My husband and I have bought or leased nine cars from Motorcars over the years. When we went there a few weeks ago to lease our latest Honda CRV, we again worked with Marcus Capps, the best car-sales-and-leasing specialist in the business and one of our favorite people. Marcus is also unique among the many automobile-business people we've dealt with around the nation because he possesses a quiet dignity that conveys respect for himself and respect for his customers. This wonderful quality, combined with his great intelligence and sense of humor, makes our visits to Motorcars events to be looked forward to with pleasure. We know we can count on Marcus to make us feel appreciated and at home, to answer all our questions, to try everything he can to make sure we get the car we want and the best deal possible, and to make the experience a delight.
