Hotel needs to supply an in room refrigerator. It's 2019. No one is going to buy the overpriced stuff you put in the room. You also need to clean a little better. Our bathroom had toothpaste spit on the wall.

Excellent service from waiter Rudy, he made us feel like he was our host and the restaurant was our home. I highly recommend the place and if you have the happiness of being served by Rudy, it will be a pleasant experience.

Beware when using the online cancellation. Using this does not initiate a refund. You must call the hotel so they can tickle their keyboard to start a refund. I cancelled on 20 Jun 2020, as of 1 Jul 2020 no refund. I called and the desk clerk told me that no refund was initiated. He then said to add an additional 4 - 5 weeks to my waiting time for the hotel to issue a refund. All this time my card is being charged for interest or late payment fees. I find it unconscionable that the hotel would take 5 - 8 weeks to issue a refund for a cancellation. My only advise if beware and be informed.

Room was very small compare to the picture. Also, nothing has been renovated, everything is very old. the Balcony is very small and no place to sit down. There no parking. The parking is not Hotel parking is a Public Parking which is very inconvenience to go. I didn't see anyone cleaning or enforce social distancing is taking place. I saw a couple without mask in the common area and elevator. ZERO attention to cleaning. We found red stains in our comforter and one of the blankets were had huge hole on it. The bathroom area did not have a good ventilation and room design was very bad. Overall, very bad experience for Millennium Hotels chains ! We paid $250 for 1 night.

This is happened during Covid-19 time, which they have to be extra clean and not extra dirty. Awful experience.

The only good thing was the location.

We were at the Bostonian to view it as a wedding venue. We found it the perfect downtown spot. I was most impressed with the coordinator who showed us around, but the facilities were also excellent. A beautiful space that allowed for a great deal of customization.

Beautiful hotel conveniently located near many attractions. The rooms are spacious, and the hotel has a very warm decor. The staff is very friendly. Taxis can be hard to find at the hotel so have the uber app ready.

The location is great. The service is excellent, but it's pricey. Also there are services like free breakfast that it is charged. Do not go to the hotel restaurant, it's not only pricey, but there are mice running around.

My wife and I visited Sept 1-6, 2014. Our room was a king deluxe and overlooked Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market .This is the best location in all of Boston. You are walking distance to the harbor and the Italian section of town as well as all the tour trolleys. The doorman Andrew was fantastic. He told us all the places to go depending on what we wanted to see, eat or drink each day. The staff was great, the room was great, the view was great but this place is all about LOCATION! I cannot imagine you would be disappointed. Boston by the way is a fantastic town, this was a bucket list trip for us.

The hotel is "fine", the noise is not. We had to move rooms because of a wedding party / event. Our room was physically shaking and vibrating from the music. The staff was great and moved us, however being Saturday night, the new room was right in front of the Hard Rock. Not nearly as bad as being vibrated to bad pop music, but again... I later learned you could run the HVAC fan manually and that covered most of it up.

We also tried the restaurant and found it okay, but the service wasn't great and were forgotten about more than once.

I feel like a stay at a chain hotel isn't much different, probably more up to date, and the rooms usually have better isolation. If this hotel was not located where it is, I don't think many people would be nearly as interested in it.

The hotel itself was okay. The staff were friendly enough at check in, but valet wasn t very organized. They didn t know where to park my truck and which ticket I should get. The rest of the hotel experience was nice enough though. The restaurant was mediocre at best. Over priced for the quality. Ate breakfast, a few apps, some drinks, and desserts on different occasions, but was ultimately not impressed and you don t get what you pay for. The part that really sets me off was the valet. I get back in my truck and all the seat settings are changed, all the mirrors are moved, and Boston s premier hip hop station came on at full volume. Who gave them permission to change all of these things? And why are they in the vehicles long enough to need to change all of these things. Be aware when you valet here that these people will not be professional... and we were told it s a 3rd party company who doesn t even work for the hotel. Will not be trusting them again.

They were also supposed to refund my entire valet amount and only refunded half for some reason. So on top of everything else, they are liars...

Elegant hotel located in Boston's governmental district. Located right across the street from Quincy Market, Fanuel Hall and the Hard Rock Cafe. The rooms are well equipped with the basic needs. The fridge in my room was stocked with over 20 different beverages, but be careful of the price tags. There is the main building and additional room across an alley/roadway. The middle is open for valet parking with scenic conference or dining halls above. Lots of room available for your gathering needs and convenient to many of the historic sites.

Great Hotel, will definitely book again. The hotel is a bit pricey, but you won t be disappointed. The hotel is clean, well maintained, updated, with a extremely friendly and helpful staff. A+
The staff is truly attentive and doormen welcome you back each time you arrive home. The doormen are always there to open the door for your arrival and departure. Valet parking off site. We Stayed at the Bostonian Boston Hotel from March 7 to March 9 2019. My wife booked a weekend get away stay for my Birthday. We had a Great king size room with a balcony overlooking Quinsy Market place. New modern bathrooms. Hotel has easy access to the highway. Walking distance to many, many attractions, such as Quinsey Market, Dreamworks Wax Museum, Faneuil Hall meeting House, North end for unbelievably Italian food, comedy improv club, North end Church, Paul Reveres House and many more attractions. Quick Uber ride to Boston Science Museum. There is so much to see and this hotel is centrally located. Had a great relaxing weekend.

Great local hangout for a fun friday night. We arrived early in the night, before 10:30pm, and it was already busy. Limited seating unless you are eating. Live local band with great music. Bartenders wete friendly and the drinks were very generous and reasonably priced.

I love it here. I stayed here, after my parent's recommendation, with my boyfriend for my 22nd birthday. Then came back for our 5th anniversary in October. It was great! They offered warm apple cider while you check in. Yum. We got the suite with the fireplace. Such a beautiful hotel and the view of Quincy market is perfect. And alsoooo, I'm a freak about cleanliness and this place is super clean. Love it!!!

Really disappointed in this hotel. They missed the mark on service and design. The room was not worth what they charge, thankfully we moved hotels after a night. The terraces they speak of are directly over a busy intersection and would be better described as large bay windows. The room was nothing special for almost 500/nt. The front desk had plastered smiles but were not observant of waiting guests lined up and complete anarchy broke out because waiting guests weren't tended to before people just walking in.

The hotel was nice enough and convenient but we got hit with hidden charges after we stayed there. I'm sure they are in the fine print somewhere but we prepaid and the advertised price should be the advertised price. But we were charged and additional $25 per night "facility fee". Also, we brought back some food that we wanted to keep cold but they don't have a refrigerator. Nor do they have an ice machine. We went down to the desk to ask for ice and explained the situation and the desk said they could send up a small refrigerator. We waited over an hour and no refrigerator. We called the desk and they said it it was on the way. We waited another hour and no refrigerator. We called to cancel since by that time it was pretty late. No explanation on why they told us twice it was on the way but never arrived. On top of that, we got home and saw two more charges on our credit card. I called and they said they were "holding" charges and would be refunded. I shouldn't have to call them to find out about this. We were definitely not happy with our experience there and would never stay there again.

The hotel is nice, but the rooms are small. The queen beds in the room were not as big as a regular queen. The room service and restraunt were on the slow side, but the location of the hotel is great.

This was for our trip to Boston on the 10th of August. We arrived at the hotel on a Sunday and left Tuesday for our trip to Camden Main. The room was fine but the pricing was ridiculous. Evidently I didn't pay attention when I booked the room or I would have never gone there. The first night was fine. However on the second night we were charged $70 plus the rise in fees. I don't think this warrants that kind of increase for the same room just because it's a Monday.

I've been to Boston twice on business and would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly here. First of all, I have to mention that the beds in the suite I used are fantastic and you can sleep very well here. Then I also had a fantastic view of the Boston skyline.

The restaurant is very good and can be highly recommended.

I can only recommend.
