Moevenpick tower & suites Review

Loved it. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Baby friendly too. Highly recommend it

Swimming pool was dirty and full of kids spa was closed toilets are dirty and there is a bad smell , construction work made too much noise

Rooms are bigger than most hotels. Nice, very clean rooms. Pillows are too flat. Indoor pool is a good size for family with young kids. Breakfast can be better with more variety & better coffee. Not enough staff to welcome you (valet parking, bellboy, concierge).

I did not like that breakfast offer has not changed for years

Amazing place to stay, with a well equipped gym and spa. Good spead of breakfast. Courteous staff and a good vibe everywhere. The city centre mall just 5 minutes walking with has Carrefour and a good theatre and food court. Also corniche is 5 mins by walk.

I stayed there for 2 nights for business, the staff were great and the rooms were super spacious. I asked for a non smoking room and they didn't have the tier that I booked so they upgraded to a suite free of charge which was nice. The suite was basically a big 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a nice view of the bay. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and the variety was great. The gym is big and has enough equipment to do a proper workout. Highly recommended

Beautiful rooms, with very comfortable bedding, bathroom and strong wi-fi.

The Food in the all-day dining was of medium+ quality, although the attendance seemed to be mostly from small in-house groups.

The facilities were well kept, although I personally did not like the deco in the lobby.

Kindly add a bar with live music or the one with a dance floor n dj music kind of a thing like the hotels in Dubai have.

Excellent service from the housekeeping department, spotlessly clean room, very friendly lady at the reception, very efficient, provided us with all the information, offered a wake up call and a voucher for a buffet dinner. Very pleasant surprise was also a free shuttle bus to the airport.

The furniture is old and the pond is very bad and the people are on top of each other, and the requests are delayed and I never recommend it, never ever very bad

First the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.. I had a workshop and the receptionist manage to extend my check out time 3 more hours extra..
The room was comfy but it didn't contain the bathroom set (shampoo, shower gel, toothbrush..) so you have to bring those with you.

The rest and the calmness of the Lake Lei Maak and the service is wonderful

Clean, spacious room and faultless service. Even put on a special themed dinner in the restaurant for Halloween. Great effects, would highly recommend
