Worst experience ever! Never even stayed at the hotel due to Covid-19. The only thing the rep got right when making the reservations was my credit card number. Their policy states you will be refunded in 30 days. My reservations were made and canceled in March. It's now June 19th and still no refund. We are told that because they are closed we won't receive a refund until September. Total B.S. You get the run around when you call customer service. Finally waited OVER AN HOUR to speak with a supervisor, he gave me an email address were I could send my credit card statement and they would send me a check. Took 13 days just to get a response email that said it will be another 30 days until I receive my refund. I will never stay at this hotel and am really questioning Hilton's quality.
