We visited the outside grounds. All was well maintained and the flowers were fresh. The view from the sea side cliff was beautiful.

Hardcore luxury. I will never get the image of that pool and beach view out of my head. It was an experience to remember.

I grew up right down the street from this hotel and it's always a beautiful place to walk through or get food at. Recently I photographed a wedding at their beach club and it was stunning! The rooms at the hotel are also very nice and great for getting ready photos. The hotel in general is really pretty and would be a lovely place to get married at.

The Montage is beautiful and the beach below is even more. It is fun to walk out and see the fish and seals near the rocks. The views are amazing on a sunny day.

Easily a 5 star hotel. Expensive but that's why. It's right in the beach. The pool and jacuzzi is amazing and the views are breath taking.

The outside amentities are really nice and the beach is awesome!

Very nice place. The whole property. Just beyond expensive. For everything. Be ready for that. Rooms start at $750/night.

Beautiful view of the ocean. If you go after dark there's flood lights pointed at the breakers so you can just watch them keep rolling in.

The beach is open to the public but very private. We love the scenery and how nice everything is. It's not crowded and you can just relax there anytime. It was so beautiful. Will always visit this place.

Best Resort & Hotel in Laguna Beach. High prices and exclusivity. Pretty perfect service. Pretty much because they are z. serve the espresso without a spoon.

We attended the Thanksgiving day buffet. We have gone every year for the past 3 years. While the food was great, we were disappointed that the inside of the dining room was not decorated like the previous years. We always take a walk outside afterwards and enjoy the sunset over the ocean. The view is gorgeous.

Nice place, it has great view the great sunsets, great beach etc. Although if you are trying to explore the place, everything is a fire line so you cant park anywhere near if u want to vist the beach.

Although I was 'touring' at nite, walking on the beach was beautiful. And walking along the paths around the resort area saw sites overlooking the beach on one side and festive outdoor parties on the other side of me. Class & $$$ personified!

Beautiful location with easy beach access and super dog friendly. Public parking is awesome for a nice walk overlooking the beach.

What a great relaxing experience. Some rooms maybe need some renovations, but everything else in hotel looks 5 stars. Stuff is very friendly and whole atmosphere is very relaxing. We are thinking to come back.

Beach was wonderful, they had a wedding while we were there and it was gorgeous.

Never hesitate to live in the residence or at least visit it for breakfast or for coffee and tea

I came here to have dinner for a work event. We sat on the north balcony which had a fantastic view of the ocean. The food was delicious and service was outstanding. All the facilities were clean and the lobby was spacious. It was busy but not crowded. Valet was quick and paid 15 dollars with validation. This was a work sponsored event, so I can not comment on prices and cost. But since location was on the beach, it was an awesome venue.

It is always my favorite beach to visit. It's peaceful, true colors, and relaxing. Low tide: you can see sea creatures from close. No picking up!!!

Idyllic, grand, perfect.
A real moment of relaxation

I only walked through the resort to lay by the beach front. It's my favorite beach frontage in Laguna because of how clean the water is. The resort itself is beautiful and while I've never stayed, the villas look very spacious and modern from what you see from the outside.

My preference stands with the Beverly Hills location but this hotel is stunning as well!

This is a charming place to stay with the elegance of a fine european hotel with the warmth of California living. The views are incredible and the place to stay when in the area. Service is superb and food divine. The restaurant and grand lounge has incredible beach views.

Spectacular place in all physical ways. But totally unwelcoming. Have dinner or drinks, validated parking is 25.00. Forget to get validated? 50.00.
And go to bar. Plan on paying in advance or leave a credit card. They don't trust you. Guess their very slow, sauntering waitresses will never get guest their tab.
Too bad, better go down road to Ritz. Better service too.

We love the Montage Resort in Laguna Beach. We have attended many social events that are held there and the service is spectacular. The food and drinks are so luscious! Worth every penny!!

This is my "happy place." I love the decor, the staff is always very accommodating, the food is delicious (request extra gluten free cheese rolls), and the view is unbeatable.

My girlfriend and I only came to use the bathroom but the bathrooms are nice, clean, and very private

Doesn't compare to Calistoga Ranch and Auberge in Napa Valley. It was OK.

Amazing sunset! Lots of people but we had our own little spot for our photoshoot.

Parking wasn't easy and the bathrooms weren't super clean and the sinks weren't working. Bring wipes and sanitizer in case they go out again.
Super disappointed in the amount of trash people left behind. Pack in, pack out please!
