They may say they are taking new patients, but it...

They may say they are taking new patients, but it is nearly impossible to get to a person to even talk about making an appointment. My husband's situation is pretty dire, and even with a referral it took weeks to make an appointment and then it was going to be 7 weeks away. We had to find another group in Atlanta.

Well, normally I am pleased with the urology dept ...

Well, normally I am pleased with the urology dept of GA but I'm not at the moment. I called two days, ago, on Wednesday morning early, to leave a message for the Nurse Practictioner I had an infection however, it's Friday morning and no one is there still. I understand it's July 5th, but after callng back at 4:30 on Wednesday to see if the NP for Barbara, was going to call me back for meds today or after 5:00pm, I wasn't sure. Some physicians calls after they are done with their patients, or listen to messages and then call that same day, especially when their is an infection, not to say a need to leave Monday for out of town due to a hospice situation for a parent and need to get the meds and go. All that was said was she was busy with a patient. I understand but yet I did expect a call Wednesday after 5:00pm to hear something before the holiday...northing...now it's Friday and I am trying to reach the clinic where they specialist in bladder issues...again, nothing! They are closed for the holiday...I assume they won't be back until Monday but I am in Atlanta for another medical IV for MS...then on to deal with funeral issues for a parent...I am NOT happy...now to the med stop for care! Normally Barbara does a good job, and probably does now but her assistant I was told would call back after she was done with pateints, is NOT to be fit...I don't know why she has a back up when she doesn't do her job...You blew it...not only that, because Shepherd lost it's bladder doctor and I went for something here to support, I am now asked to redo a test I had done there for Dr. Perkins to have a base line, even though I had the paperwork sent to their office and they have it...really??? I am really deciding if I stay here or go back to Shepherd as they now have Bladder specialists...a royal pain both for infections and for this tests to be redone...I hate this test overall. Normally testing proceeedures don't botter me at all but this retention tests does...I may or may not be back overall...sad when a Dr or NP doesn't do their job, booked or not...I am patent but t his is down right ridiculous...

I recently moved and needed my records sent to my new doctor. Gloria the phone operator was very helpful. She sent my records over very quickly and even called me afterwards to let me know she sent them and was having issues. My physician did receive them thanks to Gloria, she was very kind through each phone call and didn't make it seem as an inconvenience for her like other offices would.

I can t begin to explain how thankful I am for this office & their staff. Especially Dr. Perkel. I ve had a long ordeal with a kidney stone and they been nothing but amazing to me! Everyone from the staff in the financial department...to the front office..the nurses ..To Dr. Perkel & his surgical assistant Marcus! Thank you all so much for helping me! Reading some of these reviews I can say I cannot relate. I never had a problem making an appointment ..or having someone call me back. Dr. Perkel performed 4 procedures on me total ..and I never had a problem talking to someone or making an appointment.

I have absolutely nothing but praise for this faci...

I have absolutely nothing but praise for this facility. I have been a patient of Dr. Geary's since 2016. From the first minute I walked in the building I was treated with respect. Jennifer was thorough and kind. Dr. Geary came in and he believed every word I was telling him. He listened to me. Pain is hard to describe and hard to "see". But when I described my pain and discomfort he immediately came up with ways to diagnose my symptoms. He didn't dismiss me. I recently experienced a kidney stone that wasn't clearly discernable on the CT scan. Rather than tell me he couldn't see a stone, he believed the amount of pain I was in and performed a cystoscope. Lo and behold, he found the stone that had become stuck in the ureter, extracted it, inserted a stent, and is closely following up to see if the ureter is stable enough to remove the stent. Dr. Geary and his staff are amazing. I'm not their only patient, of course, but they make me feel like it when I am at the office or surgery center. I have always been contacted right back when I've left messages with the triage nurse or Jennifer.

I had to have a biopsy done and I have to say the Doctor was Knowledgeable and all good guy. The staff was very nice and check in was easy. I never had to wait any longer periods of time. The biopsy from start to finish was a breeze for me. They got me prep and ready and I don't remember anything after that except leaving. I would definitely recommend them.

Surgery Center experience was pretty smooth, as it should be. Although Dr. didn't come to recovery after the fact. Getting Short Term Disability paperwork filed was an entirely different story. Staff lied on the phone and said it was complete and had been faxed($25.00 to fax paperwork). I drove to office 8 days after surgery to physically pick up paperwork and it still had not been signed by Dr.

Been calling this office for an appointment and left three voice mails. No one called me back! This is over the last three months. The end of last year tried many times too. No call back then either. I would prefer to use my insurance here but The Coliseum is starting to sound better to me. Update! Here is a screen shot of the last call and I left a message too. My husband will now give you a call!

I have assisted in surgery with each of these surgeons. I am a retired Physician's Assistant in Orthopedics so I recognize excellent care.

I live in Woodstock, Ga. so it is a 2 hour drive, but when it came time for me to get a penile prosthesis, I chose Dr. Burnette. Now I am doing great.

I highly recommend him. Feel free to contact me.

I have been up and down east coast I thought when I came here I would not get that service. Well besides I am trying to convert to patroits. The staff ,Gloria Amy front desk wonderful
Surgery center could not have been nicer.Dr Geary Brady is the mayo of Urogly I am a difficult case he help me with my condition when know one else could he is a plus and muscles his nurse is great no shanquins

I have more of the same for the negative review li...

I have more of the same for the negative review listed below. They never answer the phone or call you back. After calling 4 times and no return call i got smart and pressed 0 until someone got on the line. She then transferred me to someone who handles new patients. She said they are too busy to accept new patients, call someone else. Not only are the terrible at getting on the phone, they have terrible attitudes when they actually have to take a call. I am a paramedic and i can only imagine someone calling me and me telling them i am sorry, i am too busy to save your life, call back later in about 6 months.
I cant rate their service, they are too busy to take care of patients.

I hope those reading this realize the owner response below. They clearly want to argue with the population instead of helping them. This is not a review of a certain Doctor or of food. It is a review of my experience with your rude and reluctant staff to address the much needed help to fix, diagnosis, or treat the medical the condition of the patient.

Terrible service. They do not return phone calls in a prompt manner. While Dr. Casey is excellent, it is almost impossible to get an appointment. The nurses and staff are argumentative and combative over the phone. I am a college student, and because my calls were not returned over a four day time window, my only option was to seek care at the ER.
