The area of the hotel is very good, the beach is wide, the water in the ocean is cool even in season. The rooms seemed uncomfortable to me - a very old badly working hairdryer, no iron, the sink was filled all the time, because the drain did not work.
We were at the Miramar Hotel in January 2020. I liked everything: hotel, sea, pool, food. The staff is excellent, they respond quickly to all requests, help to understand issues. They speak English, Russian.
Stayed here for couple of times. A decent place away from the crowd, laidback vibe, packed with russian tourists.

Top, better it is not really. The staff is not to be exceeded in friendliness. The service is outstanding and you will not be annoyed, with regard to entertainment etc. The decor is well-kept and for my taste noble and has something to offer for everyone.
Rested for 10 days on the ultra system. I liked everything very much. There are small flaws, such as blinds stained, but it is such a small thing! The staff is the best and most responsive for all my trips to different countries. All very attentive and friendly. There are Russian-speaking girls at the reception who are ready to help. Anastasia meeting in the restaurant I would like to particularly note. Umnichka! The guy is giving out towels on the main beach and suggesting orders there, so wonderful! Smiles, always cute, very nice! The guy at the entrance to the hotel in national dress is also a great smarty! In general, all the hotel staff want to say thank you for a fabulous vacation! The cleaning is good, the food is delicious, the animation is great! Everything is super!

Pumping music by the pool unbearable for families with children.
It could be a great place, but decided not to be. The pumping music by the pool is horrendous, therefore you won't be able to relax. Obviously they don't understand who their clientele is.
Pool full of children and families with babies and the music was pumping way above the approved sound level suitable for children - I've run the test with sound meter.
The guy in charge of the music death to our complains and more so, disrespectful to all children and babies by the pool.
I spoke to guest experience manager Lana, who seemed like a nice girl, but nothing changed, despite her promise - not to mentioned that she didn't know what's the standard acceptable sound level for children and babies outdoors. Also, when asked, she didn't even check on that guy performance by the pool before. 'Great' guest experience approach by the management.
It's a shame because the rest of the staff is great and work really hard to make you feel welcome. Sadly they lost a group of what it could be returning guest. Fortunately for us, there are enough great hotels in the area we can go and relax for sure.
We came as a family here to this hotel for 1 week. Average hotel for a 5 star. Very off center of all the only thing to do is sunbathe or sleep. To visit nice places like Dubai 2 hour drive. For what is included at all the very long and slow service. They have alcohol restrictions so as soon as you ask for another drink right away you feel like you are asking for too much. The organization is particular every time you want to eat or drink you have to sign a paper indicating the number of your room is it really necessary when taking an all inclusive plan? Employees don't always smile. Not good cocktails and pretty good food. Please note that a restaurant is not all inclusive, even if you have the formula, you must add 50% from your pocket. When our departure is scheduled at 9 p.m. you have to leave the room at 12 p.m. you no longer have the right to have lunch and if you want to leave later at 6 p.m. you pay 350 aed more and at 9 p.m. 650aed ...

Quite an intimate hotel in total quietly. Eating good beach nice comfortable rooms clean.
if you guys have another place to stay, then dont stay in this hotel. heartless staff. doesnt even know how to handle the situation. as a customer service sometimes we need to extend our service and consideration to help people. "in every rules there is an exception" esp. if the situation is not that complicated. but in this hotel they judge you in your physical appearance.
Biggest mistake to vacation, or even make honeymoon. 1st day .... not recorded correctly. Separate beds and not everything. Just not recommended. Complaints do not interest sow. For the price and this kind of care and this and not as a honeymoon? I regret it right. 14th days .... to take was an additional mistake. I have made a lot of holiday trips .... but in this hotel, never ... never .... never .... again! People, for the price and the care, would rather go somewhere else, just not in this hotel. I read the reviews and am surprised. Apparently only I was not lucky. I and my daughter, 9 years old, are resting. The hotel is old and dirty. From the TV remote to the hair in the bathroom. Fuuuu. Towel only 2. Toiletries are also inadequate.
The food is monotonous, like in Egypt 4 stars. We have an ultra package with everything included: potatoes, pasta, rice. There are two types of meat. Fish 1 species. Few vegetables: greens, tomatoes and cucumbers. Fruit is only watermelon. Drinks must be ordered from the waiters and waited. There is no variety in baked goods either. The local alcohol is disgusting. Be sure to look at the receipts that are served to you in the restaurant for signature. There are times when they are confused. And if you sign, you have to pay. It is not a problem to feed children in the main restaurant. Kids love simple food .
If you have a package with breakfast, I do not know how the people solve this issue with food, because there are mountains and desert around the hotel. There are no cafes or shops.
Travel from a distant airport (there is a central one in Dubai, there is a long-distance one for charter) by group transfer through 4 hotels is really 3 or more hours. Not 2 as the guides say.

Dinners can be ordered without any problems in 4 restaurants for 24 with a choice of menus. All inclusive Asian. Grill. Italian. Fish. We tasted it. Tasty.
Lovely place. Very clean, spacious. Although the hotel itself is reasonably big, we didn't feel crowded, we have been always served with a detail and attention. Very nice children pool and amenities. Nice beach area. Good kids club. Great food. Will definitely come back.

A very well-kept and nice hotel. Absolutely the best and nicest staff we have met so far. Very obliging. The food is very good. The kitchen has been awarded many times. Very extensive buffet. Always different. Freshly squeezed juices. Delicious cake with great attention to detail. The pool area is cooled to 29 degrees. The paddling pool has a perceived 32 degrees. Many chairs. Towels are provided. The monitoring is carried out by 3 lifeguards. Who would like to go to the sea: separate area with lifeguard. Sandy beach with shower. The temperature is around 34 degrees in June. Be sure to take diving goggles with you. We were a week here for a beach holiday and have no regrets.

I love this hotel, honestly, I feel my second home and the vacation is excellent. The interview is a masterpiece, and the service is excellent. Honestly, I love it very much, and it is my best time to spend it.
Beautiful hotel in an amazing location, but the management attitude was poor in responding to my complaint of the curtains needing to the fixed. This was very inconvenient, having to wait for the work to be done as well as wasting the time I paid for to enjoy and relaxing myself.
He wasn t apologetic, and didn t respond in a professional way to the complaint.
Upon check out, the guest manager (Lana) was very unpleasant; ignoring me and my guest - while no compensation or apologies were made for the bad experience. The coffee shop and bar area has a flu problem, which disturbed us greatly.
My suggestion for this hotel s management for the future is to train your staff for better customer service, and to improve the maintenance of the hotel infrastructure to make guests have a pleasant stay.

A great staff from the reservation (Mrs Diana), to the room service. Our holidays started with the warm welcome from Sir Sunday which give us the feeling we are special guests! If need to take rest, enjoy time with family around nice place and great food, Miramar is the place to be! I especially recommend the Italian restaurant and the sea food grilled ..

The hotel is a gymnasium. For fun and families you find plenty of entertainment and relaxation. There are several cafeterias and restaurants in the area. Swimming pools cover a large area of the front of the hotel in a beautiful winding way.
It also has a very beautiful beach. The service is excellent. The building is huge and Andalusian style. It has a very special suites including swimming pool, sauna and massages.

Choose a better option in Al Aqqah to stay. Water on the beach is not provided for guests and shamefully being charged! Sunbeds are made of synthetic leather(?!)towel card system from early 90' s stlll practised here! Restaurants are not impressive either.

Very nice place, the sea is beautiful and the service is at the height. Food is delicious everywhere, mostly families rest: Russians, Ukrainians and Germans. I can name only a few minuses: very far from civilization, within walking distance only a seedy shop and fast food. And the prices are not quite adequate, as for me, if in the center of Rome or Paris lunch for two is $ 50-60, then in the local cafe it s all $ 90-100 But if you order pasta * in the number, then there are 20 bucks a portion (all very tasty )
super friendly staff, small and manageable Anlage.Man has only short distances from the room to the beach, restaurant and swimming pool. Too bad that it is about 2 hours drive to Dubai, and the excursions over the travel guide are expensive. The shuttle bus only 2 times a week and you have to make reservations and then lucky if you get a seat.
This hotel really has everything. Rest for those who want to relax, fun in the light version for the partygoers. Great ambience, in a picturesque bay. Price and performance balance each other. All in all, I really only recommend it, if you are not afraid of the 2 hour drive from Dubai.
Stayed there last July with the kids. Loved the view and location. Beach and swimming pool. Very nice lobby, and service. Buffet breakfast offers good variety of food. The kids club/area is a big plus. Staff are great. Would love to go back.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not come back as the administration was not sincere and uncooperative, especially the reception, so I advise against booking it and choosing other hotels. My experience was very bad and I will not book their mayors yet
Foods great and the ambience is nice but some of the restaurant staff is clueless. However everyone else make it a very welcoming place whether you are on a dive trip or just want to explore the UAE.
Our stay at Miramar was nothing but pleasant.
Room: we stayed in the family room, which is perfect for a family with 1-2 children. The room was very spacious and clean, the king size bed was really comfortable. All amenities such as a pot, hair dryer, flat screen TV set were available. We enjoyed the direct access from our ground floor room to a small garden in the back.
Free high-speed wifi (24 mbt/s) is available all over the hotel area.
Beach: wide and clean, with enough sun beds and shades for all guests. There is a diving club that also offers different kinds of water sport activities, including jet ski, para sailing, flyfish, banana ride etc.
Pool: very big and clean. Kids pool with a shade and a water slide attracted all kids.
Animation and entertainment: animation team organizes different kinds of activities throughout the day. At night, they run a kids disco and after that a dancing show for the parents. It was lovely to watch it after a glass of wine at the dinner. Also, live singing and belly dance is run in a hotel bar.
Food: was surprisingly well, even at the buffet restaurant. Bahari Bar and Italian cafe at the pool side served amazing lunches.
Staff was very welcoming and accommodating. All in all, our stay was very pleasant. We are definitely coming back, and highly recommend this hotel to all.
I can't describe in words what a pleasant experience I had in the past 5 visits. The staff is well behaved and helpful, they really try their best to be nice and put a smile on your face as well. The check-in experience is a bit crazy with the CoVid19 restrictions in place but still nothing major. Breakfast is OK and again, with proper virus protection in place. The place in general is spaced out properly and there is plenty of space for you to relax in a world where droplets are the new enemy.
The pool trainer and the pool DJ might both need to be enrolled to manner school but hey, we can't have it all. I enjoyed the stays and I definitely go back

I suggest choosing options with three meals with two you have to pay for drinks for dinner. Pepsi can 0.33 L = 25 Dircham. Quite expensive considering that Pepsi 2.5 L in the store at the roundabout is 8 Dirmach. There are no rental cars in the area. In order to rent a car in the Emirates, you need an international driving license to get up to 3 days before departure in the communication department. The nearest rental 45 km from the hotel in Fuiajrach. Taxi to Fuiajrach around 80 Dircham. In the hotel you can buy trips to Dubai, Abudabi, on safari, rent a motorboat or swim on banana, dive, etc. The hotel has a cigarette and alcohol but in a limited amount. The hotel can organize dinners on the beach, by candlelight or in the middle of a circle with candles. What to stand for. There are ladies who can organize everything at the right price.

Excellent location with service that represents the same. The beach and pool are well equipped to serve those lounging in the sun. The Bahari Bar offers oceanfront lunches and the pool is designed to offer poolside beverages and food. What s best is the service. The location is beachside, poolside so Miramar has you covered in comfort, but the ppl make the difference. I locked my keys in my Jeep, and Kaleem worked with me until my error was no longer a problem. He was patient and persistent that we d resolve the issue, and we did. A sincere Shukran to Kaleem, and Sadiq. Thank you! Because of you, I will always return. And the beach, pool, great service and food, and location.
Service, food, beach and grounds very good, very clean toilets etc. Negative, very high prices in the store and for excursions, water sports on the beach. Taxi ride to Dibba 115 Dirhan! There is a small supermarket about 950 meters away which is cheaper!

From the moment you arrive you will feel like royalty. If Sunday is on the premises be prepared to be welcomed like you have never been. The facility is very nice and the beach, pool and amenities are lovely. I recommend dives through the dive shop on site. Well priced, fun, and low key. Don't miss this quiet resort. This is our favourite place in the UAE so far. Staff are fabulous and SO personal, rooms and facilities are super-clean and well maintained, pool is spacious and beach really cool (it's usually quite wavey thought). Plus there is a dive shop on site. I find this place a great quality and value-for-money.

I love this place, nice rooms, amazing pool, delicious food and my favorite diving school is located here so makes it easier and nice to wake up go dive to stunning sites then go back and relax by the pool! the staff is so friendly and always willing to help. Overall its always a nice experience here

Everything great. Friendly staff. Buffet always delicious. Super spontaneous for surprises. My husband's birthday, they have AIF the fast made a small cake with candle and a table.
