Prices for kitchenware are double they are elsewhere. $800 for a cooking pot! Since they're the only ones in town selling these items at the moment I guess it's their taking full advantage of the market. The staff are helpful but I won't be coming back.

Awesome store lots of product's with staff knowledge

Wide range of good products, kind staff, some ranges of products are bit pricey though.

They are willing to talk price and warranty is kept on record at the store meaning you don't have to have the receipt to exchange or refund on faulty items.

Service second to none. Harvey Norman and The Good Guys in Geraldton should take a page off this guys on how to look after customers.

I love this place! The staff are lovely & knowledgeable, they keep all your buys on record. So if there is a warranty issue, you don't need to look for the paperwork. I find their prices to be competitive, if something is not on sale, they're always willing to mark it down a little
