Very nice experience with Morgan Randall recently. Eric Cheung was a big help with the knowledge and attention to detail. He helped us find our first flat and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Jade was helpful in finding the best property meeting our requirements. One change that Morgan Randall can do is to take one week holding deposit only after the offer is accepted by the landlord. Tenants find themselves in difficult situation when landlord takes long to accept/reject the offer and they like some other property in the meantime. We lose the deposit if offer is withdrawn. Other agencies don't seem to ask for the holding deposit before offer is accepted.

Just bought flat which suppose to be vacant it turn out after completion that it is not! the agency suppose to collect the keys from seller before completion which they didn t as they new it is accupid , end up buying a flat which now I have to proceed with court and eviction , no help from the agancy who facilitate the con man to sell me a flat .
Avoid dealing with this agency in all cost , they are a team of doggy sellers who use this agency to facilitate there sell .
They don t have any sympathy after ward and they just send you back to your solicitor .
They know how to play the game , just avoid dealing with these people they are bunch of con mans which speak well and make you believe they are legitimate.

Really shocked by lack of communication, left waiting in the cold for a good 20 mins to find out the apartment had already been let, no replies to previous emails either. If I hadn't have called up I would have never had a peep! Would recommend avoiding if you can!

Can't fault these guys one bit. Elizabeth was spot on from the initial phonecall right through to viewing the property. You'd think you'll not hear from them after. But you'd be wrong. Elizabeth helped all the way through to even after the viewing with all the paperwork stuff. Wow!!! What more can you ask for?

As a landlord it is fantastic to have Shruthi as the property manager. Communications are always responded succinctly and promptly. Professional, very pleasant and super efficient in resolving any issues from the tenants, Shruthi constantly delivers great services that I could not ask for a better property manager. Five stars!

I am a young graduate moving overseas for my masters programme. Navigating finding an apartment has been very difficult. Julia helped me find the perfect apartment in Shoreditch right near my school. She was incredibly friendly and sent me videos of the property so I could tour it before committing. She worked with me on all my questions and was incredibly prompt and courteous answering my various questions. I am excited for the move and this took a lot of stress out of navigating finding an apartment when I get there. I am a landlord and have used Morgan Randall to look after my property, I am sorry to say that they are absolutely useless, they have had many changes of staff in their property management section. They do not bother to respond to emails etc, once they have you tied into a contract they are just not bothered. In our case all they do is collect money and then pass it onto us and have no regard for customer service.

On another note I do feel that their salesmen work extremely hard and are very good to help let your property out especially Jamie however they are badly let down by an incompetent property management section. It is such a shame as I am sure that they lose a lot of repeat business due to this.

Connor is very helpful and friendly - Has made our moving process pretty easy for us. Would recommend.

Anthony was brilliant when it came to keeping us in the loop (even with constructive feedback about our flat). He was very good at showing buyers around and explaining the key features

Genuinely professional service from Julia at Morgan Randall who helped us to find an apartment today. She is very helpful and efficient, would highly recommend!

The girl named Elisabeth was very helpful, polite, friendly. She was trying to understand my needs and suggest the best options suitable for me.

Morgan Randall are ruthless sales people with zero customer care. We put down an offer to let an apartment on a Thursday and this was accepted the following morning with both myself and my partner receiving an offer acceptance confirmation email with instructions for next steps (reference checks, deposit etc.), needless to say we were ecstatic and celebrated over the weekend. Following that we didn't hear anything for close to a full working day or over the weekend, our letting agent did inform us that she was taking a flight on the Friday so we gave her a grace period and contacted their office on Monday to get the relevant paperwork to complete our referencing and was told someone will get back to us in 10 minutes. We don't get a call back until 3 hours later and are told by one of the lettings managers' that the landlord has gone with another offer.

When we asked for an explanation and further details we were given inconsistent stories from various letting managers ranging from an automated system error, our agent being too eager and sending a confirmation before things were fully finalised with the LL, the LL changing their mind and going with another offer and another offer having a longer term (our accepted offer was for a 2 year tenancy..). The inconsistency in their stories and the fact they didn't contact us just makes us think they are making up excuses and not being transparent as to what really happened.

It is completely unacceptable that no one contacted us and when we contacted Morgan Randall their response time was appalling (compared to when they are trying to make a sale and will call you repeatedly, text, email and leave voice notes). They tried to blame the fact that our agent was on holiday however her offer acceptance email to us cc'd a centralised tenancy team shared mailbox so I find it hard to believe that no one would have seen the offer acceptance sent to us or that the system would allow you to send a second offer acceptance without some kind of manual override.

It is evident that they have no care or empathy for their customers and the agents will continue to push their deals through even though they are aware that offers have gone through the last and finals process and an offer acceptance has been made. Morgan Randall cannot be trusted. This would not happen in a professional organisation. The fact they failed to contact us and their inability to be transparent or give us a coherent explanation shows that they have done something unethical. If you want to be lied to or have agreements that mean nothing, Morgan Randall are the company to go to.

I am dealing with Morgan Randal for the first time and they have been very responsive towards first time buyers. I was dealing with Eric at Morgan Randall and he has been very helpful and patient. He has dedicated the right amount of time for flat viewing as compared to other agents who are always in a rush. I would definitely recommend Eric as an agent. In all had a good experience with Morgan Randall.

During my experience at Morgan Randall Hollie stepped in and showed me around several flats that fit my criteria as she knew exactly what i was looking for. Her service was exemplary and maintained a great level of professionalism throughout making my flat rental search easy!

I contacted Morgan Randall, as I was interested in one of the flats advertised on their website. I spoke to Hollie, who was very friendly and gave me more information. As I have pets, it was important that the flat was pet friendly. Hollie took all my details and phoned me back a couple of days later to tell me that she managed to convince the landlord to accept pets in his flat. Hollie and her manager Jamie went above and beyond my expectations and acted quickly in order to secure the flat. It took less than 24 hours to have my offer accepted from the landlord. I would definitely recommend Morgan Randall Canary Wharf Estate Agents, as they are very professional and offered me an excellent service.

So happy that I didn't finish the transaction with them. On 2nd of October I paid a holding deposit. Second day Bronte mailed me saying that the offer is not anymore available. Was easy to take the money. After more than one week I'm still waiting for my deposit. Bronte needs to learn what means customers service and professionalism. After this experience I don't recommend them!

Jordan is one of the most exceptional receptionists I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
I see on average six customers a day so I feel I am qualified to know the difference between a good and poor receptionist.

I just finalized a sale of one of my flats in E16, the flat in 16 Reflection.
The person who looked after my sale was a lady called Miss Stephanie Dang
It seems the sale was a bit difficult as the first buyer backed off . Stephanie did not give up and in spite of the bad feeling she continued to look for a new buyer with the same dedication as before and her spirit and hard work was the same as the first sale, very soon after she got a new buyer who lives in China , throughout the whole process of sale till exchange she was pushing the finalize the deal and did not give up even though it was nearly gone soure.
No question, Stephanie is a good and dedicated sales woman who do not give up the target.
I have seen many property sales people over the last 25 years since I started my property business in this country , no question she is the most dedicated and target oriented person.
