Not transferable. All at the highest level. As always in the UAE. I recommend to everyone.

Good Hotel with excellent staff and well integrated into the surrounding environment. We had a great time with our children. There are 4 restaurants inside to choose from, including the Italian restaurant and the sensasia restaurant that are really fantastic.
Not brand new rooms but nothing to complain about.

Excellent hotel and all nautical events are available except Jetki.
They have a diving club in which you can train for an hour to an hour and a half, then go for a diving trip with professional trainers for an hour (I recommend it to do a new experience)
Room services are excellent
Suitable for youth tourism

The hotel is clean with a nice view over the mountain. The pool is also super nice. Their staff is really really friendly and helpful. I just mentioned that we are celebrating a birthday in the comments while booking and they served us a complementary massive birthday cake (it was a tasty one!). We had an awesome time and I would definitely recommend it.

Just here and satisfied. Hotel is in good condition, rooms are also top, have no. 2307 with a view of the mountains and laterally part of the sea. Big, spacious, clean, 2nd floor, completely ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach is awesome, could be cleaned a bit more but acceptable, Liveguard's are always there. Pool area also very large and is cleaned every day. Beach chairs are actually in sufficient numbers, if not on the beach then by the pool. It looks very inviting. The food is also great, with changing themes every night. Very tasty and something for everyone. You can also choose from 2 a la carte restaurants in the area. Which is not all that great, wifi very weak in the room but acceptable and in the lobby (although "shared") can be smoked. For an area where you want to meet or use WiFi I feel that as disturbing. And another environmental aspect: drinks, whether soft or beer, are almost always served or tapped from cans. Becks beer from Germany! Maybe you should find a brewer who is closer to the emirates! Also, the paper economy regarding beverage bill in All is a little annoying. But still very nice facility, definitely a recommendation.

This is a place only for Russian tourists. Most of the staff speaks Russian even if you start speaking English with them. There is no evening entertainments as it is advertised, just one belly dance and a singer on the terrace with 5 Russian songs per evening. Moreover the meals are poor, the same food every day, no seafood or fish for exapmle. This hotel is isolated from other places, around it there is a small supermarket and a mosque. If you want to eat out it is impossible, as the nearest restaurant is at least 40 km away. On the other hand this place has a perfect ocean beach and view.

Hotel facilities is perfect. Spa as well.
Check in was fast and the check out.

Hotel policy prevents to get food from outside source and they didn t mention it to me in the check in.

The check in lady was rude and she just give us the information in a paper with no explaining.

Breakfast was excellent and the room furniture was acceptable.

I advise hotel management to give more customer service courses to their employees.

Wonderful location between the sea and the mountains

A beautiful property, not too big and built in the local style. We were here in late September, it is a bit warmer. But from October it should be nice. The complex is very nice, you will find your way around quickly. Wellness, fitness and fun are all there. There are also shops, the pool is big enough and the beach is only a few meters. But the snorkeling is not suitable, but there is a small island on the right, where snorkeling is fun. The restaurants are ok and the bars are not bad either. You can spend a nice relaxing holiday here.

Beautiful and very well-kept area. All inclusive recommendable as there is not really much around it. Otherwise prices humane and completely ok for this category.

No entertainment. A place for retirees and children

Everything would be perfectly fine if it weren t for such an attack as the Egyptian males running along the beach and, on a commission basis, imposing spa services in an aggressive manner Well, it s not solid, at least!

Cocktails on the beach - a rare muck!

The beach itself is noticeably prettier: they look after them, and, thanks, they don t drive them from the waves. Problem: the only shower and an always clogged drain from the trough for washing off the sand from the feet, which could be used more.

Breakfast / dinner is satisfying, tasty, but rustic.

Located on the east coast of the UAE in Fujairah, the smallest of the Emirates. The Indian Ocean is just great! Would recommend this hotel to everyone!

While all like it. Today was the second day of being here. Cozy, calm, beautiful sea, beautiful grounds, friendly, courteous and hospitable staff. May 1 rest in the hotel is over. The opinion has not changed, the hotel is good, the food corresponds to the money, the beach is gorgeous (the whole family saw a turtle, squids and other marine life whose name we do not know). Jellyfish almost was not, probably lucky, only once did not strongly bitten his wife. There are a couple of notes: weak wifi with low bandwidth channels, also not secure. Request to the hotel: work on these issues, otherwise I could not even properly work in my banking applications. In addition, hotel tenants are annoyed, offering non-quality services in a highly intrusive form that does not correspond to the status of a 5-star hotel (Cleopatra beauty salon).

I had a great time!! Even during the coronavirus the staff is upbeat and kind. The rooms are clean as well.

Also if you see the waiter on the beach (Ahmed) tell him he s really cool and nice.

A hotel for families, I would not say that it is focused on guests.
For young people, it s definitely boring, as it were: it s all inclusive, and a disco bar, and a hookah, but you can t take a hookah to a disco, it is in another zone and closes early, a disco bar for extra. board, no animation.

Great place to stay. Super nice pool and beach. And the best diving center in Fujairah. They have a lot of different restaurants and the food is great.

Every time we stayed in this hotel we enjoyed the place the food the service and the must is all staff that are just top amazing always smiling and welcoming ! heads up to Lana , Sunday, and all the rest sorry I didn t keep their names !! See you again soon !!

The hotel deserves five stars. The rooms are spacious and nicely furnished. The hotel is right on the beach and has its own guarded area. The food is delicious, every day there is something different (every day is a different day, e.g. American, French, etc.). The service is very nice although often speaks Russian (a lot of Russians here). The only downside is all included, which hardly gives, e.g. ice cream is paid, snacks also, the only thing that is not paid is drinking (although not every type) and the tennis court was supposed to be free and you had to pay extra for rackets and balls.

Nice hotel food very good the staff was super friendly

This is a very average hotel. It needs to be compared to hotels in its vicinity and I think it is an OKAY hotel compared to a more well known chain like the Rotana or Radisson which would be better in my opinion but they are not as cheap. The check in was not great, I arrived at 2pm and the lobby was full and I mean full of people waiting to check in, they asked us to sit down in the cafe area and they would come and check us in. With no ticketing system and people sat everywhere it was not an ideal solution and it took a while to get us checked in so first impressions were not great. Our room was not ready so we changed in the lobby bathroom and went straight to the swimming pool. They ran out of towels, that's right the pool attendant said they had too many guests and were waiting on towels from the laundry which would arrive in 20min, we carried on walking to the beach and there were plenty of towels there, I don't know why they didn't distribute them more evenly across the hotel. The beach was great, nice waves lots of space to walk. We dinned that night at the sensasia restaurant which was a bit pricey but good food, I would deff recommend it over the buffet dinner. The next morning breakfast was a big buffet it had enough of a variety but nothing to rave about just a standard hotel breakfast buffet. In summary a very average hotel which is cheaper then the nearby well established brands. One thing worth mentioning is that it is easy to access snoopy island from the hotel a short walk and then a swim and that the scuba diving centre is very good.

Food: A large and delicious assortment of food.
We took the type of food BB - breakfast (buffet) was enough for us!
Amulet, fried eggs, boiled eggs, dairy cereals, breakfast cereal, beans, stewed mushrooms, bacon, sausages, a variety of cheeses including blue cheese, greens, vegetables, red fish, a wide range of pastries, freshly squeezed juices and drinks, teas and delicious coffee. Tables are quickly served and cleaned.
I recommend booking for breakfast + dinner and more!
Rooms: clean, comfortable, we had room 2350 on the third floor overlooking the pool, tea set for free, minibar for an additional fee (space prices), there is an ironing board and an iron, water is replenished in the room daily.
Beach: very beautiful - in palm trees, a wide beach strip, good sunset, the water is clear and the bottom is visible.
Staff: all are smiling, friendly, there is a Russian-speaking representative. At the reception, the girl Alena is a smart girl. By the way, tips in the room were not taken.
Contingent: 30% Ukraine, 20% Russians, 40% Europe, 10% local.
Entertainment: hotel relax!
For children there is a playground and a mini club.
For adults: a jacuzzi (separate room for men and for women!) - Free, there a sauna and a steam room - free of charge, a gym - Free of charge.
Outside the hotel, if you go out and go right (towards the Fujairah Rotan hotel), opposite this hotel there will be a cool fish restaurant SIAFOOD "Estacosa". 2 portions of seafood soup and sea bass (whole) went to 119 dirhams.
If you leave the hotel and go left - literally 5-7 minutes walk will be at a mini-shop (very low prices) and a burger shop (very tasty, as for me, tastier than McDonald's) 2 Bergera + 2 fries and 2 coffee left for 18 dirhams !!!

I RECOMMEND for a family vacation and for those who want relaxation and silence.

Sweet and beautiful and a good treatment, but not the best

We just stayed only one night, but it was such an wonderful experience. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Always friendly and courteous staff. Property is well maintained and ideal for families. If you like swimming in the sea should not choose this hotel. Pool is top. Always staff nearby. Quality of the food is impressive. Animation top !! We have been traveling as a small family and like to come back.

An integrated hotel and resort with direct sea view

Service at this hotel is exceptional. Sunday was there to greet us as we arrived, very warm and welcoming, and a huge help throughout the stay. We were charged extra for the tea and coffee we ordered to our room in the morning which i thought was not great, if it wasnt included in breakfast they should have let us know. But the primary reason for the stay at Miramar was the Diving, and Divers Down were absolutely incredible, definitely a highlight. Thanks to Hannah, Sybil, Sammie, Krystable our boat captain, you guys all made the trip unforgettable!

1/5 star is actually too much. There is no customer orientation here. Night manager extremely unfriendly. Breakfast every day without variation. Animation in Russian. 95% guests Russians. Hotel in need of renovation. Staff very friendly. Very noisy there direct construction site. Jellyfish in the sea. Attention regarding shuttle to Dubai. The detailed report will follow in the coming week. Hotel in the middle of nowhere, so no possibility to do anything. Wellness area is extremely outdated and unsanitary. Plaster comes from the walls everywhere. Rooms are big and clean. Nice beach, this is well maintained.

I liked the hotel very much, but the only and very big minus is that there is a little dirty in the places, a large number of staff in this hotel, especially those girls who work at the reception, just cause disgust, make such a disgruntled person as if you came to their home without an invitation. We need to learn to smile at people, yet they work in the service sector.

Nice and quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Well suited to relax as there is almost nothing going on in the area.
The food at the buffet during our stay was very spartan and repeated every day. We dodged on the two specialty restaurants the Italian and the beach bar with your steakhouse similar offer. The pool and pool bar were ok and there was plenty of lounge chairs there and also on the beach.

Excellent hotel! Chic spacious rooms. Very tasty food, they took only breakfast and dinner, ate in the main restaurant. For 10 never tired! Seafood or fish every day! Children's and adult animation at a very high level! Thank you guys! (Sasha, Sasha, Regina, Bibi, Ksyusha) The children's room is cool and roomy, well equipped. For children, a lot of activities and crafts, and pastries !, and English, more children are taken away for animators for lunch! We had a great rest! Loved the massage in the spa. All the hotel staff are real professionals from all over the world who want to make your vacation unforgettable! The hotel s real cleanliness, everyone is washed with soap every day! The pool is simply gorgeous, it does not stink, it is very clean and comfortable) Now, about the ocean: of course, the sea is cleaner and more beautiful in Egypt .., but we also like swimming here, there were also divorces, but it's not scary, take a mattress and swim in depth, there is always cleaner) UAE is a safe country, there are no problems with crime. Beautifully located hotel. Amazing staff. Very good Italian restaurant for lunch or dinner. Beach surrounded by palm trees. Highly recommend.

Beautiful mountains obscure my view from the window, Water in the sea at only 26C, you can eat, drink and rest non-stop ... A normal nightmare :-)

A cozy hotel on the shore of the Gulf of Oman. Located away from the bustle of the city. Mild and dry climate, sandy beach and clear sea water. Outdoor and indoor fresh water pools. And on the beach and by the pool there is always a sufficient number of sunbeds. The cuisine of the restaurants is not very diverse, but there is always plenty of it, and most importantly, delicious. It would be desirable to diversify the fruit assortment. This is an annoying minus. I also did not like the quality of service from the waiters. Tea, coffee and water, after ordering you have to wait a long time, and sometimes remind you of your order. But the rest - everything is wonderful. Cozy rooms with Wi - Fi, TV and a safe, comfortable beds and a toilet. The rooms offer views of both the indoor pool and the sea and mountains. A lot of greenery, despite the fact that it is a desert region. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. There are Russian-speaking staff in the restaurant and at the reception. Animation is also at a high level. Pleased with the presence of a sauna and gym. You can play table tennis, water and beach volleyball, rent a kayak or diving equipment. If the hotel s administration positions this hotel as a five-star hotel, then I will most likely agree with this.

Great holiday if you just want to bathe and sunbathe. There are nothing to see in the neighborhood, just two more hotels. Accommodation and food delicious. Beautifully large pool with water cooler than the sea. Beach clean, gradual entry into the sea. Stay 4.-11.9.2017

it's too small hotel ,and it has the smallest beach on all al aqa, beside that the staff and management of the hotel are the worth ever staff I have met,specially the reception staff which have kept us for more than 2 hours for checkin .

Very elegant hotel in a beautiful complex. Anyone looking for peace and relaxation is right here. Ideally suited for a beach holiday and relax. Approx. 2 hours from Dubai. Very tasty food. Pool and beach in top condition. Sufficiently large family rooms. Attention, the cots are not suitable for people over 1.7m. Anytime again.
