Always Excellent.

Always Excellent.
The portions are realistic, not too large and by no means understated.
Always fresh pasta.
All sauces are smooth, no agita later on.
Comfortable seating with top knotch service.
Excellent place to bring a friend or family.
One of my favorite s in town.

Really Great pizza, from a regular slice, to sausage slices, sicilian, and specialty slices. Also the Chicken parmigiana and Veal parmigiana are a couple of my favorite dishes. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. Also, check certain days of the week, they run specials for pizza and pasta nights.

Food is so-so and prices are very high. Long wait times. There are better options in the area. Waited recently for over 7 min on hold to place an order. Placed an order with a place further away which is my new go-to

I enjoyed the chicken roll and spaghetti and meatballs. We also had a mini pizza which was perfect. Service was great and I will be back.
Update- - Good for families-a bit expensive, but what isn't. Service was great and they have a few craft beers on tap. Food is still delicious.

The way the building is designed makes it so that how the weather feels outside is how it feels inside - if it's hot outside, it's hot inside, and if it's cold outside, it's cold inside. The Buffalo slices don't have real Buffalo sauce - I think it's mixed with marinara. For $3 a slice at least make them right!

Chef Greg put some great meals on our table for four. Versatility was proved by the variety of main course (German, scrimp and Italian) at our table. This was remarkable for a Saturday night full house.

For what it is, it's great. The pizza is always fresh and delicious. All the pasta and entrees are great. Never had a bad meal here. Service is fine too. Is it fancy, no. Is it affordable and tasty? Always.

The food was excellent and for a busy holiday night our waitress was very sweet and calm. I dont think they anticipated such high volume on St.Patrick's day but then again neither did we. the service was a little slow but all in all it was a good experience!

I ordered food around 9 and it said it would be ready at 9:40 when I showed up they hadn't even started preparing the food so I said I would be back in a few minutes to get it then they closed on me they freaking closed the store. The owner of this place and the staff are extremely rude constantly mess up and never do anything to make it right I will never order from here again and I think you should consider not ordering from here either.

I was very disappointed with both meals
Couldn't make up my mind so I ordered two. lol The penne a la vodka which had an odd taste may have neen due to chopped scallions maybe ?? Ugh The alfredo was so bland. I have had better out af a jar! Visiting from Central PA I was really hoping for some decent Italian food for a change but Filetto's didnt come close . Better luck next time if there is a next time. I thought the Alfredo was pretty good when I dined in a few month ago

East Northport like most towns on Long Island has more pizza places than gas station. Filetto's is one of the best of the bunch. Plenty of seating, in a well lit dining area. The salads are very good and they have several choices to choose from. They have all of the Italian fare you would expect, or want, including lasagna, stuffed shells, pasta with a good choice of sauces. They have very good pizza too.

Casual Italian dining and pizza lots of menu options. Traditional items are always on point chicken Parmigiana etc, they offer and advertise coupons and when you attempt to use them they don t honor them. The owner has been doing this since he opened and it s a constant turn off especially with so many excellent Italian pizzerias and restaurants in the near by areas. The food is a 4, decor mood a 3, ordering take out 1. Always put on hold with order errors so we go in person to place even pizza orders. Issues with taking coupons as advertised 1, so the 4 star rating on food drops to a 3 over all. The Risotto in these pictures I was told he did not consider a Dinner and thus denied a coupon for a free drink it s ridiculous and this is why we drive further away to other Restaurants

Food is ok but the counter staff is always rude and unhelpful. They are my last resort but always seem to be open later than the rest leaving them the only choice some night. Every time I think itll be different and it never is. Rude, bothered and obviously too good to offer decent service.

It is amazing to eat here and see the attention to detail and quality that still exists. No meal is left behind. They are just as good now as they were when they opened. If you have not tried it in a while, go, feel special!

Excellent brick oven pizza, fair prices and decent portions. We've tried a few of the soups and have no complaints. The interior is clean and roomy, good for families. Have not tried the pasta, but the menu is extensive.

Great neighborhood Italian restaurant. Good food, nice specials, reasonable prices. Staff is friendly and helpful. Brisk take out business, but I enjoy eating there. They have brick oven pizza as well as modern oven pizza.

Filetto's, when on their game has truly the best pizza in East Northport. Sometimes, the entrees are delicious and their many different sauces cannot be beat. Unfortunately, the food is unpredictable. I constantly receive pizza that is overdone, with a burnt bottom. When the bottom of the pie is burnt, it ruins the flavor of the pizza, and our meal. The chicken entrees can sometimes have dried out or rubbery texture. Not always, but again unpredictable. We have had many dishes and we would recommend any of the fish or shrimp entrees, any hero(except the chicken parm), any pasta dish(bolognese is amazing) and the garlic knots and meatballs are outstanding.(ask for a side a dipping sauce) Again, when on their game, amazing, but when off their game, which is probably 1 in 3 times, terrible.
