Who 2hrs drive (airport hotel) is not afraid, should book this Anlage.Habe dec.18 a wonderful vacation, a friendliness of the service staff (bes.mister BUDDHA) also the area I found TOLL.War for a long time again great vacation!

The resort is tastefully designed and the staff are well trained to exchange pleasantries....but the show ends there. Food is very very mediocre, much below 5 star standard. There is hardly any choice. I will not go back to staying here or recommend this resort.

This is my 3rd and last visit at this property and the worst experience till date at any of the properties that I have visited the world over the lamp shade doesn't work from the time I checked in haven't you checked the room before you hand over the keys to the guest when I asked for an early check in I was told subject to availability but come at 3pm when I checked in at 3.15pm at the property the room wasn't ready finally when I got the room it was still wet of the mopping that was just done.

I requested to reserve 2 rooms 1 for my parents and 1 for me and my wife and child most stupidest thing to join to single beds and give it to a couple if you don't have availability tell me that you don't have rooms but you don't be this cheap I am sure to write a review on all the major sites as well as the social media for this cheap behaviour you have charged me a heafty price for this service totally not acceptable a 2 or 3 star resort would have been better off.

Don't know when was the last time you got the carpets in the room cleant or shampooed. My ten month old son just crawled on it once and had greyish black knees I have taken a photo of his knees if you want I will post it as well to you.

When you call yourself a 5 star hotel be able to keep up to the standard of a 5 star.

I have stayed at the Le Meridian right next to you and Radisson Blu a few kilometres away in your vicinity but trust me this is the most atrocious experience ever. You can't keep up with basic hygiene standard's

We went for a corporate drinks and dinner. 1 guy drink more and started an argument on partially correct point. Than he started raising voice and manager was called. The manager tried to calm him down but the person didn't . Later the manager said something wrong I.e. EITHER YOU CALM HIM DOWN OR I WILL HAVE TO SEND HIM OUT.
Although the problem was from my colleague but he wasn't entirely wrong and the words of this inhospitality is not expected from a 5 star hotel. A nice word would have been: YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CALM HIM DOWN OR I WILL HAVE TO REQUEST HIM TO LEAVE.

Have been there for swimming. Was an excursion from "Mein Schiff 3". Unfortunately were directly on the beach no beach chairs free.

We cane here for the price. That's all the place has. They treat customer like thieves
You go to the beach u need a card for the towel u list a towel 50 dhs u pay them.
Italian food restaurant is not good. Even a margarita they can't get right.
Overall cheap experience. We saved money but that's all. On the plus side the beach was amazing ckwan even cool .pool is big . Staff try to help over come the chalkechal.

This is a very good resort beach, it's located at a very strategic place, the private beach is big with plenty of chairs, they also provide scheduled activities at the beach, the facilities are good, the outdoor swimming pool is beautiful, in addition to their Health Club, although there are some equipment messing in the gym, overall the gym is fine. The food at dinner was not up to my expectations for such a luxury resort, the resort then provided us with steak and grilled shrimps from the menu to our room, which was much better than the meat available at dinner. Breakfast is good, nice variety. The reception and service was very good, and hospitable. Another comment is the wifi, it's not that stable or fast and disconnect sometimes, in addition to the reception, sometimes it's weak. Overall, it's a beautiful place, I recommend it.

The hotel is very pleasant. Especially for the elderly, as well as families with small children. From the buffet we were easily disappointed. The menu composition was varied, unfortunately the execution left much to be desired. The beef was very tough most of the time. The vegetables on offer were boring and bland. The extraordinary good and friendly service staff made up for it. The cheerful employees of the entertainment team were also fun. To escape the European November it is worth flying here.

This Resort is one of the Best in the United Arab Emirates. as soon as we got off from our Vehicle at the Resort Entrance we were welcomed by the staff with a huge smile with so much care and affection. Specially Mr. Sunday who remembered my name and the guys who check the Body temperature as well.
The staff at the Check in Counter was very Professional and very Efficient . they kept on working with a smile and the Guy who took us around to show our Rooms was exceptional .
The Rooms are Big and comfortable all required items.
The Restaurant staff is the Best . They always serve you with a smile . I need to specially mention few Names that is Momen , Oshan at the Main Restaurant as Mashudhan , Jane & the 2 Filipino Girls at the Bahri Beach Restaurant as well as the Guys & Girls at the Italian Restaurant .

Director of Culinary Chef K.A. Chandana Prasad has a is supported by a very Professional team of Chef & Kitchen staff at each restaurant Specially with Executive Sous Chef Nishantha , Chef Shakthi at the Bahri Restaurant and the other Chefs who provided us with Mouth Watering Dishes.

I highly Recommend this Resort to anyone who wants to go on business or Leisure as the pool is so clean & huge to Relax as well as a Beautiful & a Clean Beach with very observant life Guards available from Morning 07.00 Am to 19.00 in the evening .

The hotel is in the Moroccan style. Beautiful, comfortable. Every day they cleaned, the food was varied, meat and meat were tasty. But the fitness room was terrible, the equipment was obsolete, some of it didn t work. The staff was rude, always gloomy and angry. There was a residue from them. The hotel is far from populated by a point. For certain activities, a free bus from the hotel rides. You have to scribble in advance. There may be high waves in the ocean, it s impossible to go straight in. But when it subsides, it's a miracle. Flocks of small fish play directly on the surface of the ocean ....

Stayed a 2 enjoyable days it was nice. Rooms are clean service and staff are perfect 3 swimming pools. Multiple restaurants and coffee shops. Beach and bar. Kids day care area. Gym jacuzzi sauna

The most beautiful hotel I have ever been to. Clean, cozy rooms, a well maintained facility that is constantly being worked on to keep them in good condition, great planting, great drinks and phenomenal food as well as the most gigantic staff I have ever encountered. Everyone friendly and attentive, really everyone always polite and honestly interested in a and you just realize that they like to do their work from the heart, with passion and passion. Thank you for two wonderful weeks that I will never forget in my life

Not sure how they are during normal season, but they do not adhere to social distancing during COVID19 and management is very poor, perhaps the worst I have experienced in the UAE:
A group of us went to a dive center that is located at the hotel. The practice of the dive was in the hotel pool. Once the dive ended, we all went to the pool area to order food, drinks, etc. We informed the waiter that we did not have a room number and we were paying cash, and he said it was fine. Then the towel service staff said if we do not have a room, we cant sit at the pool. After some discussion, we decided fine, we will leave if they are asking us to leave. Before we leave the kitchen staff tell us we have to pay before we leave even though our food was not even ready and we ordered 5 mins ago. Imagine, they tell us we cant use their facilities but we also have to pay for the food when it hasn't arrived or made ready yet.
THE WORST PART of the experience is, Aqbar, one of their employees follows us to our car before we are driving away and is talking to my wife right to her face and not at all keeping social distancing. You have to, by law, adhere to 2 meters of social distancing and even if there was no social distancing, it is not common etiquette to follow people into the parking lot at 45 degrees after the matter is already discussed. We went to the InterContinental just down the road to have dinner. Much better hotel, better service, and you won't run into these problems.

"The room's view of the sea directly, especially Room No. 2363 was distinct and very close to the sea. The swimming pools are large and have a shaded part. There is an indoor swimming pool and the staff were helpful and cheerful. The gym is large and the equipment is varied"

"The reception was unexpected. Check-in procedures did not exceed 15 minutes. Welcome from all the staff in the hotel. Everyone was cheerful and smiling, providing assistance. The schedule of activities and events was arranged and catered to all age groups. Yoga, Zumba and other activities, the breakfast varied. I liked it."

Very nice top game hotel, located on the waterfront upstream of a pretty mountain range.
The decor is beautiful and the service at the height of a 5-star hotel.
The kappa club team is present and makes the place even more welcoming.

Well. Unfortunately, no 5 star hotel. Service is not friendly, clean well-kept area. Breakfast and buffet for lunch and dinner perfect. Operations very stressed and unfriendly

Good service, beautiful place and great staff. It was a surprise when they brought me a cake for my birthday! That was so nice!

A really pleasant experience. First thing, everyone is really nice here. If you need ANYTHING, just talk to any of the staff members and they will do everything they can to help you. All the food is good, there is a lot to choose from and every day has different food. The pool is like 5m from your room and the beach is 15m. So it's super convenient. Rooms are nice and cleaned every day. Just perfect.

Fantastic couple break
I have visited Miramae Al Aqah with my wife. Upon arrival the hotel was crowded and the reception was busy, we waited almost an hour waiting for our room to be ready. unfortianatly it wasn't like how I asked for and when I complained about it, I've been told because there more no more available rooms as I requested for.
When I spoke to the manager he were very helpful and friendly to upgrade our room to suite with a late check-out. honestly I haven't seen a bigger suite in all of my life.
The hotel is clean, stuff were friendly and we loved swimming pool and the beach.
breakfast was delicious, amazing and full of choices.
I'll definitly come back there again.

Just come back from a week in the Miramar. Staff are amazing, food is great and we had a thoroughly relaxing experience.

Very good and luxury hotel. Rooms are like separate houses, this make the living very comfortable. Clean and tidy rooms, great service, there are valets here. Hotel staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Gardeners keep the grass and bushes in order.

Good five. Not premium, but food is normal, drinks differ for the better from hotels of the same level in Turkey and Egypt. Those who are accustomed to lobsters and chocolates to bed can leave unsatisfied. Nice, big sandy beach. The staff works professionally. Very pleased with the animation, in this hotel it is, which is pleasantly unobtrusive. Girls from the children's club are also very clever. Language: Russian, English, a bit of Ukrainian and German. The hotel is perfect for couples with young children. Actually the main contingent: couples with children and pensioners))) Twice a week a bus goes to Dubai, but on Thursday you can get into a specific traffic jam on the way back. You can visit the spa and take a course of massage. In general, the impressions are pleasant. For a lazy vacation (with children) what you need.

Had an overnight stay at the hotel! I have to say that from the moment we entered the hotel the staff was already very accommodating! Mr. Habeeb greeted us with a very warm welcome and helped us with our luggage. The hotel reception was very nice as well and we were given a room very quickly despite having an advanced booking. We didn t have to wait for so long unlike the previous hotel in Ajman where we stayed. The hotel ambience was very peaceful and pleasant. The room we had was very clean and had an amazing pool view. The pool was clean and not crowded, and was easily accessible. The staff from the guy giving the towels Mr. Edmond to the bartenders Paul, Michael and Mohd. was very polite, helpful and friendly. The beach was also gorgeous. All the staff despite of the pandemic was practicing proper protocols and was all seen wearing protective masks at all times. Breakfast was fantastic since you didn t have to touch anything since it is being served to you from the counters. I have visited a lot of hotels but I can say that this hotel is the best I have been to regarding overall experience and customer satisfaction. Great job guys keep it up. I hope to be back in the future.

A place to laze and relax sea u pool super staff very very nice

Beautiful, elegant, very friendly and helpful staff.

It was just a dream vacation to relax ... were there for 14 days and haven't regretted anything ... ok at the beginning we had half board, which we then quickly changed to ultra ... have absolutely nothing to complain about, next Year back straight away ... the animation team is just awesome :) and the food, a dream .... except for dessert, they can still try a bit ...

I recommend the hotel to everyone ... we count the days until we fly back
