Honestly... as a first time renter of a property I am absolutely traumatised. The experience started off well with Julia Wieczorek who was willing to(for some reason only through voice notes and to my private number), answer any questions we had very off handedly, pushing us to make an offer every hour and when me and my friend were wary about being eligible to make an offer (clearly mentioned our guarantors not making enough) we were told theres another couple putting an offer at that very moment although the property was up on the market for a while already and we had to be quick as Julia had asked the landlord to wait ... That being said, Julia was available any time of the day, even 11pm on a Saturday night which is what we then found odd when, after scrutinising us and saying she never said our guarantors would not be an issue for putting an offer on the property AFTER we had sent in the money already and were now being told we are NOT eligible for any housing, Julia completely stopped replying to any of our messages and concerns.

We were briefly informed our offer will still be put towards the landlord by her manager although we have a very very low chance of it being accepted . At that point me and my friend were getting very worried, we re students, we dont have an unlimited amount of money so for us to be getting scammed, because yes to me this was a huge scam on their part and we wish we read the true reviews on trustpilot at first, it felt like running into a brick wall. I messaged Julia day on day, trying to get an update on whats happening with our offer yet her user just flashes as online and our messages were either left on read or never replied to. Honestly the worst experience I have ever had to go through, we filled a dispute to our bank so the deposit money will not be reaching the estate agents and are looking into filing a money claim through the courts as well on top of this if no communication is received back to us on this matter anytime soon.

Very unprofessional and I don t recommend this agents to absolutely anyone, especially any students looking to rent because we too thought the one or two negative google reviews meant nothing yet it will just as easily happen to you and the next person.

Waiting on a reply from Morgan Randall themselves on issuing us this deposit back before we have to get it back by force. And yes, I read your terms and conditions I know exactly how this should work, i received NO service from you. absolutely nothing.
