What a great experience. They were so kind when I arrived at the wrong location. I made an appointment at the midtown location and didn t realize when I put the address in I was at the wrong one. No problem the staff was so kind and worked me right in. Great service and I tell everyone best pedicure ever.

This was my first trip to Millenium. When you walk in you immediately see how clean everything is! The staff is very friendly and they make you very comfortable. Even during the holiday rush and late in the day, my experience was the best pedicure I've ever had!

Vinh did an awesome job repairing my pink and white nails. It was a very enjoyable and relaxing experience.

I first encountered Millennium in midtown when girlfriends of mine treated me to a pedicure for my bachelorette party last spring. Recently, they opened one up right near my home. The ambiance and decor is modern and welcoming. I came back for my birthday last month to get a pedicure and a cute heart design to go along with Valentine s Day being the day after my birthday. I was first told the design would be done by a friendly nail artist, Shelby, but another lady stepped in. The design I was given was akin to something my daughter would have done when she was ten and learning how to paint nails. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I told the cashiers of my discontent. Shelby read my reaction during the pedicure and called me to offer her nail services for free so I would once again be a happy customer. I came back the next day and Shelby gave me the cutest design she came up with that aligned with my vision. Now I am back today and requested Shelby because of her outstanding service. I look forward to her doing another design later this week. If you want an amazing foot massage and love exceptionally done nails, ask for Shelby!

NO PLACE ELSE IN TOWN COMPARES. Millennium has the BEST atmosphere, the NICEST technicians, the most COMPETENT service providers, and is the best value for the $$$. I will not go anywhere else in Tallahassee. I get it all done here - my hair, manis, pedis, and will be booking a massage and Jane Iredale makeup consultation soon too. This is a lovely place and the owner, Tami, should be very proud of the business she has created and built. Quality shows.

I've experienced both the Kerry Forest and Midtown Millennium and have had amazing experiences at both. You CANNOT better, and longer lasting, mani or pedi anywhere else!

The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. The salon was very inviting and relaxing. I had a great experience. I had a spa pedicure with Tina and she went the full hour like I was promised. My toes looked great and she really took her time in massaging and prepping my feet. I can t wait to come back.

I came in today for a pedicure and was amazed at how clean and modern the salon is. I highly recommend Shelby, she took her time and did an excellent job!

The workers are extremely rude. Workers at front desk constantly rolled their eyes at me and judged.

My mother-in-law and I love this spa! We go here for all of our pampering needs!

Let's start out by saying I am fairly new to Tallahassee and really wanted to like this salon and give them my ongoing business. The atmosphere is lovely, and overall the staff does a good job. However, every time I called to make an appointment, I got a different technician. The first one, Troy, did a fantastic job on my spa pedicure. I called 3 weeks later, and he no longer worked there. They had some girl do my next one. Perhaps it would have been a better job if she wasn't on her cell phone half the time and constantly walking away with a dismissive, "I'll be right back." I know people have emergencies, but if this was the case (I don't believe it was), she should have gotten someone to take over. The third time I had the spa pedicure and shellac nails done, and Tony did a nice job, but it wasn't the best I ever had. When I called to make an appointment with him, I was told he did not work on the day I could be there, and they would have the "owner," Michael (I don't think he's the owner, as he was a tech at another salon I went to in Tampa just a year ago) do my pedicure and manicure. When I arrived, they told me Michael wanted someone else to "have the business." I was tired of being pawned off on the less talented staff. This place charges BIG BUCKS. I wanted to get the best. After the receptionist went back and forth 3 times to converse with Michael, The Great Oz, who for some reason wouldn't come out and talk with me directly, I was told MICHAEL DECIDED to assign me to someone else. I finally walked out. Michael came outside as I was leaving the parking lot and tapped on my car window. He claimed the receptionist told him things I never said. Miraculously, he had become available when there was a threat of them losing the $100 revenue. See ya!

Bottom line: You don't treat customers this way and expect to grow your business. I will tell every single person I know to stay away from this salon. There are FAR friendlier, less snooty places in town. Try them. This place takes themselves far too seriously. Their pedicure is great, but overpriced. Their manicure is standard stuff. There's no reason they should keep winning "Best of Tallahassee." I won't be back.

BTW, I had my hair highlighted and cut by one of their "senior" stylists (again - BIG BUCKS). It was AWFUL, and I had to cut all my hair OFF because the product the girl used BURNT my hair. She lightened it about 3 shades lighter than what I asked for. I asked for a "current, lively" style, and I left there looking like a dowager empress - old and frumpy. Worse color and cut I've ever had.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I had my second visit for a Millennium pedicure w sugar scrub with Leanne. She does a great job and the extra $$ for the upgraded service is worth every dime. Leanne really works on my callouses (they are awful!) and gives me a great massage.

Millennium on Kerry Forest, fabulous and professional spa/salon!!! The Techs there are always so friendly and helpful..........luv this place!!!

Love this place. The massage rooms are serene, not perfumey. Kayla is an excellent masseuse. The waiting area is very pleasant. The staff are friendly and efficient.

Really enjoyed our experience! Took my 11 year old son for their sports pedicure. They did a great job! And was happy with their COVID process (masks, temp checks, spacing and cleaning between clients). Ask for Pam or Tammy!

I had my very first facial on Sunday, with Karry. It was so amazing! She made me feel very relaxed and pampered, and the massage (included with a purifying facial) was such a pleasant surprise. I will definitely be seeing her again!

Overpriced. Nice atmosphere but not worth the money. My pedicure included a few lotions, buffing of feet, and a hot towel.... It was not any more extravagant than other nail salons in the area so I'm not sure why I had to pay $38... I'm sure there are plenty of customers with money that can keep this business successful but I will not return.

They took 4 of us last minute without rushing us thru. We all enjoyed our pedis. Beautiful inside, friendly and accommodating staff. If we lived in this area, we would definitely be back!

This is my first and absolute last time visiting this place. My regular nail technician at Happy Nails is on vacation so I stopped here after getting a smoothie next door at Tropical Smoothie. HUGE mistake, I asked for a fill and pedicure. My pedicure was rushed, and not only that but I felt offended because not only did she not take her time with me but another person painted my nails while she moved on to the next customer. I've been getting my nails done many years and never had that happen. Another woman did my fill in and again the job was rushed, she didn't file and shape the nails properly and the paint job is horribly sloppy. They look terrible. I didn't complain I just wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. I will never go there again and I cannot wait to see my regular technician.

Ashlee did my hair today. It was the best hair color job I have ever had!!! Very relaxing, beautiful spa with really good wine.

I love getting pedicures here! They give the best and longest foot rubs in town!

I have had Dede as my stylist for over 14 years. Love her sense of style and she always is up to date with her techniques, she always does a perfect job! . I always love my hair when I leave! Love Millennium's atmosphere. :)

The place itself is clean and well appointed. The 2 ladies who worked on my friend and I were very friendly and did a decent job. My friend experienced a problem - her nail polish would never dry. Hours later, it was still globby and peeling off. We called and sent a video of her nail polish peeling off. We did not have time to go back that day. My friend expected to be given a gift certificate to come back another time, but we were told that she could come back and get $10 off her next mani/pedi. I feel that was pretty lousy, considering we each spent over $70 that day. I dont know about her, but I personally will never return. Bad customer service.

I ve experienced both nail and hair services here. Both amazing. I get my hair done exclusively by Tatiana and she s great! Listens to my needs and either executes what I ask or gives me the honest truth of the situation. I highly recommend her. The spa pedicures are a must here. Great foot massage and you ll leave with amazing nails.

I've been coming here for hair services for years. The staff has always been super friendly, my hair stylist wonderfully nice, and I always leave looking 10 times better than I walked in. I can't believe some of the reviews on here. Seems pretty ridiculous to me....

I also got a massage here once which was INCREDIBLE. I felt so relaxed afterward and really needed that pick me up.

The salon was very clean and nicely lit with a good decor. The staff was extremely friendly and they did an amazing job!

Overall this is a great spa/salon. I have had many massages, mani/pedis and hairstyles. The only reason I would not give it 5 stars is that no one ever answers the phone when you call to make an appointment. You have to leave a message every time which I find quite annoying.

Worst manicure I have ever had. Took a very long time but how ever was VERY sloppy.

Awful experience. Water so hot I couldn't put my feet in, had it been possible I wouldve just bared it rather than complain but it was Excruciatingly hot. Then freezing cold when she rinsed. Sat down for manicure where she cut me in two separate places causing bleeding. She was very nice so I still didn't complain. She used an old nail polish that kept leaving behind strands in the polish and bristles all stuck together, took over thirty mins for her to do 2 coats on each hand then couldn't get the tips to shape properly due to the goopy polish. She had to call over another tech who told her she needed to remove all the polish and start over with a new bottle. My mother was waiting for me so at this point I said I'd rather just have them refund the manicure so I didn't have her waiting and they argued this until I insisted and they still did not refund the whole amount. I would've just focused on not wanting to have my mom sit and wait had they not complained about refunding a manicure I didn't get, once that happened I pointed out all the mistakes made where I still was not fully refunded though I know the manager knew I was right because he corrected the tech in front of me twice.

Very welcoming environment and friendly staff. Relaxing is easy here.

I absolutely loved my experience at Millennium with Miranda. I had sever anxiety going in due to a horrible experience elsewhere. Everyone was so nice and the salon was so clean. Miranda was extremely nice and professional she really eased my anxiety and the outcome was amazing. I couldn't be happier with my hair. I will never go anywhere else.

Suha made my Millennium experience amazing! She s fantastic at her work and I ve never been more pleased with my hair color or cut. Her attention to detail is impeccable and she knows how to work with curls like a pro. The front desk reception at the time of my service was rude and made me pay for my services while my hair was still in foils waiting on dye to work it s magic, but Suha s work saved it and makes me want to come back if she s doing my hair.

Called an hour and a half before I came in. Offered beverages promptly, wonderful customer service. And the pedicure was amazing!

I always enjoy pedicures at Millennium. They do a great job, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are clean. Plus, big glasses of wine for only $5!

I was visiting Tallahassee and went to Millennium on two separate days, once for a pedicure and once for a regular manicure. Both experiences were pleasant (especially the pedicure!). I called last minute for both appointments and was able to be accommodated quickly that evening for the pedicure, and for the manicure the following week I was able to book for the day after I called. There is a separate reception area that is very nice if you need to wait, or if someone needs to pass the time while waiting for a friend or family member having an appointment, they will be very comfortable sitting there. They offer free drinks for their customers (soda, coffee, etc.) and you can purchase a glass of wine as well. It is a spacious facility and nicer than any other places I have gone for my nails to be done. The employees were friendly and I was even greeted by name by one who wasn't doing my nails. I did have a bit of trouble finding it before I realized it is on the second level of the building.

Millenium is a combination of quality and friendly service. They will go the extra mile to make sure you have a great pampering experience. I would highly recommend the sugar scrub pedicure to anyone looking for a some "me" time.

My sister and I had full body massages with Jenna and Letitia. We both thought they were wonderful! The perfect amount of pressure: relaxing and therapeutic. I loved the use of essential oils. The room was comfortable and welcoming, and both therapists were friendly and professional. The entire spa was clean and gorgeous. It is the perfect place for a luxurious day!

I love the way Phillip gives pedicures.....he does a great job & always does this thing where he pops my toes....best feeling EVER!!! Oh, the atmosphere is so relaxing & it's very clean!!!! This is the only place that I frequent....

My moms favorite salon. Always gets her nails done here and treats me here to a mani and pedi whenever I come back home. She left her nail salon of 20 years to start coming here. She prefers the bannerman location, but I have been to midtown too, and it s just as nice. It is relaxing and they are pretty consistent in doing a great job in a mani and pedi at least!
