Miramar Al Aqah Beach Resort Reviews

AC broken. Front desk hard to reach and when I finally got a hold of them they sent their 'engineer'. He assured me it was fixed and would cool down soon. 2 am and the AC is still not cooling properly and I have to wake up at 6! The only thing they keep offering me is to send their 'engineer' again or to switch to another room but I would have to pack all my things first (again, it's 2 am)! At $350/night all I want is to be able to get some sleep but they can't help.
Service is terrible

A quiet place in the Coffee Out Dor is very nice. I recommend that everyone who visits Dibba visit this place and enjoy the atmosphere

Amazing location, great food. Astonishing view. No matter what time of the day you come at, you will find various choices of activities, food, and drinks and all of them are really good.

Place highly recommended if you are desiring a quality time and an amazing experience and for your you will not regret it

The food was terrible...everytime I visit Miramar, it seems to get better at cutting corners and quality...lol

Greeted by Mr. Sunday , his booming cheerful voice still resounds in my ear. The staff were at their cheerful best with Christmas round the corner. The lobby doesn't give away the splendour that lies within. A short walk and we were mesmerised by the luxurious traditional look. The rooms were so comfy but we had to drag ourselves out to catch a view of the sunset . One shouldnt miss it (considering it was back to work for me the next day). Splendid location and views to warm the soul. Dinner was a fairly decent spread with all kinds of cuisines followed by a belly dance . Must visit again!!!!!

Nice pool and beach but their restaurant service is probably the most expensive in the UAE.
17 AED for a small water bottle is not acceptable!

The rooms are superb. Kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Both areas were secured and monitored by life guards. The staff are so friendly and their hospitality is 5 Star. Good varieties of food. Many activities are available for family. Would have loved to visit the spa if time would have permitted.

Best hotel ever. Extremely good gym, spa and huge pool. but there is a major flaw. The ocean has tar inside it but that isn't the hotel's fault. Overall, wonderful place.

I cant stress how good this hotel is. I have stayed in some of the best hotels in the world and the service @ this is up there.

- Great resort for both families and couples
- Rooms are spacious and exactly what you need
- Food @ all restaurants are great, Italian is decent & also restaurant on the beach is mega
- Breakfast is very good - staff are 12/10 5*
- Beach is beautiful
- Pool is huge (only small downside was the music was pumping a party vibe most of the day Thursday which is great if you want a lively atmosphere, Friday and Saturday was much quieter)
- Surrounding areas are all good and ground well maintained.
- I liked the fact that the chefs, cleaners and even other staff would smile and say hello when walking past etc - goes a long way
- Myself and wife was both made very comfortable
- Really was very impressed and gutted to drive back to Dubai
- Value for money was very very good
- We will be back and do not need to try any other hotels in Fujairah as this for us was great.

We went to celebrate my birthday for 2 nights last weekend. We called to book and avoided booking.com due to hearing they was doing some great direct deals and they really did live up to it. We checked in Thursday morning and our room was ready when we arrived around 11. All of the staff are very happy to work here which gives a strong impression. The staff are passionate, professional and go over and beyond to make you happy. Our room was upgraded and had sea view, room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large and marble throughout. We will be back.

A good resort for families and friends, try to avoid weekends as it's very crowded, you will enjoy it more in weekdays, good service and helpful staff.

They have improved in terms of their staff interaction n friendful level.

Very nice place to spend ur time with ur kids specially the kids pool and the kids club, they have lots of activities for kids ending with a movie night front of big screen, the food was delicious.

Nice hotel with nice views, there is a small mountain beside it that is great to go up to hiking or with a proper four wheel drive , the weather is amazing in winter , and along the road there is alot of places to visit and nice valleys to hike to.

Nice place for the relaxing. I only visited for the beach access that was good experience otherwise i don't know about staying there experience thats y i m giving 3 stars. Wanted to do Boat cruise with the family but its rates were very high

The place is very nice put the service very bad,

1) They park the car in the sun and they park it in naro place and get scratch easily.

2) They take a long time to fix any problem in the room.

The hotel has very nice design inside and outside put the problem is from the management.

I'll never ever came back to this hotel again.

Miramar is a jewel, perfect hotel. Home to the height, attentive staff pleasant helpful and friendly. Without talking about the beautiful surroundings is unique. Do not wait go there. Cleanliness 10 out of 10 Miramar just a little be generous with the bottles of water

Fully satisfied, CK Fischer has to do more to promote and present this place. I recommend all inclusive

We were pleasantly welcomed by the staff there and upgraded to a partial seaview room. The check-in didn't take long.

However, the partial seaview room also had partial construction site view and a diver's changing room right below the balcony which was not something we expected. Our baby was in love with the bed and the new room so we didn't bother asking for a change.

We loved the miramar special breakfast on the first day and they sent a separate bowl of cucumbers for baby complementary but on the second day the continental breakfast was less in quantity as they didn't take our order properly.

The food and staff at majlis restaurant are pretty good. The live music adds to the charm of the place. But we had a bad experience at the grill as the mixed platter was charged 270aed and there was hardly anything worth it. Not to forget flies and cats kept bothering us on the beach.

It's a good place for diving and water sports though.

We stay at the Intercontinental Fujairah and wanted to visit the three neighboring hotels. After a warm welcome at Le Meridien in Fujairah Rotana Resort and. Access to the Iberotel Miramar Al Aqah was refused by the reception. We are not close to returning.

Beach facing hotel with all amenities, and a fabulous place for being with family. Was Quite expensive for a night stay.

Very picturesque, in the Arab style, a pleasant hotel. Nice beach, friendly staff, excellent international cuisine. An ideal place for a family holiday.

My stay here was wonderful. It all started with an incredible smile from Sunday when I drove in. The complex is quite well manicured and maintained. The animation team was very engaging and a lot of fun.

The hotel is expensive, I will say right away, but it's worth it, no one crawls to you, you calmly rest, the territory is cozy, clean and comfortable, the staff is polite and responsive, there are swimming pools, a beach, and other hotel services, everywhere there is Wi-Fi, car rental and water technology, there are places for recreation for children too, the kitchen is very good, the place and views are only a plus

Everything in it is an artist, except the Russian employees Madry Shaw, their origin, frankly raising their fears.

This beach resort is very good place to escape from city hustle and bustle. Nice soothing and relaxing place , nice pool for kids and adults, easy access to beach , very good Sandy beach .Landscaping is well maintained and lush green. Resort organises activities for adults and kids, breakfast was very tasty. Great place to stay with family and friends along with kids

I booked for two nights, they gave me a rate and changed it after the first day without notice.
Don't recommend this hotel as you cannot trust them.

Hotel for gruff and dour Russians. Lots of noise at the pool.

Good afternoon rest today 28.07.2019 year in the room in the bed crawling cockroaches, arrived at the hotel about goals 07.27.2019 at 10.00 hours local time, we have provided a room only at 13.00 hours local time, we came with the kids, we do not go no water not provided at we took the room all inclusive, we only food given at 14.30 pm local time, and we fly, we fly to 05/08/2019, at 02.30 pm local time with our numbers being kicked 04/08/2019 at 12,000 hours of local time and, therefore, food and drinks are not provided also with us they took a tour. Agents "Zholymbet" refer to the hotel that the transfer is worth paying and took 380 $ from us

This place is terrible I reccomend for you to not go here firs of all each water costs 20 aed and for one night they charge me 800 aed for normal small water!

Great Resort better than the Meridian. I stayed there last time and it was too commercial.
This place is a true resort feel and great. Nice rooms and facilities are amazing.
Love the Spa setup and indoor pool too.

Excellent hotel for a comfortable stay with family and child!

Based on guest experience you would mistake this hotel for an ultra lux resort if you disregard the slightly outdated decor. To my ultimate surprise upon arrival Mr. Sunday greeted me by name ( i still don't know how he was expecting me ) bypassing traditional check in, Mr. Naresh arranged our rooms in a matter of minutes. The ultimate luxury was to meet Mr. Ashraf, the hotel's General manager. To call this man a gentleman is an understatement, if not the most finesse in the industry ( keep in mind that most GM's arent on duty during public holidays so that was already a step above the rest). Room sanitation was upheld by the same housekeeper daily, Zikru. Please have a beautiful dinner experience on the beach ( literally ) and ask for Anurag who will serve you to perfection. Upon leaving please dont forget to tip Shehab the valetman as i have nevet met a more caring car attendant. Oh and you will see fish close to the shore and snorkelling is an experience nearby.

The resort is a high standard of sophistication and beauty

I'm a regular customer to this resort for the restaurants and the hotel, this place has nice facilities and the location is perfect like 10 minutes away from my home, unfortunately the service is rubbish and getting worse and worse every time from the from the reception to the room service.

If there is a zero star I would have gone for it.
