing a beat.

Doctors and nurses are nice and professional. I felt like I was at a self service checkout at a grocery store. Whenever a nurse walked in just to even say hi they barcode scanned your beacelent. Ecellent quality of care just a bit impersonal.

Showed up at 945am for a 10am appointment and wasn't seen by the Doctor until 1115am. Not sure why we are making appointments for, this Office needs to realize that the patients also have other business and appointments that need to be attended to. Once the Doctor walked into the room, he was more concerned about a 12pm Lecture he was running late for, and filling out the patient form, than addressing any new patient concerns as he spoke into the computer in front of him. But in all fairness we were interrupted twice, and he did take 15 seconds to listen to my heart and lungs.
Very disappointed in the service and lack of attention to patient satisfaction.

This is your typical hospital. The hallways linking all the buildings are like a maze and make sure you are ready to pay for parking. Some of the parking lots only take cash too. The doctors there are good though. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

It is INSANE, the inequality in this Country and CITY, this Hospital charges A LOT OF MONEY, LOTS! and they pay $13 dollars an hour for a Talent Acquisition Assitant.

This is the Greatest, most professional Hospital I have even been to. I have been a patient, but I brought my mother from Maine every year sometimes twice a year just for thier expertise. She survived Kidney and Heart Problems until 91, that were almost impossible. And her quality of life was excellent,
she was still able to go out and live life! Losing her was a result of having to been seen at a different hospital on our way home, tho a large and famous teaching hospital, they didn't have the talent Of Mt Sinai. I would recommend Mt Sinai to everyone, and if I have heath carw issues that arise, I will find anyway I can to be treated there

Had the best experience with you. We both feel that this is the place my husband needs to be to get the best treatment for his disability. It was very professional. We felt we could relax some. Thank you all so much.

Mount Sinai on the whole is excellent. Dr Enamorado is superbly understanding and demonstrates much empathy. Dr Enamorado s staff makes my visit extra nice. Thank goodness for this physician and his staff.

If this is what being at Jackson feels like then I'm right at home. Even with insurance this place seems lack luster. No one has any sense of regard. Yup seems just like Jackson to me. But hey at least I'm still kicking as I wait for the corresponding medical bill. The wait game continues after 7 hours. Overall they redeemed themselves. The nurses were great and after the doctors started showing it I felt much better. It's no easy task to be in this line of work, for my issue wasn't life threatening I have a moment now to reflect back and say thank you. Great I get to go home.

The hospital and staff are nice enough, some of the doctors have done terrible by me. I have been over charged by this hospital more then once. I think it is criminal that they charge so much to park a car to visit a sick relative or family member.
Really? Your not making enough off the services you over charge for on every level. This is the only hospital I know of that charges to visit the sick.

Terrible hospital! Went in for a simple 45 minute procedure.. left 12 hours later.. the people that registered us didn't care how long we had waited or what the patient was going through.. inefficiency like nowhere I've been and disregard for keeping an appointment.. basically got lied to straight to our face while they kept us waiting and waiting and waiting.. when they were finally done and THEY wanted to go home they were pushing us out the door.... stay away!

The billing department is horrible. I have never received an official statement for my last visit in oct. I only found out about a statement balance going into my portal. After paying monthly installments for a few months the balance in their system never changed. I called to request a detail explanation in a paper statemant they sent my acct to collections even though I am on time with my payments.

Doctors at the Hospital in the 4th Floor did not listen to what the patient (me) told them, several times. They work as robots, with their tasks efficiently in mind but not listen to the patient. I had a very bad impression at the discharge time and was close to cry at 63 years old. Claudia did help me to keep my posture.

Fact- On October 24, the doctor at the 4th Floor changed all my medicines that I am taken for about 10 years, and did not discuss with me previously. Worse, I am from Brazil and will travel to Brazil, I told him and (two) her twice that I would need 60 days of new prescriptions as Dr. Talentino only can see me on December. They ignore this conversation and provide prescription for 30 days.

At discharge time, I have two choices, travel without the medicines sufficient until December (after two stents were inserted on October 23, it is very risk according to the description of Plavix and Lopressor, among others) or cancel the trip. Cancelling the trip will result in a damage of about USD 23000 in fees, revenue, tickets, etc. This trip is not for fun. It is for business development. I had a Master and a thesis in different subject,also I speak English and Spanish quit well, so it was not a miscommunication . So, I felt badly ignored. So, I am very disappointed with these facts. At this point I am not sure if I will lose USD 23000.

Mrs. Isabel is kindly trying to solve the problem what I really thank her very much. Otherwise I do not know what to do.

Dr. Enamorado is experienced, patient and takes the time to listen. He is experienced and knowledge. He has a very pleasant personality and easy to talk to and really listens. His staff is professional, efficient and very nice.

Excellent attention, they saved my son's life when I was little, I gave birth to my second daughter and also required emergency at birth and there the neonatology and obstetrics group attended us first, it is an excellent hospital where they do everything with a lot of love , all doctors and nurses, security and other departments are the best.
I wish you by this 2020 to continue being so Brilliant and to continue growing.

I have been to other emergency rooms before, they kept me waiting for a long time even though I was in grave pain. I was afraid that the same would happen to my mother when I heard that she was in an emergency room. But turned out that Mount Sinai is better than any other place I had been to before, they responded super quick and that saved her life. I'm so grateful I cannot say thank you enough.
