I have had the pleasure to work at Freedom Pointe for 15 years in the Memory Care. I have worked with some of the most caring, passionate, and dedicated staff! We have a great team who go above and beyond to put a smile on our residents face.

Worst place ever. The staff quit, including the in-house doctor. Administrator never does her job. The nurses do NOT take care of the patients. Diabetic patients get NO care; sugar level over 400 - patient passed out. If they were monitoring patient, this would not have happened. Patient rooms dirty. AWFUL. Stay away. And please don't say call so we can talk. We've called you a dozen times complaining and yet you do NOTHING.

Gorgeous facility with a very friendly and caring staff. Taking covid issues very seriously, to my knowledge none of the residents have caught it due to the precautions of staff and administration.

My father in law was taken care of by the excellent staff. I would highly recommend Freedom Pointe.

Their response to COVID has been atrocious and has compromised care for their patients. If you have family here, I would suggest removing them from the facility. Especially now when there is no transparency for their care. I've seen 80+ year old patients left in the sun because of improper planning for isolation and screening of patients to reenter the facility from the ER. Not to mention, the neglect from staff to provide direct care because no one is there to hold them responsible (families). Do not send your family members here.

Freedom Pointe is a beautiful senior living community. The staff is passionate about their resident s care. My friend spent several weeks at the Health Care Center doing therapy and was very happy with her results. The assisted living and memory care is amazing with great programs and care.

Freedom Pointe is an amazing facility! My mom has been at the Freedom Pointe Rehab twice in the past year and a half. The therapy team is top notch and helped my mom recover quicker than expected! The dining staff was great at accommodating my moms requests (Vegetarian). She mentioned once that she couldn t wait to have a strawberry milkshake and Brian went and whipped one up for her. He continued to bring her milkshakes and smoothies a few times a week because they were her favorite. The nursing staff was attentive to her needs. She loved getting visits from the activities gals with new puzzles, brain teasers and special treats each day. Thank you Freedom Pointe staff for treating my mom like your own!

I have friends who live here and I have visited them. The facility was very clean, staff was very polite and attentive. This would definitely be a place I would consider for my family.

My mother has been here several times after surgery. She always raves about the staff. I have interacted with the social worker and management and always have been very impressed!!! Wonderful caring people. Thank you for taking care of my mom when I live in another state.

Moms experience has been wonderful. But the lack of clearly indicated, LOW SODIUM menu options to choose from, has put her health at great risk. I want to avoid more hospitalizations so I now pay an outside food service to provide food that is within medical guidelines for those with heart conditions to consume. My emails and letters have been unanswered.

I ve been very impressed with Freedom Point. The staff is extremely caring and professional and I feel good knowing they are here in our community caring for our seniors.

My mother is turning 90 and as I am exploring options, I have toured this facility 3 times to be sure. I decided it is not only great for her, but a place where even I would want to live. Freedom Pointe is hands down the best run of any of the senior living places I have ever seen. It just feels like the rest of The Villages -- more of a communal living place than a "facility." I used to have a senior healthcare technology company that allowed me to go through facilities throughout the state. There are a few clear distinctions in senior living and heatlh care facilities I find to be important, but none more so than the look and feel. It is, in the end, their home so it must feel that way to the residents. Freedom Pointe has that in spades.

Please don't send a loved one here the treatment is beyond horrific. they refused to call 911 until a doctor said it was okay. My Dad was delayed treatment for two hours when he was having congestive heart failure.

My mother was treated here for several months. The care and attention to detail was exceptional. The facilities are outstanding. Leadership was above expectations. Could not recommend highly enough.
