Great experience here today! Got in quickly, professional service and a great pre-prom experience for my daughter!

This was my third visit here and each time there has been a service issue. The latest was the nail tech told me that if I chose from a particular set of polish colors then the nail dip & pedicure would match. Well, they did not end up matching and her English was not strong enough for us to talk easily. When I was checking out at the front desk I said all this to the receptionist and she offered a "sorry" but no way to correct it while I was already there.

After my visit I received an email from the salon asking for feedback. I stated the same as above. They responded to the review to reiterate that dip colors do not match regular polish colors, but AGAIN that does not change the fact that I was misled before choosing the colors. They did not indicate in their response that they would work on better communication of this point.

The front desk knew what my appointment was for before they assigned me to a nail tech. I told them it was my first time getting a dip manicure and asked where I chose colors from. They told me the nail tech would help me with that. They certainly could have let me know about this fact before assigning me to a tech who they know is still learning to speak English.

In their response Millennium offered me to come back to correct it, but I live 30 mins away. There are much closer (and cheaper) nail salons to me that I will take a chance on from here on.

This is a beautiful location, but consistently disappointing service.

Their spa pedicure is amazing. They spend extra time on the massage which is always a plus!

Visiting from out of town the WORST experience ever. A lady did a horrible job with my mothers toes. Took her back instead of them apologizing they made excuses!!!! He finally agreed to fix them and had a attitude the entire time! Never again will we trust out of state salons.

Millenniums new spot at Bannerman Crossing is beautiful. It is elegant and makes you feel luxurious. I would recommend anyone to come here. It is absolutely the only place where I get my manis or pedis!!

I love Millennium. Ive been going here for the last 6 years and for the last 2 years moved out of Tallahassee and still make the drive out there, almost 55 minutes! I love Vihn and the rest of the staff is amazing. Super clean and great atmosphere. Ive also gotten my hair cut and eyebrows done there as well. Worth every penny!

I've loved it since you opened! Can't WAIT to return to your excellent services and friendly employees at Millennium !

The place looks great! Haven't been to the new one yet. They accommodated the entire bridal party and even family! Made up all extremely comfortable, got us in a timely manner, and staffed appropriately!!

Went here for a mani/pedi one day & then hair & makeup the next for a special event with a group of 4. The 3 star review is because we really received a mix of 2-5 star service. If you're a local & can find favorites for the services you want you'll do well here - they do have some good people for the services they offer.
I have no problem with being charged extra for a special event if we're treated like we're there for a special event but some members of our group were only begrudgingly offered water & had to wait a long time for it & some weren't offered anything at all during some of their services. Maybe I'm spoiled though because of I go in for a cut and color at my regular salon I'm offered a glass of wine & a refill without any hesitation.
I went in wanting to love this place & walked away thinking "meh".

I love getting my hair done by Emily! She does a wonderful shampoo and blowout! I always feel pampered when I leave here! My pedi with Pam was great too!

Last week, I had a GREAT haircut at Millenium at Bannerman. Today, I returned for a manicure and pedicure, which was also fantastic, relaxing. Also today I brought my grandson for a haircut, and he loved his haircut. I am saving up for a massage! Very nice place, clean, and wonderful "Southern Hospitality". Got an email advertisement to get $20 for each $100 in gift certificate purchases. I was planning on buying a friend a gift certificate anyhow so went on to purchase. The advertisement was also on their website. I clicked "Gif certificate" and the next window say "PAY NOW" - I was a little surprised at the lack of information but clicked on it as I knew I wanted to buy it. It took my CC info and that's it!! ZERO indication of how my friend is to know she got a gift nor how I am supposed to give it to her, ZERO place to put a note thanking her for having my family over for Thanksgiving dinner, ZERO mention of the $20 bonus that was advertised in email and on website. I was hoping I could gift her $120 for the $100. VERY unprofessional!!

This is the best salon I've been to in Tallahassee for pedicures! I've only been here a few times, but I would love to try some of the other services!

I scheduled myself a spa day here and it was nothing less than amazing! Jalicia (sp?) did my facial, Jenna did my massage, and my pedicures here are always top notch! This was just what I needed to let myself relax. The staff was so accommodating and I left feeling so pampered! I will definitely be back soon!

I came in to Millennium with high expectations after hearing all the glowing reviews from friends. When my husband asked what I wanted as a gift, I said a gift certificate to be pampered. I can honestly say that I was greeted with a friendly face as I walked in the door, offered a drink, taken over to look at nail colors all in the first 5 minutes. The entire staff was nice, friendly and very professional. It was not a typical nail salon where you hear all the latest gossip from the stylist. I will definitely go back.

This is the 4th pedicure in my life and this place is the best so far; reasonable price. Feet feel great. Now, if they can do the rest of the body (a "bodycure"). Men, it's ok to get this done.

I have been having pedicures done by Phillip for years and thoroughly enjoy them. He gives great massages and polishes my toenails perfectly. I love the new upscale location. It is bright, clean, and beautifully decorated.

I am came here with my friend Nikki...they are awesome! I highly recommend them to anyone prices are amazing...I drove 3 hours to come here but I did stop and pick up my friend who lives 30 mins from them...I will say this we are coming back we are planning a monthly visit to here we came 2 weeks ago and nails are still fabulous and my pedi is still looking good...the prices aren t bad at all especially for a day spa! Fantastic mani/pedi! The Best in Tallahassee! The spa is modern and clean! Som is my personal favorite! Always consistent, courteous and punctual! The front desk staff is also courteous and very efficient! I highly recommend Uptown Millennium Day and Nail Spa!

Set of acrylics lasted less than 1 day. The salon lady kept cutting my fingers and burning my skin. Rushed to get me out - I guess you get what you pay for.

Terrible customer service. I made an appointment online and it was confirmed. When I checked in I was told I didn't have an appointment for that day because they had no availability and had moved it to the next week without ever letting me know. I was told the online service is through a third party and not guaranteed. I asked why they even use it but no answer was given. Went to the Pink Nail Bar down the street and they were happy to take me as a walk in. My nails look amazing. Bye, bye Mellennium Nails and hello Pink Nail Bar!

I fell in love with Millenium! It is a hidden gem. I had no idea it existed until my friend referred me to Suha. She was amazing! She understood exactly what I wanted and my hair is beautiful. My highlights were perfect ... and she was sooo nice!! She s my new hairstylist. Will be back soon!! :)

I have been going there since they opened for pedicures and occasional other services; One prior occasion my daughters and I had our appointments not done correctly but when we got there they went out of their way to make it right. Yesterday I arrived for a special appointment I had made 5 days earlier for myself and my sister for her birthday. However, upon arrival I was told I did not have the appointments. I had an email confirmation of the appointment which I showed them. They dug a little deeper then told me that I had cancelled the appointments. I replied why would I have done that. Both receptionist basically shrugged and said well you don't have an appointment and we are busy, While I have enjoyed the services being close to home, I will never go there again and the receptionist staff working need classes in customer service; At least saying I am sorry would have been nice. Spend your money at one of the other spas that appreciate your business.

Nichole is the most amazing lash artist around & I've been to others. She is always professional & takes the extra time to make sure they're always perfect! I was hooked from the first visit!! Highly recommended!

This is the worst experience I can ever have in my entire life! I made an appointment to get a hair cut at Millenium Bannerman Crossing today at 3:30. Since this is my first visit, I didn't ask for more service, but was hoping to get more service from this salon for my wedding. I came to the appointment on time, and the front desk told me my hair stylist was still working on the previous customer, but she would be shortly with me since I was the last customer today? So is it because I am the last customer, I am supposed to wait? Ok, so I waited patiently for 40 minutes and still my hair stylist didn't show up. During this time, no body came to tell me what is going on, and every time I came to front desk, they just kept telling me she would be shortly with me. Eventually, the front desk told me that the stylist can't help me today after 40 minutes of waiting, and all they did was just asking me if I wanted to reschedule. No apology, nothing was done. Needless to say, I am not going to reschedule. In fact, I will never be back to this place because what they do to the customer is so unprofessional.
Some update: one staff from the spa contacted me. She decided to offer me a 10$ off for my next visit as an apology. Turned out it's the same type of promotion flyer I can get at their spas, and one of them is even 10$ of over 40 $ purchase. This is not a sincere gesture at all, and simply does not motivate me want to go back to the spa again. Just thought it's funny to update. Will never go again!

Great atmosphere and staff. They really went above and beyond!

The first time I went it was located off Thomasville Road and it was amazing. My boyfriend and I visited the new location this past weekend and it was a horrible experience. I made an appointment and also arrived 15 minutes early, I did not get called until 45 minutes later. Also their were several people that arrived minutes after me, and yet I was still the last person to be called. I will not refer any of my family and friends to this place. The two hours I drove to get to this place was not worth it and I definitely won't be back.

I've been a customer for years, their new location is so nice! I always enjoy my pedicures with Tina.

My girlfriend and I had a 1 hour couples massage, followed by a pedicure. Everyone was very accommodating and professional. Made our trip very relaxing. :)

Relaxing atmosphere and wonderful pedicure! Just what I needed today!

Nice people but im not sure why he was rushing through getting my nails done and there was no one in there. Unfortunately my nails weren't painted well at all, the second coat was done shoddily and by the time it was dry you could tell he hadnt painted the entire nail. I actually went in with better painted nails (which i did myself) than when I left . On the bright side the employees were very sweet.

I came here with my 7 and 9 year old daughters and my mom for a girls day out treat. The women who did my daughters' nails were obviously very annoyed with my girls, who like most kids can get a little wiggly. My younger daughter started to cry when they were doing her cuticles and the technician did not make eye contact with her. I had to tell her to please skip that part. Towards the end my older daughter looked like she was holding back tears and afterward when I asked her she said it was because the technician was getting mad at her for wiggling and smudging some of her nails. Unfortunately with all that drama I didn't get to enjoy my pedicure very much. I'd suggest that this spa dedicate certain technicians who are patient with children to do their "Princess Package." I gave it three stars because my mom enjoyed it.

Andy is the absolute best!! I love his pedicures! Ashlee is amazing in the hair salon! Wouldn't want to go to anyone else. You get the royal treatment at Millennium. Simply awesome!

We've been going to Tamera regularly for skincare for several months and have been been so pleased with her expertise and the Pevonia products she's recommended (we use 3 products). Tamera explains everything going on with our skin and what to expect with the treatment she's doing. She's been right on target!! Tamera really goes the extra mile for her clients and with great results!
