My exprience at this hotel was a disaster. OVER PRICED and OVER-RATED!
1. Rude customer serivce
2. Hidden and decieving fees
3. Dirty and old rooms
4. Greedy and cheap hotel
5. Save you money and go across the street to Rotana and Raddison

I tried to speak to a manager at this sad place they call a resort, but the manager ignored!!
