We stayed in Doha for a couple of days after a holiday in Seychelles, before returning back to the UK. Travelling with a baby we needed more mineral water in the room in addition to the complimentary bottle. Requested more of those bottles More

I often travel to Qatar for work and I have been to several hotels in Doha West Bay.
The staff is all very nice and available (receptionists, waiters, hotel staff, etc...). Rooms are spacious and perfectly clean. The breakfast offers a great variety of food and the quality is very high. I usually ask for the in room dining service, which is very quick and the food is very good. The gym is well equipped and the hotel offers a wonderful indoor pool. I will surely go back.
i am not that happy with our stay. some staffs are not that welcoming. but the staff in the spa was very very nice. the blond receptionist in the spa was very helpful and also the one who did my massage Ms. Anne was very kind.
The hotel is beautiful and quiet and overlooks the sea and has a health club, a swimming pool, a sauna, and a steam bath, in addition to massage, but they did not provide me with a bed for the children. The extra is not the opposite
The views are amazing also the jakozi I want to say thank you for the lady who working in the reception she was very polite and professional and the Ukrainian lady in spa she always smiling
Room was nice and view was good, but although it had been booked for 2 adults, there was only 1 gown and 1 slipper set. Found the entrance was a bit dangerous as the cars came off the main road at speed. Breakfast buffet and service was excellent. Map obtained from concierge was a terrible copy and unreadable.
This hotel is located on West Bay one of the business hubs in Qatar.Rooms are spacious and the food is really good.Ambience is awesome as well.This is located close to the city centre mall
Clean and tidy. awesome buffet breakfast friendly front desk stuff and very helpful (we had 8pm flight, gave us generous late check out and looked our bags)
stayed here for a week with family. great location, check bed size, if you're coming for the US with family check how many beds in the room. very friendly staff
This is a great hotel for staycation or just a family weekend away from home. The rooms(suites) are really clean, nicely designed and the absolutely terrific sea-view with city views complement everything. We would love to be back. They actually also gave us a free update when we arrived.
It is a transit hotel of Qatar Airways (QR) and used. At first I was guided to a room without windows, but I slept and changed it to a room with windows around 14:00, and it changed smoothly. The meal vouchers from the QR can also be applied to room service, and they were asked to look like photos. There is also a swimming pool on the roof. The hotel and chartered taxis formed one day and costs about 150USD (at first the price is not said, please say to the City Excurtion! It's said in a way like! It is also interesting to get around the town under redevelopment.
Due to flight delay I had to stay over in Doha. Early morning 8 hours before our flight my daughter started to feel sick and her condition got more severe and therefore we had to extend our stay for 2 more nights. During our stay we foind help from all the staff when we asked for a good hospital they gave us one, the conceirge assisted in contacted Qatar Airways to explain the situation and change our tickets. Later, I was greeted by Basel (the manager) and he was so helpful and caring. When we felt we needed to go back again to the hospital he refused that we take a cab and insisted to drive us. Basel between time and then called to check on my daughter condition and whether we needed any assistance. When his shift ended, he made sure that his colleague Mohamad checked on us which he did. He came to introduce himself, and called to follow up on my daughters situation , also offered several times if he can help in anyway. Panda, lady from the reception was also so kind to come up to our room and give my daughter a small gift that put a smile on her face.

Its a really good and clean hotel... They have a few offers. Stayed there a few days and the cleaning is amazing, food is great. Though, the gym doesnt open early.

Great place to stay. Facilities were great and staff very helpful. Panda was excellent to deal with, always making sure we had cold drinks and happy with everything. It was also great to be able to use some facilities after we had checked out and before going to the airport late at night.
I spent 3 months there, a portion of it with my family. We loved everything about the hotel. Staff were super helpful and friendly, from the guys helping us with the shopping bags and trolley every time we got off the taxi, to the receptionist including Ms. Lazzyat & of course Ms. Mariel who arranged our stay.
Special mention for the staff (her name is Jhuzel) Verygood customer service and very kind and with a great smile to greet the customers. all staffs was very accommodating. this hotel was my favorite thats why we keep on coming back to book in this hotel. And im so happy for giving me a complimentary cake and greetings on my birthday from your hotel. we feel special in simple ways.
I had a layover in Doha on my journey to Canada and I spent a few hours in this hotel during transit. The room was huge, I mean you can see from the picture that it wasn't a room for a solo traveler and it was clean and cozy. I also ordered an Alfredo Pasta as I was sorta hungry but oh my, the portion size was big enough for at least a few people. Obviously I couldn't finish it and it went to waste. The taste however wasn't the best. I could tell it wasn't fresh and was probably microwaved. For a hotel of this standard, I don't think it would be too ambitious of me to expect a hot pasta after a long flight. The breads were also not toasted and tasted like brick. Apart from that, my few hours in the hotel were super comfortable. The staffs were also nice and made sure I woke up at the right time. Recommended.
A very well located hotel in West Bay. Informal and relaxed atmosphere. Almost familiar. Very good buffet restaurant at a reasonable price. No alcohol. The rooms are modern, spacious and with great views; Free Wifi in the entire hotel. The staff is helpful and very friendly. Of great help. Highly recommended
The pool is quite small, there is no kids playing area or activity place for kids neither at the pool nor at the reception. I think the activity choices are limited because of the location( no beach access), so better to think.of assigning an area for that. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, thanks for the friendly service
