I never heard of this company until they call me it was a blessing. The people were very professional and had a positive attitude. From start to finish their every step of the way. Great company

Spoke with William. I sent my application in and everything sounded great. Never heard back from him. Not professional to not respond to a potential client. After four emails asking if he was ok because recruiters usually are in contact with you I stopped and got nothing out of it other than not to use Arrow for anything or recommend them to anyone.

Applied here in early 2019. Went to the interview and was invited back for a job shadow. Was pulled into the office with Dan and he offered me the job. Was told to email HR to accept the position which I did. Then Dan calls me stating that he did not offer me the job. So know I'm confused. Dan stated he would give me a call in summer of 2019 when they are doing another hiring. Well it's almost the summer of 2020 and no call back. Absolutely no follow through with this company. They essentially wasted my time having me come in multiple times and then rescinded the job offer. Completely unprofessional.

A recruiter from this agency contacted me several times regarding a position for a local company. I wasn t really looking for a new position but agreed to have a conversation and a phone interview was scheduled. Eric did not tell me until an hour before the phone interview that it was actually a zoom call and that I would be meeting with several people versus the 1 person he had previously indicated. He had misrepresented the role when I spoke to him previously and he never sent me an actual job description other than a copy/paste. I met with the interviewers and found out the role was not what Eric had stated the role was and also found out that it was for a 3 month contract. When I contacted Eric and asked him if he was aware that it was only for a three month contract he indicated that he was not aware. I expressed my frustration over his lack of knowledge regarding the position and requirements. He said he would follow up on the contract terms and I never heard from him again. He lacks professionalism and wasted several hours of my time. I can t speak to the agency - but would not recommend working with Eric. He s unprofessional, lacks fundamental knowledge of the positions he s recruiting for, and is unresponsive.

These guys are awesome. Less than a month after contacting them, I was going on interviews for the type of job I was looking for. They help guide you and prep you for the interviews and give advice on resume updates.

Great company! My interview process was fast and I was well prepared thanks to them. They keep in constant contact with you, always there if you need them. My recruiter Sarah Rubino was the best! Very personable and professional. I would highly recommend this company! The benefits were great as well!

They have a nice building and are very eager to help you, but it doesn't seem like they have many good opportunities for engineers.

I started working for this company about two months ago. Since coming on board i have had nothing but good experiences. They found a job quickly during the Covid pandemic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new job opportunity
