I did have a problem, then I got the support team ...

I did have a problem, then I got the support team and I was very surprised at the help. The help ran over pass the office hours. Not just one time but a couple. I am very hard on customer service, because I have to deliver each and ever time to my customer and clients. A plus for Ivan and the team at Mojo.support

I had a problem with Malwarebytes on my computer a...

I had a problem with Malwarebytes on my computer allowing me to download a purchased part of software.

Fortunately, Catherine Lua in customer service was assigned to help me. She was very knowledgeable and corrected the source of the problem very quickly, and then took the time to make sure I understood how to use it.

I would highly recommend her for ability to immediately and patiently get to the rood of a problem and resolve it as quickly as possible. She was great with me.

Gladys from Support responded back to my request very fast and was very friendly and professional to me! The support at MOJO is top notch, and I look forward to my call this week with Victor Fox to discuss the DFY Leads Service.

They promise the world and nothing has happened except I have spent money that I did not really have to spend. If you notice all the great review were done at the same time. I am assuming they all work for Mojo.

George just sent a reply to me. Within minutes of my request!!
And his explanation was very pleasing to me.

Over time I have bought a number of "others" online business training programs.

MOJO Global exceeds all in training course layout and content and shines bright with their customer support.

I have never been treated better!

I scheduled a support session with George for Frid...

I scheduled a support session with George for Friday. Thursday I called his number thinking I was supposed to be on at that time. A pleasant lady answered and said she would have George contact me. George did contact me through email to remind me that our meeting was for Friday . Of course by then I had realized what the day was and apologized for being impatient. Ultimately the actual support session went great. George was very patient and willing to help me to understand whatever questions or concerns that I had. Great job!!! I know were to go for help and support when I'm in trouble.
