For a first time experience of doing a proper flat hunt in London, Octavia really makes the experience much less stressful & aggravating! Having talked to several other agencies and private lets before reaching Morgan Randall, it really can't be stressed enough how important it is for the person you're dealing with not to be a condescending grump, and would have your best interests at heart. And Octavia really goes out of her way to accommodate our requests & concerns, but doesn't let that take the fun out of the process.

She caught on quickly to exactly the type of property we'd love the most, and really went above our expectations. Obviously, it has been an absolute treat in dealing with Octavia & Morgan Randall thus far, so thank you!!
