I live in Southampton and work in the construction industry.Cv library are far the most effective method of finding work.I understand it's about having a good cv,qualifications,attitude and enough work oppotunities to go round but potential employers do use cv library a lot.Everyone's happy and long may it continue.I got on the cv library website this time because I've been lied to and disappointed by an employment agency. They are already forgotten.Come on in,the water's great.
I have used CV-Library in the past to look for job and over last few years to recruit people. Today I wanted to post another advert for recruitment and they surprised me by telling me I cannot be verified because I didn't have social media and landline to my business didn't even bother to ask about my company registration number , as I can see many other people dissapointed I feel like the service has gone down really sad about it as used to be one of the best.

If you apply for a job here they will send your information to every agency registered with them. I have had to stop answering my phone because random agencies call me all the time with no actual job - just to try to get me to sign up with them. I don't understand how a company is allowed to indiscriminately send all of my personal information to anyone who wants it.
I've been a corporate customer for may years which in which ive seen a downward trend of the board. I used to be very satisfied by CV-Library however of recent years its clear they are just monetizing the board as much as possible and show little interest in resolving issues. It really is disappointing.
I love their site as it is so easy to use and i got my 1st job by using CV-Library :)
The most annoying mailing list I've ever come across i signed up for this 5 years ago and they are still sending me 5 emails a day with jobs i'm not at all interested in or qualified for and i cannot get off their mailing list. Do not sign up to them.
