Every thing is good especially the behaviour of the girl at the reception ( her name is Donia ) she is really nice, but in some floors the room service is better than others .
I was in the 11th floor and the room service was fantastic, then I moved to the 17th floor and the room service was not at that level of quality.
Overall thank you for your hospitality and it was nice accommodation.

Nice hotel. The concierge offers a 4 hour tour of the city.

If it wasn't for the nice and friendly staff, I would have given them a 1 star

Very nice hotel offered a free Shuttle bus from airport ,fast check in, concierge arranged a city tour ,all staff are amazing

I didn't spend much time here, but the time I spent was pretty good! A friendly staff, free and fast wi-fi and good food. Most important, well furnished and beautiful room. Loved even the little time I spent here.

Parking is always a mess, but the ForKnife has a good buffet and the view is nice. :-)

As a Qatari residence, the hotel is indeed equal to the 5 star standards' level.
However my experience in similar 5 star hotels was 2 to 3 points hire. As other hotels grant better discounts on weekends with early check in (1 pm) and more late check out (6 pm)
Service was simply perfect 9 over 10 grade.
Always you need to monitor the level of water in the swimming pool to allow efficient filtration operation as my baby has an eye infection in the first night and myself has skin issues...I was dragged to get into the pool due to my baby's insistence However thanks to Monika s quick respond the swimming pool was much better in the next day. I prefer that your operated team in level 26 be aware of some technical issues so they can easily observe whenever something wrong is going on regarding the water quality (slight yellow color and high TSS) which was really bad... Even there was probably chlorine (even though it's started in your door that chlorine is not used at all) due to a probable automated system to regulate the total coliforms and infections which cause tears and burning to my eyes

Love the spa. Nice open buffet restaurant called Fork and knife. Smaller than most of other hotel's restaurants but enough choice and good quality food.

The room was nice. Both the reception and concierge services are very good. I was a bit disappointed with the room ordering as the person answering my call was probably assuming that I was part of the group tour or something and said that my order would require so many coupons (which I have no idea what was referring to) and I could only order my food once I mentioned that I would pay with my credit card as I don't have or know anything about any coupon. But the service bringing the food to my room was courteous. I do appreciate the overall experience. It would be probably more activities if it was not during Ramadan.

Visted friends here, room service food used to be great, ordered the prawn curry twice and it was tasting quite bad. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, its a small hotel, very limited parking for self driven cars. No alcohol served here, its a dry hotel.

Very Good Staff, But of course there is a bit of delay in response to the customer in a personalized manner. It would be corrected there would be full marks awarded.

The staff are friendly and being a guest in this hotel is a wonderful experience. Their foods are mouthwatering. The arrangement is very pleasing to the eyes.

Had a very good time during our stay, good service and hotel staff is very supportive. I like the location of this hotel and the view from my room was the best part of my stay.

The prices is reasonable for a five star hotel, Quick transfer by shuttle from airport , check in was smooth and the staff are friendly definitely I would recommend your hotel to my friends.

Staying at Movenpick for over a year and I can call it Home away from home
All the staff very helpful with anything you need starting from reception, over to dining, room service, concierges etc.
you will feel welcome anytime you walk in.
Hygiene on high level. Food good.
Very close to other food places, sport activities, shopping malls.
If you need any help just look for Panda and she will help with any issues.

It was a lovely stay there...all the staff was dealing freindly and kind. Specially the front manager Mr.Rony Zaarour..( the one was on duty during the morning of second and third Eid Holiday) he has the skills to understand our needs and to satisfy the guests.
It was my second experience on movempick west bay and for sure it will not be the last .
I will recommend the hotel to all my freinds and chic places lovers.
I have a small remark regarding the Fourknife BF menu..it can be better..
for the Brunch menu ...we did not liked that most of the seafood was not designated to people who eat only cooked seafood.
Otherwise well done...And I noted you 9/10 .

The hospitality, reception and service are fantastic
The room cleaning service and responsive guest requests are quick and very good
The problem that faced me in the hotel and I think it is not the only hotel problem in Doha is the absence of any activities or means of entertainment after the dinner or during the period of the afternoon, no concerts or entertainment, not even children's places to play or entertainment area for children
Also the food at dinner was very scarce despite the quality of the food

Great hotel to stay and relax in Doha. Very clean and has panoramic views of the city and the sea. Wide variety of delicious food is available in buffett. Chefs are ready to custom prepare hot dishes for added taste. Munna, one of the chefs, prepared fresh naans and kabobs which were one of the best I have ever had.

great location, very nice views. the food was a bit limited, and the gym facilities as well, but overall fantastic service and a great hotel.

I honestly couldn't find a fault with our experience at Movenpick Doha, I will remember it vividly for a long time. Every one there was exceptional, friendly and welcoming.

Well not bad but food was so dry and restaurant very dirty

There are many fantastic hotels in Doha, this one doesn't stand out in any way.

The rooms where nice and clean. But the spa area was really old/dirty. The Stream room was cold and took very long to get hot. Always a bad smell there. Sauna.. no idea what kind of wood it was... but also smelly... jacuzzy dirty... and even the indoor pool was warmer... the whole area and floor was cold. Room and service 5 stars. Spa 1.. so three Stars

Hotel staff are very helpful and knowledgeable.. The view of the hotel is good you get to see the Corniche, but for some other rooms not that great cos other buildings are being constructed... it's based downtown so you have City centre Mall, clubs and lounges close by with daily Happy Hours.

Excellent hotel. The service is great. Food with room service is great. Everything is perfect. Would recommend 10/10.

Awsome external ambience. International functions are held on there. Good parking area and silent atmosphere even it is located on the precious place of Qatar.
