I was convinced there was an issue with the Bluetooth in my new 2016 Honda CR-V. After Andrew found out that I had scheduled a service appointment for my CR-V, he accompanied me down to service to look at my connectivity issue. I am quite technologically adept but the connection between my iPhone and CR-V had been wonky at best.

Not only did Andrew solve my Bluetooth Connection issues, he assisted me with the responsiveness (or lack of) that I had been experiencing with Siri. Everything works perfectly now. Andrew not only solved the problem but explained to me the way that the technology works so that I understand the concepts.

Interestingly enough, Andrew personally uses Android. However, he has the breadth and and depth of knowledge to trouble shoot apple issues as well as Android. LISTEN TO ANDREW he really understands the technology and is a fantastic instructor. He will explain the concepts to you and ensure that your vehicle is working the way that it should.

My warning lights came on indicating engine malfunction. Honda Motorcars,speficly Jed Arshenovitz took care of me at service and was very helpful, courteous and efficient. He even offered me a free loaner car which made my life much easier.He explained everything very well. Very good experience.

My experience at Motorcars is always topnotch, Bob A. was very polite and courteous while receiving me and checking me in. Jed Arshenovitz customer service relationship skill is just so mind blowing, He made me feel so welcomed, answered all my questions perfectly and I didn't feel like leaving even after the servicing was over. I also enjoyed the cosy lounge, the whole experience was amazing to me. Thanks Jed Arsh you are amazing, you are a true Ambassador of Motorcars.

I purchased my SUV from Motorcars Honda in 2018 and have been going there for my routine maintenance. I found out that Foundation purchased the dealership and I continued to use their service department because I like to make sure my SUV is in top shape, I prefer going to the Honda dealer over other service centers and I appreciate that Foundation provides a great value for their services and they have reasonable prices and some great specials. All the staff is friendly and I have always had a great experience as a customer.

Vernell Ivy was a pleasure to work with, and the personal attention from the used car manager, finance manager, and general manager was completely unexpected. The process was more like a team effort than a buyer/seller relation. I have never felt so confident in the value of my deal.

I went in for an air leak on a tire and it took 2 hours to repair which was way too long - it wasn't even looked at for over an hour and I had an appointment. But Georgiann, the service writer, gave it to me for free due to the long wait. Please note, that I didn't even complain or become impatient due to the wait, Georigann just did it on her own. Thank you!

I purchased my first Honda from Honda Cars of Cleveland in 1980 and strive to drive them over 300,000 miles. My 2004 Accord EX developed alternator problems on a Friday evening at 10:00pm, and I had to have it towed to Motorcars. I phoned Saturday morning and was asked to drop off the key (I probably could have just left it in the drop slot). Technician Ted Keeney looked at my vehicle Saturday afternoon and confirmed the problem was just the alternator (do not ignore dim lights!). The part was in stock. Georgiann Perno arranged for a loaner for me for Monday morning and I was repaired and back in my vehicle by 1:00pm Monday afternoon.

I'm fond of my Sales Rep Burt (now retired?). I see and hear from him from time to time. But after the purchase, your relationship is with the Service Department. My sincere thanks for the level of care I receive from my Technician Ted, from Scott and Kevin in Parts, and from Service Director Georgiann, and all of the loyal crew at Motorcars Honda.

Went to leave this morning, and found both driver side tires low. Went immediatley over to Motorcars, and had a very positive experience. Night Shift Service Advisor Brandon Baker had them checked out. No leaks, but there debris in rims. Danny Kreis, Service Tech, performed oxidation removal and resealed them for me, all at no charge.

Service was greatly appreciated, since I came on a Saturday with no appointment.

Besides this dealership being one of the coolest looking ones around, the solar panel roof and creating it's own "Green" energy blows my mind!! Service department is top notch! Was fast and well priced for a dealership. The employees are all helpful and Melissa was very knowledgeable with my Honda Civic and what I needed or could wait a bit on if I had to. Overall I'd go back for all of my service needs with my lease and will be back when my lease is up from another dealership to get one of their!! Keep it up Motorcars!!!

I am trying to lease a car, to better my life, and I keep getting ignored, no call backs, I shouldn't have to hunt down the sales manager. I been told to come get a car twice and I went up one day it wasnt ready, then the Nick the sales manager said Friday..but yet he was off that day, very bad business if you ask me. Then another sales person told me they would see what was going on, and call me back, yet no phone call back. I do plan on buying a car after I lease forna while, but i would never buy one from this lot

Well, I was greeted promptly by Rich Klimkowski and quickly put at ease. Rich explained the philosophy behind Honda, and listened to my list of priorities in a car. He made me feel very comfortable, patiently answered all of my questions and made sure that the model I chose met my needs. I m really enjoying driving my new Accord and feel great about my choice.

Me and my girlfriend had been looking around for a nice used car for quite a while when we came across Motorcars Honda. We had seen the "motorcars" sticker on vehicles all around Cleveland so we were pretty aware of how large and well-known the company was but we weren't prepared for their service! Our dealer, Michael Mastropietro was an extremely kind, humorous, knowledgeable yet professional man whose constant phrase throughout the day was, "I work for you!" We chose a great 2009 used BMW but were skeptical about its price and condition but Michael understood our worries and brought out immaculately detailed charts of the car's history, price comparisons, etc. When I mentioned that the car was being sold for cheaper at other dealerships, he even made a chart for us to show us that Motorcars was literally giving the best price! He wasn't afraid to show us everything and was completely honest throughout the entire negotiation. The great car was just icing on the cake! If you need a great car and want to have a great experience buying it, Michael at Motorcars is your guy!

One of our Hondas started making an unfamiliar noise; I took the car in the next day and they found a loose non-vital part; corrected it and had me on my way in 45 minutes. No charge, either. I reluctantly went to buy a new car, after having my Honda Accord for 11 wonderful years. I test drove a Mazda CX-5, a VW Tiguan and a couple cars at other dealerships just to be sure I shopped around, and my experiences with the other dealers were very much.... average at best. When I got to Motorcars Honda (which is right down the street from my house), I was taken care of immediately by Vernell Ivy.

I can not express what a pleasure it was to work with her, how wonderful she was at keeping me informed at every step of the process, and how knowledgeable she was about their cars. I bought a CR-V from her the same day I came in. I can attribute that to three things; Vernell's exceptional customer care, the overall helpfulness and thoroughness of the other employees at Motorcars Honda, and my so-so experiences everywhere else. The decision was easy and I have been loving driving my new car, even though letting go of my old gal was difficult.

To management - give Vernell a raise! Looking forward to my first service appointment :)

I bought a used SUV from Motorcars Honda yesterday and could not be happier (with my car or my service). It was my first car-buying experience but my salesperson, Molly McIntyre, was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful that I felt very comfortable.

First, I was able to look through online options and she answered many of my questions via email within just a few hours of my first request - which made the process super convenient for me. When it was time to meet with her, she was prepared and patient.

With all of our prep work done, I test drove and purchased the car and was out the door in about two hours. (She even helped me empty out the trunk of my old car!) After weeks of searching and researching, Motorcars sold me exactly what I wanted at the exact price I was looking for.

I ve always appreciated the honest and friendly treatment I received at the Motorcars Honda Service Center over the last few years. After working with Molly, I would feel confident recommending Motorcars Honda to my friends and family.

I purchased a new 2014 Honda Odyssey from Joe Bencivenni. Joe was VERY honest, upfront and direct with me from the beginning. He offered me a better purchase price right up front for the new van then another dealership (who I had bought 2 cars from in the past). I was VERY impressed!! Joe also went to bat for me on my trade. After some negotiations he ended up giving me more for my trade then I was quoted elsewhere. It was clear from the beginning of my purchase experience that Joe was really working hard to earn my business . I would recommend Joe greatly and will go back to him in a heartbeat for my future Honda purchases.
I also noticed how friendly the staff was at Motorcars Honda. Noah Daniels (Finance Manager), Kevin and Debbie were all so nice. Noah even bought me a sandwich for lunch while I went over the finance paperwork with him. I plan to work with Joe Bencivenni and purchase from Motorcars Honda again in the future.

While I was preparing mentally to take this plunge. (To have a car note) I didn't know how to start the search! Spontaneously, I stoped into Motorcars. All I knew was I wanted a Honda!! I saw my car that day! I visited MANY locations. Still ended back to Gloria! She was understanding, patient and kind!! At the end of my two week search of MY perfect car! This review relates to the purchase experience I recently had buying a 2010 Accord with 12,500 miles on it.

I came in on a weekday night after work and filed out the majority of the paperwork on the car I selected and was told I would need to return to finish the remainder later in the week once they had worked out my loan with the bank. No problem - I arrived not long before they closed. Among the things we discussed were (1) the car would have 3 sets of keys, (2) that it would have its manual, and (3) due to the fact that they gave me virtually no gas in the car, that they would pay for my first fill up, just come back with the receipt when I returned and they would cut me a check. The sales manager, with whom I was filing out the paperwork, was charming and we had a good conversation.

Upon my return I found out all three things would not end up being true and after expression of my distaste of how I was being treated they fixed virtually nothing (while acknowledging that they HAD told me the items above). The manager and salesperson who I worked with said that despite the fact I was told that I would be given 3 sets keys at close (2 with remote and 1 valet), that they only had 2 keys to provide and that I was free to *purchase* a key from them if it was important to me. The same held true with the manual, but they provided a coffee-stained copy of an manual that wasn't for the engine type or model I purchased. The salesman hollowly gave me the the contact information of the publisher so that I could go purchase one myself (contrary to the manager telling me at the time I began the paperwork that if they didn't have one in stock, they would order one for me). Finally, I provided the receipt for the fill up and was told that they would not pay for that either. They eventually said that I would be reimbursed for half (for which I still haven't seen any reimbursement over a month later).

Obviously, these three items are not of high value but the way in which they handled once I objected was particularly troubling and lacked integrity. In fact, the manager told me to "to walk away from the sale if I didn't like it." Is this who you want to buy from? Once they think they have a sale, ran your credit, etc. they will try to squeeze every last penny out of the deal. Make sure everything is in writing with these guys - their word means as much as Lance Armstrong's.

It's sad keeping their end of the bargain on such small items was worth it to them to turn a satisfied customer to a customer who is willing to write a review like this and was left with a bitter taste in his mouth.

Additionally, I still have to return back to get the XM set up (which was supposed to be included with buying a certified car) - they neglected to collect the necessary information from the car at the time of sale.

Our experience at Motorcars was exceptional. We purchased an Odyssey. This is the third van which we have purchased, and the first dealership which we visited that truly understood the concept of customer satisfaction. Rich Klimkowski did an excellent job showing us cars on both the Honda and Toyota sides. I needed to speak with him the next day, and he took my call and addressed my needs on his day off. That is exceptional customer service. The finance department also did an exceptional job. The documents were ready when we arrived, and we were done with the paperwork in less than 20 minutes. The Motorcars team truly understands the importance of other's time and it shows. I look forward to purchasing my next car from this team.

Don't get me wrong service is great BUT the wait time is ridiculous! I normally have to wait about two and half hours just for an oil change. This is with having a set appointment made weeks in advance. They take walk-ins but should give priority to those who have taken the time to make an appointment in advance.

My first experience with Motorcars was in 2003 when I got my first Honda Civic. We spoke with Andrew Chairelli on the recommendation of a friend. I went back last week and spoke with Andrew again. He is wonderful to deal with. He was able to answer all my questions and did not pressure me into any decision.

Can't say how refreshing it was to deal with honest salespeople. I purchased a 2004 Audi A8 less than a month ago and a problem arose as it was leaking power steering fluid. I called Kevin Hudak and he told me to bring the car in and they would take a look at no charge. After finding out what the problem was, Kevin took care of the repair at no charge. That's great customer service and you have a return customer in me. Thanks.
P.S. I forgot to mention my awesome salesperson Tone Morson, if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle go see him. He's sold my family 5 cars in the past few years and we are all happy.

I stopped by to purchase power steering fluid for my old Honda. Afterward, I wandered around the used car lot just to look. Shaul Janes saw me and came over to talk. If I decided to trade in my old Honda, a 1998 Accord, he asked what type of car I was interested in seeing. I told him I was only thinking about it, but probably want another Accord. After asking price range, he showed me several Accords in my price range. I was never pressured to look at more expensive cars. There was no pressure even though I was there at closing time, I saw one car that was perfect and took it for a drive. I was very happy with this beautiful car. I decided to come back to purchase the car the next day Shaul was working. When I arrived I was greeted with a smile. He had the car's maintenance history and answered questions. The paperwork was quickly completed. I am very happy with my "new to me" Accord. I recommend Shaul Janes highly to anyone looking for a car.

We worked out all our arrangements and negotiated with Joe Bencivenni via the internet. We got a good price and there were no surprises when we went in to close the deal. Joe was very accommodating and knows his product very well. He has been with the dealership for many years and it is obvious why one of his titles refers to his management of customer retention. This is our fourth Honda.

We did end up buying a policy to cover repairs which we had not planned to do, but it was explained in a straightforward manner. All the staff that we met were friendly and informative.

Stephanie Talbot provided my wife and I with excellent customer service when we dropped off our Honda Pilot and Honda Accord for service work. She spent a lot of time to get us the best discount we could receive on the parts and labor for the service we needed. Stephanie also provided us a $60 mail in rebate for the new tires we purchased for our Pilot. On October 10, 2014 AM, I was at the Honda dealers...

On October 10, 2014 AM, I was at the Honda dealership located on 2953 Mayfield Rd. in Cleveland Heights, OH 44118 for car service. After I waited for an oil change, tire rotation and car inspection, I was told by the advisor, Georgiann, that one of my tires, a Cooper tire (the other 3 tires are Firestone tires), located in the front, passenger side position prior to the tire rotation, had a gouge in the sidewall but the car was deemed still safe to drive. I thanked her and then walked outside to where my car was parked. I then inspected the tires and realized the single Cooper tire on my vehicle was in the same position, noting the gouge, and that the tires had not yet been rotated (this is the second time, at this same Honda dealership, this same issue has happened).

I then walked back inside the dealership and spoke with the advisor, who called the mechanic into the office from the shop and asked him to walk out to where my car was parked and explain to me what he had done.

When we arrived at the vehicle, he told me he had simply swapped the front, passenger side tire for the back passenger side tire. When I confronted him and told him the Cooper tire was in the same position, he then admitted to me that instead of rotating the tires, the had simply swapped the black, plastic tire cap from the Cooper tire for a metallic tire cap from the passenger side, back tire position firestone tire - in an attempt to make me think he had actually rotated my tires.

After confronting the mechanic about the tire positions being the same as when I had arrived, he suggested I give him back my car keys and the receipt so that he could take the car back into the shop and actually rotate the tires. I refused and told him I was going to speak with the management staff instead. I then walked back inside the dealership and confronted the advisor, who was very apologetic and gave me a full refund what had happened. She then ensured my tires were rotated before I left the dealership.

Following leaving the Honda dealership, I drove to the nearby hospital, where I work and then home, a total of 6 miles, at most, without any major issues.

On October 11, 2014 AM, while inspecting the tires at home, I noticed there is now a 3-4 inch long, linear gouge, along one of the firestone tire s tread, which is clearly exposing the tire s steel belts.

My concern is two-fold: I was never informed, following the vehicular inspection, of this deep gouge on the firestone tire (now located in the front, driver side position). This gouge was not mentioned following the initial tire inspection and therefore, from my understanding, was likely not present prior to my tires actually being rotated. I am now concerned about the safety of driving my vehicle. I also don't recall any particular instance from when I left the dealership until when I arrived home that would have created such a deep and large tire gouge (I did not run over any pot holes, hit any curbs, etc.). The gouge appears almost as if a slice was made into the tire. I am very worried and upset about this as well as very disappointed that this was not brought to my attention. Therefore, I am now relaying this message in hope that this problem will be corrected immediately.

I have driven an accord for the past 10 years, have almost always had my cars serviced by Honda and I have never experienced any service issues before, until now.

Oh, and my car? A 2013 Honda Accord with approx. 13,000 miles.

Our salesperson this time around at Motorcars was Tone Morson. This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased with Motorcars but the first Honda. We did test drive a Toyota but finally settled on the Honda Pilot. The experience was fantastic! No pressure sales, just working out the best deal to fit our budget. I m only giving them two stars because my internet salesman Tyler Gilles had phenomenal customer service. I contacted the dealer for information on the vehicle and a ballpark range for my trade. After emailing back and forth, concerning delivery etc, we came to a deal. The next step was figuring out the delivery of the vehicle, Tyler kept me in the loop with everything, but he was unable to do anything above his used car sales manager, Mark. Mark never returned my phone calls or gave Tyler any solution or plan for transferring the vehicle. After about a week of no traction I moved on with another vehicle at another dealer. Tyler Gilles was outstanding and I would highly suggest utilizing him as a salesman, it unfortunate that they lost business due to poor customer service at the management level.

The waiting room was fantastic, bathroom was spotless and my wait was not long at all. I could have even taken a bike ride!!! What?! We just leased a 2013 Honda Pilot from Motorcars and dealt with James Pettit. He was GREAT to deal with. We simply inquired about a Pilot we saw on their website. He called us a few minutes later and got a feel for what we were looking for in a car and our price range. The next day I had an insanely busy day at work and could not talk. James kindly e-mailed me all the different lease/buy options for 2013 or 2014 Pilots. I did the auto trader trade-in value on their site and he even valued my trade over the phone and told me it was worth more than auto trader had told us. Then once we got to the dealership he even offered me more money for it. We test drove the vehicle that night, loved it, but decided we wanted a 2013 so our payments would be lower. They did not have any in the dealership and he told us there probably aren't many out there, but he got right on his search for a 2013 and he even got the color we wanted. We had to wait because it was coming from Buffalo but he got it there quickly. He was so helpful in guiding us on what accessories suited us best on the car and there was no arguing over pricing. He gave us a very fair price on the lease and we love the car. The finance office was easy and quick. So far we are just so happy with our dealings with Motorcars and would recommend them to anyone we talk too! If you are looking for a new car or even a used car and you DON'T want to deal with car dealerships playing games with you and refusing to work with you on price, THEN CALL MOTORCARS.
