Beautiful hotel in an amazing location, but the management attitude was poor in responding to my complaint of the curtains needing to the fixed. This was very inconvenient, having to wait for the work to be done as well as wasting the time I paid for to enjoy and relaxing myself.
He wasn t apologetic, and didn t respond in a professional way to the complaint.
Upon check out, the guest manager (Lana) was very unpleasant; ignoring me and my guest - while no compensation or apologies were made for the bad experience. The coffee shop and bar area has a flu problem, which disturbed us greatly.
My suggestion for this hotel s management for the future is to train your staff for better customer service, and to improve the maintenance of the hotel infrastructure to make guests have a pleasant stay.
