I had an issue with regard to my billing, current cash flows and a request for flexibility regarding my account from the company since I would not have a project with which I could use their system for a period of time. As I state on a regular basis those companies that will be successful long term in today's business climate must have quality people, properly trained, given the proper incentives and the authority to make decisions in the best interests of their customers while doing no harm to the health of their company. Alex Talavera and Mojo proved exactly my point, a quality employee who is closest to the customer and empowered to make a decision that benefits both customer and company. Bravo, something rarely seen in today's business climate - one point of contact who is willing and able to make a decision that benefitted me and solidified my relationship with Mojo.
