I had a flat viewing with Elizabeth Marshall. She was very articulate when explaining all the pros for this particular development. She was friendly and patient, so I felt free to ask many questions.
What I like the most is that she seems up to date with the current trends in the residential property market, therefore I was able to gain valuable insight and advice.

I've received wonderful service from their staff Jamie Saggs last week regarding a property letting in West Silvertown area. He is good mannered and showed warm welcome describing property in details. He has very good knowledge about the local areas and facilities like Gym, Pub, Restaurents and especially transport. Very energetic personnel. Thankls Jamie for your service and I really wish you all the very best.

Fast and friendly assistance by the property management team. Our main contact Sharntell is an absolute pleasure to deal with and had made some potentially difficult issues get resolved smoothly. Also a lot better than experience with other managing agents.

Me and my flatmates were recently looking for a property with morgan randall. We were being delt with Lauren. She was helpful with our search, taking us out on viewings to properties that matched our criteria. Although we did not take a property with her in the end, she was very polite and considerate through out. We will definitely consider using morgan randall again when we are next looking to move.

My experience of using Morgan Randall was hassle free. I dealt with Jamie Saggs in the Lettings team. He gave me regular updates about the viewings at my property and was attentive to my needs. He acted professionally and was friendly and helpful. All in all, an easy person to deal with them and can be counted on to take care of things.

Morgan Randall is really quick in replying and showing properties. The really help students to find and explore lot of properties. Danielle from Morgan Randall has helped us a lot to find some good apartments and her reply to our emails were really quick. Yeah and she also drives very awesome we had nice ride to our property viewing.

Honestly... as a first time renter of a property I am absolutely traumatised. The experience started off well with Julia Wieczorek who was willing to(for some reason only through voice notes and to my private number), answer any questions we had very off handedly, pushing us to make an offer every hour and when me and my friend were wary about being eligible to make an offer (clearly mentioned our guarantors not making enough) we were told theres another couple putting an offer at that very moment although the property was up on the market for a while already and we had to be quick as Julia had asked the landlord to wait ... That being said, Julia was available any time of the day, even 11pm on a Saturday night which is what we then found odd when, after scrutinising us and saying she never said our guarantors would not be an issue for putting an offer on the property AFTER we had sent in the money already and were now being told we are NOT eligible for any housing, Julia completely stopped replying to any of our messages and concerns.

We were briefly informed our offer will still be put towards the landlord by her manager although we have a very very low chance of it being accepted . At that point me and my friend were getting very worried, we re students, we dont have an unlimited amount of money so for us to be getting scammed, because yes to me this was a huge scam on their part and we wish we read the true reviews on trustpilot at first, it felt like running into a brick wall. I messaged Julia day on day, trying to get an update on whats happening with our offer yet her user just flashes as online and our messages were either left on read or never replied to. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had to go through, we filled a dispute to our bank so the deposit money will not be reaching the estate agents and are looking into filing a money claim through the courts as well on top of this if no communication is received back to us on this matter anytime soon.

Very unprofessional and I don t recommend this agents to absolutely anyone, especially any students looking to rent because we too thought the one or two negative google reviews meant nothing yet it will just as easily happen to you and the next person.

Waiting on a reply from Morgan Randall themselves on issuing us this deposit back before we have to get it back by force. And yes, I read your terms and conditions I know exactly how this should work, i received NO service from you. absolutely nothing.

Have worked with Alex G on leasing two flats in the last 3 months and he's been great to work with. Like the fact that he's always available and clearly works off hours and not just when he is in the office.

We have been looking for a flat around Canary Wharf. Our agent Elizabeth Marshall was really accommodating and flexible for viewing times. We had two group of viewings with her one at 8am and another at 8pm.

On the first viewings we did not find our dream flat but in spite of problems with car lift (Morgan Randall you need to get it fixed!!) she was very positive an energetic. It was great fun and we really enjoyed her company.

For a first time experience of doing a proper flat hunt in London, Octavia really makes the experience much less stressful & aggravating! Having talked to several other agencies and private lets before reaching Morgan Randall, it really can't be stressed enough how important it is for the person you're dealing with not to be a condescending grump, and would have your best interests at heart. And Octavia really goes out of her way to accommodate our requests & concerns, but doesn't let that take the fun out of the process.

Very impressive with such a professional! I remember she also showed me around the neighbourhood after I viewed the flat. Nice gesture as you normally don't have agents who would spend time with you after the flat viewing. To me getting know about the neighbourhood is as important as the specification in the flat. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Jade Graham for my property search in Canary Wharf. She was very professional and down to earth and I felt that she was very attentive to me as a client. If there were anything to improve, it would be the fact that I had a couple of different agents (from Morgan Randall) calling me after the viewing/offer, which was a bit confusing as I felt like I had to repeat myself. I would have preferred it if the whole process from viewings to offer and the results of the offer would have gone trough one agent only.

Don't be fooled by 5 star reviews. The sales staff are awesome - then they get you to write a review which is glowing. However, after you sign a contract you instantly become a burden. Things break, that is fine, but how MR deals with tenants issues is disgusting, especially when they tell you lies about the landlord's instructions (they get gradually worse, please read them all)

1. Convinced to put a deposit down on an apartment rental, the landlord turned out not to be interested in renting the property. MR said it would take over a week to return my deposit.

2. Shown another, better property (seems that we were pushed in to the first one because MR wanted to get tenants in to get rent income) which we agreed to right away.



4. Hot water system broke after 12 mths in apartment. "Engineers" were sent round three times. We spent the last 6mths of our tenancy with hot water only before 9am. We had to wash dishes by boiling water in the kettle and filling the sink.

5. The washing machine broke, it took two months to get a replacement. Firstly an "engineer" was sent round three times. He just wanted to charge MR for as many call outs as possible, and actually admitted he wanted to change one part each time and keep coming back as many times needed until fixed. I requested MR multiple times to replace the washing machine - it was about 15 years old already (really old Bosch machine, one of the ones with separate hot and cold pipes!) They told me that they raised it to the landlord. This was a total lie - I contacted the landlord directly who had not heard anything about it. They phoned MR immediately and ordered a replacement machine. The delivery took 4 attempts to get the machine delivered. First time, machine was smashed to pieces as it wasn't secured in the van. Second time, the machine delivered was totally the wrong one. Third time, machine was missing from the lorry and could not be found. Fourth time's a charm!

6. When the landlord ended the tenancy to sell the property, we agreed timeslots with MR that they could do viewings. Each time they said they were done with viewings, they would the next day request another viewing. One day I came home to find things had been moved in the apartment whilst we were not there and we had not granted anyone access. I chased the manager of MR Canary wharf for a comment on this, and was totally ignored.

I found Octavia Rolle Helpful for the lovely property she got for me and my partner, she was so friendly, helpful and hardworking.

Working with this agency is like going to a monkey house at zoo and then ending up at the circus. They take forever to excuse their way out of not doing any of their contractually required repairs or maintenance. The contractors they appoint are even worse and less reliable than them. WORST EXPERIENCE OF ANY AGENCY EVER, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. We have been in this business for 10 years and never worked with any one as pitiful and dishonest as this.

After finding a property with them, we gave them the list of problems that would need sorting before we arrived. We paid and signed a good 2 months before the move in date. We found that one item on the list was completed when we arrived and have since had trades people in for 2 months after. We also got told that we could have a car parked on the street by applying to the council for a permit. Yet the week before we arrived I tried to organise this to find that the building is a car free development. As I have a car already and need it for work I have since had to pay for private parking. Even when we arrived the property was far from clean even though a professional clean had been done, they even left all the lights on for 3 days before we moved in. All in all, it has been nothing but problems once they get your money, all they do is pass the blame to someone else rather than accepting they have made a mistake. They are the worst estate agent I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Since moving to London as a student this would be my 12th property, Never had such poor service!!!! Don't bother with them.
