John, in the service department, was superb in helping me that last two times I had to get some routine work done. He's an effective communicator and knowledgable about his product. He is clear and friendly; I found him to be genuinely helpful. Clearly customer service comes first! Motorcars Service is a no hassle place. And, wow, check out the new waiting lounge.
