About a year ago I went full time into my own business. I knew from working on lead generation and developmental sales projects for other businesses how hard it can be to get past the gatekeeper and how much time is involved. I am an experienced cold caller, newsletter and email marketing professional with over 35 years experience in sales and marketing. When I discovered that I could use MOJO's LinkedIn Lead Mastermind software to reach out directly to decision makers in a relational way I immediately had to sign up! When I first started using MOJO's software I dreamed of working all over the country helping B2B business owners with their marketing. As of this writing I am working all over the world with English speaking business professionals using SKYPE as a result of MOJO. If I ever have a problem, I receive timely help. MOJO offers continual cutting-edge webinars to help me to grow my business, and I have access to a client-only website which contains white papers, videos, sales and email scripts and more. AND, if I need to speak with Cory (one of the founders) or Renee (the head trainer) I can schedule weekly office hours with them. I have come to respect the owners Ira and Cory for creating an atmosphere of integrity at MOJO. As a one-person business I felt relieved when I first signed up with MOJO. Now, I view signing up as one of the best decisions I could have ever made for my business.

Mojo Global's support system is as good as it gets...

Mojo Global's support system is as good as it gets. Their products are excellent, but without good support, they wouldn't be nearly as useful.
Mae has been my go to person at support and she has always been friendly and extremely helpful. All my questions were handled quickly and always to my satisfaction.

My five star rating is for the customer service. Claudette helped me get the software installed properly. My questions have been answered promptly. I almost forgot to mention this help with installation was on a SUNDAY. I've never had that kind of service on a week-end.

My software won't be active for a day, so I can't rate that yet. But, I feel confident that if I have any issues Claudette F. will handle them.

Mojo Global is a leading edge company in its niche. I only recently discovered them and am still learning to master their software but I cvan tell you this much from my experience to date:

1) Their webinars are the absolute elite best that I have ever attended

2) The software is dynamic and omni-powerful

3) Their customer support is stellar and expedient.

This company truly wants you to succeed and they will do whatever it takes within reason to help you!

He graciously and patiently helped me navigate through a couple of unanticipated setup issues (multiple emails and passwords attached to Chrome) and followed up later in the day. I cannot yet say that I am an ideal fit for this solution, but have every confidence that the team will work with me to determine how best to adapt to my circumstances and M.O.

After we were able to connect today, it became a very beneficial session.
Gladys was excellent at taking me through one step at a time so I could relearn the process of Social BFF. She was patient with us Mac Users in which I am one and not use to Chrome, so it took a little longer. The message 1 & 2 and to continuing to connect was very helpful . She also went over the calendar and how it works. Now I will have to practice and see my connections increase with beneficial results. Thank you Roberta

Really haven't had a need for support other than one issue which was handled quickly. I've been doing business on the internet for over 20 years and there can be nothing more frustrating than poor service. I'm very picky about reviews so way to go Mojo.

Just had a great customer service interaction with Gladys. Can't say yet that this software will work for me as I haven't used it yet and the Powerpack sales letters do not fit my business model however, Gladys answered all questions asked quickly and professionally. Good to know that chat button is there with someone who can help while I try out this software.

I wasn't sure about this software at first. Like most people I'm sure you've sunk way to much time and money into other "must have" programs to only discover---well that it sucked.
I'm VERY pleased this hasn't been the experience with Mojo's software.There is a lot of support and training videos on using the software. I was surprised when I got an answer from the question I submitted via chat on a Sunday night---a Sunday night before a holiday!
I feel confident about learning the software and working with this company. Thanks Mojo!

I highly recommend this company because I have employed many ways to grow my business and working with the MOJO software has become one of the easiest and most profound tools I have in my marketing arsenal. Normally trying to get in front of the decision maker can be difficult. I am getting passed the gatekeepers and connecting directly with the decision makers in a record time. I have worked with Cory and Ira, the founders of MojoGlobal in the past and had a great experience. They have invested 7 years of their lives learning EVERYTHING there is to know about LinkedIn and how to use it to generate targeted leads and REVENUE.

In the process of building their business they have assembled a great support team that knows their stuff and responds to any request quickly and effectively.

I was was delighted to see that Cory and Ira have put together an advanced, up to date LinkedIn training program and I am ALL IN.

I just finished about 2 hours of training videos just to get up to speed. Looking forward to the rest. Solid stuff.

I am so pleased with the support especially with Ivan, he really knows his stuff. He gets back to you promptly and is always on time.

He spends whatever time it takes to solve the issues at hand. The program is terrific , the only reason I've had to call for support is my lack of knowledge of the program.

I am a visual person so once I see something done I get it.

Mojo Global's "My Big Fat List Builder" is one of the best marketing investments I've made. I have saved so much money by no longer needing to buy or rent lists of questionable value. Now I can control the results and know that the results are valid. It has given me efficiency as well as added to my bottom line.

I love the Mojo Lead Mastermind software. I've generated up to 20 targeted leads per day (sometimes more). Their step by step instructions produce results. Their training, especially Renee Chubb, is second to none. Even during non office hours, Renee responds to my skype messages and is not only eager to help but she always has the answer to point me in the right direction. I highly recommend the mojo products to anyone who is interested in generating leads online and especially from LinkedIn.

Then, she not only made sure that I had access to the software, but she took me through many steps to train me on the most strategic ways to use the software, giving me tips and guiding me through every facet that I will need to employ to have the best outcome.
