First introduction to Mojo Global was Gladys. What an ASSET! Patient, thorough, SO helpful, pleasant. You can tell the culture of a company by its people. I have already formed a huge respect for Mojo by the way Gladys treated me. You feel they are dedicated to an individual's success. It is genuine. I am so glad I joined these folks.

I think one of the great benefits of working with the MOJO software is the support team behind it. We no longer need to go through a gatekeeper but can connect directly to the decision maker of an organization, and we are able to build positive relationships within the business world at a much faster rate than before. I highly recommend MOJO Global for anyone trying to fundraise. Problem solved, thank you, MOJO!

So far the support staff has been great! If that changes, I promise to let you know. I realize many people look to my reviews for factual guidance, so I try to always give you my true experiences, but so far I don't have any complaints about their support team. Good job!
UPDATE: There was a slight mistake in my account for billing. Francis went the extra mile for me to make sure it was corrected accordingly. Great attention to detail, Francis! Thank you.
UPDATE 2: Gladys has been assisting me with my subscription and she is taking great care of me. Much love!

The MojoGlobal software + service + coaching is tr...

The MojoGlobal software + service + coaching is transformational. Looking at the one negative comment I can see as I write this, it was clear that person wasn't using the service the way it needs to be used.

MojoGlobal works WITH your marketing plan, but if you don't know exactly how to take advantage of this powerful tool, it doesn't make the service bad. It took me awhile to figure out EXACTLY what I could do with MojoGlobal, because it really was a radical departure from what I was doing before. It took a great deal of work, creativity, and working with Renee and team to learn how to make hay.

Now with my brand new approach to marketing, MojoGlobal plays a key role in not only allowing me to easily contact and maintain relationships with Linkedin contacts outside of my funnel, it also allows me to find new leads through both the USS Scanner and through the Sales Navigator integration.

I had an issue with regard to my billing, current cash flows and a request for flexibility regarding my account from the company since I would not have a project with which I could use their system for a period of time. As I state on a regular basis those companies that will be successful long term in today's business climate must have quality people, properly trained, given the proper incentives and the authority to make decisions in the best interests of their customers while doing no harm to the health of their company. Alex Talavera and Mojo proved exactly my point, a quality employee who is closest to the customer and empowered to make a decision that benefits both customer and company. Bravo, something rarely seen in today's business climate - one point of contact who is willing and able to make a decision that benefitted me and solidified my relationship with Mojo.

Ivan was very helpful and he would not rest till he got to the core of the
problem. Unfortunately, my PC was occupying too much of CPU with
my other software and he got it resolved within fraction of minutes.

He understood and resolved quickly as his main goal was to get the
software running again, and he surely succeeded.

The customer support in Mojo is exceptional! They are so friendly, caring and sweet! They answered all questions and they are so patient in teaching me like a preschooler! Zarah went above and beyond from all the follow ups! She is amazing, friendly and really knowledgeable! Kudos to everyone.

The people of a company make a company great ... or even not. You can create and have a great product or service, but if the people fail your business will fail. This is why I enjoy doing business with Mojo. I know them personally, I know they are real which is important for me doing global business online. And they do it by profession and professionally. This did not work for our company. We were looking for B2B leads. While we certainly gained HUNDREDS of leads (they delivered here), the quality of the leads and follow-up communication of the done-for-you-leads program was too gimmicky for what we needed. Only after I complained did they jump in and try new methods - where were these ideas at the start? Their program is very templated and not what we needed. I felt they were unprofessional, unorganized and that we were just a number to them. We have concerns that this actually damaged our brand rather than helped it. Sorry.

I signed up for the Best Year Yet program and it is very different from other programs which I have bought over the years. The training was excellent, there is a live Facebook group, and the customer service was excellent. I am highly impressed with Mojo Global and this program.

I have tripled my connections and look forward to nurturing my ideal niche through the contact system, but I have not made any sells as of yet.

Mojo Global is a rarity in today's Marketing climate!!! As most co's over promise under deliver and you cant find with radar or GPS Mojo Is NOT 1 of those co's...from the initial purchase of their Amazing Ninja Tools / The highly skilled support in set up, implementation, copyrighting, technical if there is an issue! I can't say enough about their entire team including the owners who are there weekly guiding encouraging and legitimately caring for each of their customers success ... maybe that is why they are so successful in their own right. The ONLY way for a customer to not succeed with their tools, software & programs is to not put forth any effort and turning the software on !!! I work with the top players and Highly recommend their software every chance I get to my friends & customers it is my Ace i the Hole & makes me look like a Ninja Marketer (which I am btw)...

I purchased the marketing software and monthly support. During orientation I was told that the product activation key was not available to me and my follow up emails requesting it were ignored. I later learned that my operating system is not supported. I got nowhere with customer service that just bounced me from one salesperson to the next promising a work around that was never delivered. I have never downloaded the software, yet my request for a refund is denied.

Mojo heavily promotes their money back guarantee but they refuse to honor it. Read the experiences of other people like me on Yelp, and complaints filed with the BBB. This is a dishonorable company with no customer service.

Do not trust them!! This company continues to charge my credit card every month and I have never opted into their services. This popped up out of nowhere 3 months ago after participating in a webinar over 7 months ago. I have tried multiple times to contact customer service, I am unable to login or find an account anywhere and they have been completely unresponsive.

5/18/2016....MojoGlobal support is 5 Star+....really, Ivan and Ranee have been very friendly and enthusiastic in their support. I look forward to talking to Ivan and Ranee because they do not rush me through the learning process. Ivan has been very very helpful in setting up my initial "My-Big-Fat-List-Builder" and the SMTP, and, he enjoys guiding me through the learning process. As an Octogenarian I really appreciate the support and encouragement given by MojoGlobal management and support team.

Catherine was great and really helped me when I was totally stopped on downloading Social BFF. Kaspersky is a great anti-virus tool, but because of that it is a problem for the social bff software. Catherine really hung in there with me and got it debugged.

Ivan Tolentino is an excellent member of the Mojo technical staff! Not only was he prepared to solve all the teething problems I had in operationalizing my program challenges, but he selflessly offered ready solutions to other programs such as Skype, Team Viewer and Google + as well.
Over the past week, I communicated with him via the internet, and he patiently listened to me and over-delivered what he had promised to do.
I also had the pleasure of exchanging ideas and listening to Ira, Alex, Dennis, two office staff members and to Renee as well! Dennis and Alex also rendered efficient and swift service delivery, impressively. as well.
If this is the tone, spirit and impress they all leave behind, then this is undoubtedly a 21st century company one would very happily wish to be associated with.

Claudette took the time on a Monday of the Memorial day weekend to help me get started with MojoGlobal; she patiently answered my questions and walked me through the process on a high level and pointing me in the right direction. I joined the Certified Social Lead Consultant program very recently. The software and training is 1st class but had had to quit due to not having enough resources for my business. They went against their policy and offer to refund me my 1st payment with prompt customer service. They have an excellent Done-for-You Leads program which I highly recommend. Whenever I had a problem, they tried to sort it out as quickly as possible. Go Mojo!!
