We only stayed overnight, but had a pleasant experience. The room was clean and very spacious. The customer service was extremely helpful and kind. On top of free cookies, lemonade, and Chex mix, they offered free bottled water too. Complimentary breakfast was typical standard breakfast with a lot to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms were clean and nice. Our view was directly into a wall but we just happened to pick the one room that faces the rooftop AC units and such above the pool. Breakfast was decent. We stayed for two nights. Overall good stay.

A Hampton inn and fine for all the standards that come with it. So the hotel is fine. Food options were limited nearby and the location felt isolated. For an overnight business trip, it s fine.

Opened in 2008, this hotel is up to date facility. The room is decent sized and clean. There is microwave and small fridge in the room, which is typical for this class of hotel.

Duvet covers and sheets are white, and they claim they wash both duvet covers and sheets every time. That's nice.

The greeting staffs are kind and knowledgeable. When I asked for a recommendation for a restuarant, the recommended restaurant was good (they said they go there too).

I stayed in the room next to ice maker. The noise from the guests using ice maker was well insulated, but the water pluming to the ice maker made occasional whoosing noise inside my room wall and it was annoying all the night.

Friendly staff, super clean, quiet rooms . . . just a few of the things we enjoyed at this Hampton. We had been driving all day from FL so we were exhausted. We appreciated the quiet, out of the city, location. But it was also close enough to drive in for an amazing supper & a quick look at the sunsphere. The breakfast had plenty of options for our group so everyone was pleased. We would definitely stay here again.

The tub basin was dirty, the bed was not very comfortable. The pool was nice, though the pool towels were tiny and thin. The lobby looks nice from a distance, but the carpet is badly stained. Room keys were not working properly.

I travel 90% of time on business, throughout the southeastern United States. This hotel, believe it or not, is one of my favorite to visit. Quite, within driving distance of things in Knoxville, and the staff is ALWAYS helpful and professional, while the rooms stay clean. Also, very reasonably priced for what you get compared to other hotels in the Southeast.

The cookies were fantastic, and the breakfast was good as well. The room was clean. WiFi signal was good. DirecTV was a tad annoying, but that's hotel tv. The beds were a bit rickety, and the bathroom didn't have a fan. Only two real complaints. Plenty of hot water though!

After driving through rain on and off all day from Selma, Al. we checked in around 7 pm quickly and easy. Asked what TV station the Thursday night football game was on? Desk clerk said they were having a watch party in dinning area with snacks and drinks. Which was great until halftime, when we went to our big comfort beds. Enjoyed the hot breakfast buffet and lots of coffee. B) 2 Texas Gal's

We stayed here because my son was competing in AAU nationals for cross country. So were hundreds of other kids. It was crazy packed with very hungry runner kids and the service was great. There were a few times they ran out of coffee or other food items (to be expected with so many there) but once told they took care of it quickly and with a smile. Very accommodating. We never have house keeping so I can't tell you about their service except they too were accommodating when we asked for some new towels and shampoos on the last day. They had a pool, however my son spiked a fever and we weren't able to enjoy that either. We would recommend based on great service, and room was clean. We were fairly close to our event. The breakfast could use maybe a potato item and pancakes/french toast items. Only white bread and plain bagel was available for toasting, no variety. Waffles were available but again only 2 for make your own and a lot of kids so we didn't bother.(My daughter is lactose intolerant and couldn't eat the egg w cheese omlet on our last day but I liked it). Overall very great stay and would come back.

Very comfortable beds and nice room. Found it hard to get the room warm since you can't select air or heat. If it thought it should cool down it had air kick on and made the room to cold. The tap water is very chorine tasting so take advantage of the free bottled water in the lobby. The cold breakfast items I had were good and the relaxation area was comfortable in the lobby. Friendly staff.

Incredibly helpful staff. Lost my debit card & had to cancel it. They were very helpful and allowed me to pay cash. Hotel is very clean, rooms are nice, and location is convenient to restaurants, shopping & interstate. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Only stayed for the night and left early in the morning. However, I've stayed at this hotel many times driving up from South Carolina to Wisconsin and every time I've enjoyed my experience. The breakfast has always been nice and the rooms are great as well. Great staff as well.

Out of the way hotel but the people are great. From the from desk to the room maids they know how to serve. My two girls brought stuffed animals and every day the maids arranged them in a special way. The best.

Wonderful experience. Robyn recieved us with a big smile and was very helpful with any questions or help needed even though she was busy from the first moment we walked in the door to the last moment she located some extra pillows. Clean room. Clean building. Highly recommend. Recommend that Robyn gets a raise as well.
