i have been using Morgan Randall's for many years now but the service I have received from Hollie Osborn has been second to none. She is an excellent Letting Consultant who communicates well and went the extra yard to ensure that the recent letting of my property went through smoothly. Hollie is one of best consultants I have worked with in Morgan Randall and I have been using them for the past 10 years. Great service all round and I'm very happy.

Anthony initially agreed to showing me a property at very short notice late on Friday afternoon and was already there when I arrived. His welcome was friendly and he put me at my ease straightaway. During the viewing he was helpful, providing me with instant answers to the questions I raised., but without being pushy. Afterwards he kept in touch and although I decided to purchase another property in the end, this was nothing to do with Anthony, whose efficiency and calm approach certainly impressed me.

I am a first time buyer in UK and I am very satisfied with how Eric Cheung from MorganRandall in Canary Wharf handeld the process. Always available, and solving any issue along the way directly. Making sure that solicitors, mortgage borkers, survey comapny and seller was informed and made sure that everybody did their part. I can strongly recomend him to anyone.

Klaudia Sierakowska from Morgan Randall has been extremely helpful in trying to get the best apartment for me. In a short time, she showed me many flats which almost met all my requirements. She is determined and persistent and these are the qualities to look for when hunting flats. I highly recommend Morgan Randall for renting flats in London.

My experience with Morgan Randall was very nice. The agent that was in charge of my needs, Octavia Rolle, was very helpful. She managed and planned a few property visits, which gave me a range of choices around the price I was willing to pay. During this time she gave me good advice on each of the properties and the area around them. Also, she is quite a fun person to be with and is funny to listen to. There was a moment that I was beginning to think there was no hope for a suitable property, she turned this moment around and gave me hope saying that she would arrange something good, which at the end, she did and that is the property which I am living now. I would recommend her to anyone who is searching a property.

Finding a flat is a stressful task. Fortunately Morgan Randall was helpful and efficient and made the process easier. Jamie Saggs was extremely professional whilst helping me to look for an apartment whilst my boyfriend and I were in the UK for a work secondment. I felt that he made the effort in looking for and shortlisting apartments which met my criteria whilst letting me know of any alternatives which I might like. Most importantly, he made us feel like he was there to help us. He was also extremely personable and I would definitely recommend his services as well as look for him again when we look for an apartment after moving back permanently.

I would just like to express how fantastic and professional my lettings consultant Elizabeth Marshall from the Canary Wharf office has been throughout the process of my move to London. She has gone above and beyond to get everything organised in securing my apartment in a timely manner and has made the relocation completely stress free. From liaising with the landlord abroad, to ensuring all my personal requests were met, she really did get matters running smoothly. She ensured all my queries were explained thoroughly from the get go, highlighting the contractual terms, managed all paperwork quickly and accurately, and kept me fully updated at all times, even after working hours. Elizabeth was very clear from the first phone call, giving me a full breakdown of fees and explained exactly what was required from me procedurally. Everything was straightforward, with no hidden extras! Would definitely recommend you to ask for Elizabeth in the Canary Wharf office, she is wonderful at her job and a breath of fresh air! General quality of service was very good. Faced with non-communicative lawyers on both sides, my only source of comprehensive information on the property and the sale was Morgan Randall. Particular thanks to Antony C who did a great job at keeping me informed and moving things along.

One star off for a slight hiccup with clearing the property which nearly kiboshed the completion date and my blood pressure, but it all got sorted.

I dealt with Nathan Wilson, who is one of the most personable folks I've met in the industry. He was knowledgable, friendly, and very upfront about everything pertaining to the property we viewed. At no point did I feel like we were playing to a script, and he was downright honest and blunt in instances when most other agents would gloss over the truth.

The entire process, from beginning to end, was as easy as can be. It certainly makes a difference when you work with someone who is not only adept at what they do, but enjoys doing it. I'd recommend Morgan Randall, and Nathan Wilson, to anyone looking for housing in the same areas.
