Staff is knowledgeable, lovely facility and fantastic product!

Management is not good there and they over work employees and it's very hot inside and don't give right amount of breaks in a 8 hour shift

We bought an XMark laserz 3 years ago. The motor went.The motor was still under warranty. It was a Koehler engine. XMark y did not want to get involved. They referred us to kohler. They never called us back or called kohler for us. Since then , they manufacture their own engines. But we had to fight with kohler with no help from them. Very disappointed with XMark , thought they were more professional than that.

Terrific!!! Regular mountain goat in and out of ditches. Keep the blades sharp and it's a 7 mph perfect swath. 5 years of mowing 2 acres and I'm putting on my first belt just to be proactive. I wouldn't consider owning any other mower.

After fracturing my lower back while on my probation period I was told I would be able to get my job back. Only instead when i was able to work again and reapplied I was told i was put on a NO REHIRE list. Didnt give me a reason and ended up becoming homeless for a time. Still on that list even though i loved my job and was good at it.
