Loved the piano player in the lobby, beautiful view.

Wonderful boutique hotel in a fab location. Staff were amazing and service was above and beyond expectations. I was there to celebrate a milestone birthday and when I got to my room there was a bunch of balloons, a bottle of wine and a personal cRd from Yumi at the front desk. Great restaurants and sights within walking distance. Would def stay there again.

The room was clean and quiet which is great. No complaints or concerns. I'm really giving a 5 star review for the Springhill Suites excellent customer service. First, when I got to my room I realized the tv wasn't working as it said the cable was disconnected. I called the front desk and within 5 minutes they sent someone up to fix it. The gentleman was very professional and reconnected it (behind the screen) within 2-3 minutes.

It was very clean for a California Beach. Parking is not free, but is reasonable. It is a pet friendly beach, although let's are not allowed on the beach itself during certain hours so pay attention to the postings.

What a beautiful place! It takes your breath away! I enjoy going to release tension!

Spent time there with my wife for our 11th anniversary. One of our favorite hotels in the world!

This is one of my favorite upscale places. I really like all the things the way it's set up the food the staff the building the property. You really have to be prepared to spend some money here. because it is high class an upscale.
Of course well worth it and the beaches nearby so you can't beat it if you really don't want to have an amazing great occasional upscale experience.

Wonderful beach views and benches. Plenty of clean bathrooms. Steep walk down to the beach - please read signs about how to interact responsibly with the tidepools. Metered parking. Wonderful bars. Great staff. Gift shops worth going to. Valet parking available.

Beautiful location and the staff was incredibly kind. At the Montage, you get the top dollar service you pay for.

The view from either the pool or rooms is breathtaking. You are able to witness a beautiful sunset and explore through the regulated tide pools.

I just went there to go to Treasure Island Beach. Great beach. It was a lovely day. My wife looked extra pretty

The kufi in the 4th floor is worth visiting because of its ruins on the ocean

The hotel and Lobby slash Cafe is very charming and overlooks the pool and water. The resort itself is situated atop a hill that is blush with greens and many succulent varieties. Overall, a great Ambiance for afternoon drinks or watching the beautiful sunset.

The most beautifull property for miles and miles! The service from the staff is some of the best I've ever had! My family loves this place!

I haven't stayed too long to actually get a room but the facilities were clean and it has a very nice atmosphere

I visit the Montage often for social occasions. There is nowhere in the World I've visited quite similar. It is spectacular.

Came here for a wedding and the resort is everything as advertised and more! Beautiful views of the beach. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Would recommend to a friend.

How can you create any nicer place, location and staff...very impressed.

Went on a whim with out-of-town visitors and were happily surprised by the services, decor and staff. We may not be able to afford to stay here as guests but I will definitely visit with friends and family again to have drinks and appetizers in the lounge.

Amazing grounds and phenominal physical space. Stunning ocean views. Despite it all, the lack of personal attention was unfathomable. We had brunch in The Loft Sat morning seated outdoors. Three tables were seated after us yet all three were served coffee n juice, breakfast orders taken with one table having received their food BEFORE we were given water or asked about coffee. The waiter who served the other tables did not even acknowledge our presence as he fawned over the regulars who were one of the tables seated after us. Wow. We achieved invisibility. After 30 minutes, we ended up drinking water from our hiking water bottle. This lack of personal service extended into the spa area as well when one of us tried to order a smoothie when the wait staff serviced a couple seated right next to her. She must have been wearing her Cloak of Invisibility since she could not get served.

This is not what I would expect from a resort of this stature. Very disappointing.

Great views of the ocean. Watched a pod of dolphins from one of the many benches along their walking path. Steep stairs lead down to the beach. Valet drop off was a bit crowded.

Lots of seaweed. Shore breakers. Have to search for parking

The bar by the beach was fantastic. The bartender made a drink for our group and even printed out the ingredients!

Beautiful scenic walk with awesome view from above. Parking is scarce so get there early.

I dropped by to visit a friend. Really liked the ambience. Live piano music at the lobby. They served nice tea there too.

Happy place. The spa, the food, the VIEW. Montage Laguna Beach could use an afternoon tea service, but beyond that: perfection! Wish they could expand the spa too.

Hotel staff stops you in the driveway and tells you if you are not a guest you have to leave the property and go to paid public parking. Even if you are there to attend an event at the hotel.
