Pumping music by the pool unbearable for families with children.

It could be a great place, but decided not to be. The pumping music by the pool is horrendous, therefore you won't be able to relax. Obviously they don't understand who their clientele is.
Pool full of children and families with babies and the music was pumping way above the approved sound level suitable for children - I've run the test with sound meter.
The guy in charge of the music death to our complains and more so, disrespectful to all children and babies by the pool.
I spoke to guest experience manager Lana, who seemed like a nice girl, but nothing changed, despite her promise - not to mentioned that she didn't know what's the standard acceptable sound level for children and babies outdoors. Also, when asked, she didn't even check on that guy performance by the pool before. 'Great' guest experience approach by the management.

It's a shame because the rest of the staff is great and work really hard to make you feel welcome. Sadly they lost a group of what it could be returning guest. Fortunately for us, there are enough great hotels in the area we can go and relax for sure.
